This is a lovely hotel and the staff are absolutely amazing. Rooms are clean and both pool areas are lovely. Hotel is about 10 minutes walk to the centre of Kolymbia. Food is ok, and the sunday poolside bbq is not to be missed! I will 100% come back and stay at Fantasy!
It was an wonderful experience in this hotel the room was excellent, we even had an upgrade for free which was really welcome. In the hotel the staff was really nice and absolutely very friendly! Anestatio and the guy behind the buffet who said good morning guys every time! they really made our holiday! Thanks to all of the great staff members. See you again!
The Hotel is located 30 minutes from the Airport, a rental car is an advantage because the Hotel complex is located aside. Parking ground is available for free. The employees are polite and friendly. The pool area is nice and big, but not enough sunbeds with sunshades. Both pools have a bar with keeping. The beverages are served in plastic cups. The food is okay, but the breakfast is monotonous - no fresh fruits, only canned stuff. The main food is customized to the tourists. Fries, fishsticks, chicken nuggets, Chinese or Mexican food and sometimes a Greek specialty. Sometimes the food from previous day is used for a dish for the next day. The Charlady did a nice job, and cleaned very well, but only every second day she came. The Hotel room was nice and new renovated, the bathroom was quite small, but everything went fine. All in all a solid Hotel with an adequate price/performance ratio.…
Stayed here end of September into October 2018. We got to hotel late at night to be told we were not booked in, the woman behind desk was awful ( swore in front of kids) after a while we got 2 rooms on opposite end of hotel from each other. The room it’s self was in the basement with no view . Room was big and kept clean. Pool area was really clean and plenty of sun beds . Pool bar didn’t open till four tho the other pool bar opened at 11.very limited choice of alcohol, woman at pool bar was awfully rude as well. WiFi was 15 euro per device and was rubbish connection. Air con was an extra 6 euro per night and so not worth it . Staff were not nice apart from the ones in restaurant . Food was awful, really bad. No I’ve cream for kids apart from after meals , no snack bar and no coffee/ tea , they unplug machine after 6 at night , no kettles in room either . Would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy !!…
Hotel staff on the whole brilliant - a big shout out to Arsene the barman at the Island Bar, he was brilliant, funny and helpful. Food was the worst I have EVER had and I will eat anything. Pool and rooms were good, got a good nights sleep as walls weren’t thin like most hotels. We were there 10 days, after day 5 we could no longer buy cocktails as the manager told the barman he couldn’t make anymore. I struggled the whole 10 days as all they serve is beer, white wine, red wine, ouzo and brandy. Plenty of other spirits on show, but when asked was told they were “for show”! Kolymbia resort was about 1-1.5 miles away and when there was lively and found some good bars. After day 5 only about 40 people left in the entire hotel, we were the only two British. Lovely peaceful holiday which is what we wanted, but food and drink appalling, more a 1-2* - definitely not a 3*.…
