This is a lovely hotel and the staff are absolutely amazing. Rooms are clean and both pool areas are lovely. Hotel is about 10 minutes walk to the centre of Kolymbia. Food is ok, and the sunday poolside bbq is not to be missed! I will 100% come back and stay at Fantasy!

The Hotel is located 30 minutes from the Airport, a rental car is an advantage because the Hotel complex is located aside. Parking ground is available for free. The employees are polite and friendly. The pool area is nice and big, but not enough sunbeds with sunshades. Both pools have a bar with keeping. The beverages are served in plastic cups. The food is okay, but the breakfast is monotonous - no fresh fruits, only canned stuff.  The main food is customized to the tourists.  Fries, fishsticks, chicken nuggets, Chinese or Mexican food and sometimes a Greek specialty. Sometimes the food from previous day is used for a dish for the next day.  The Charlady did a nice job, and cleaned very well, but only every second day she came.  The Hotel room was nice and new renovated, the bathroom was quite small, but everything went fine.  All in all a solid Hotel with an adequate price/performance ratio.

Stayed here end of September into October 2018. We got to hotel late at night to be told we were not booked in, the woman behind desk was awful ( swore in front of kids) after a while we got 2 rooms on opposite end of hotel from each other. The room it’s self was in the basement with no view . Room was big and kept clean. Pool area was really clean and plenty of sun beds . Pool bar didn’t open till four tho the other pool bar opened at 11.very limited choice of alcohol, woman at pool bar was awfully rude as well. WiFi was 15 euro per device and was rubbish connection. Air con was an extra 6 euro per night and so not worth it . Staff were not nice apart from the ones in restaurant . Food was awful, really bad. No I’ve cream for kids apart from after meals , no snack bar and no coffee/ tea , they unplug machine after 6 at night , no kettles in room either . Would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy !!

Hotel staff on the whole brilliant - a big shout out to Arsene the barman at the Island Bar, he was brilliant, funny and helpful. Food was the worst I have EVER had and I will eat anything. Pool and rooms were good, got a good nights sleep as walls weren’t thin like most hotels. We were there 10 days, after day 5 we could no longer buy cocktails as the manager told the barman he couldn’t make anymore. I struggled the whole 10 days as all they serve is beer, white wine, red wine, ouzo and brandy. Plenty of other spirits on show, but when asked was told they were “for show”! Kolymbia resort was about 1-1.5 miles away and when there was lively and found some good bars. After day 5 only about 40 people left in the entire hotel, we were the only two British. Lovely peaceful holiday which is what we wanted, but food and drink appalling, more a 1-2* - definitely not a 3*.

I'll start with the positives and there are not many. The paid staff are lovely, mostly and the pool area is clean. If you travel between June and 31st August you don't pay extra for a safe, air con, WiFi but outside these dates you pay for all of these as well as for cocktails, special coffees, a safe if you want it for an extra few hours, €1 per extra hour. The restaurant is actually more like a canteen and the food is at best luke warm, it's never been hot not even when it canteen 1st opens. There is no provision for vegetarians or children, the food is made for Germans and Russians. If you want toast for breakfast forget it there is no toaster. The veg and fruit is mainly tinned, the desserts are normally mousses that look like slop. As a vegetarian I have had to buy in a pizza and also some cheese so that I can eat something with the limited salad that is offered. The tables in the canteen and round the pool bars are wiped with dirty cloths and never with soap or anti bac sprays. The bedrooms are not bleached or cleaned properly. The plastics glasses the drinks are served in have seen better days and are not washed properly. There is no disabled access, no ramps to access reception only steps and there is no one to help carry cases especially if you arrive late like I did and to top it off the transfer bus dropped me at the top of the road leading to the hotel that was badly lit, I was on my own. The owners of the hotel are not helpful as all literature is in German and if I hadn't started speaking to 1 of the 6 English people I wouldn't have known about the centre down the road. All I can say is think twice before booking this awful hotel, if I could I would give it no stars and a minus rating.

We arrived at the hotel at 2145 and the lovely lady on reception was very friendly and welcoming. She told us our rooms had both been upgraded free of charge and they prepared food for us even though the restaurant had closed at 2100. Our apartments are spotlessly clean with free air conditioning. Lovely powerful showers, towels supplied and hair dryer in bathroom. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Pool area are cleaned spotless every morning and evening. Staff are friendly and happy to help. All inclusive food is very good, after reading some of the reviews I was expecting the food to be bad but the food is great, everyone can choose something. Bacon, mushroom, eggs, beans, sausage, salad bar, cereals, biscuits, bagels, croissants and more for breakfast. Large selection of food for lunch and evenings. Hire car facilities onsite and a shop. Sun beds by the pools, there are lots of sun beds and no need to put towels on them at a silly time. The pool bar opens at 11am for soft drinks and alcoholic drinks. There are no wrist bands for all inclusive. My children and myself are happy to recommend this hotel and we will definitely return here again.

German Butlins without the entertainment, this hotel has got to be one of the worst hotels I have stayed in, on arrival at 1.30am was greeted with our rooms were not ready !!! Had to drag our cases up 3 flights of stairs with no light to see where we were going, No lifts at all !!! and drag them back down the next day to be put in our proper rooms, no hot water after 5pm, food was very repetitive, what was left for breakfast you got served at lunch ! The drinks we awful and served from dirty dispensers, very rude bar staff, I could go on and on, could write a book on it ! Certainly would not recommend this hotel unless you want the bare basics and quite a hike to the centre too

This a nice family hotel in a small village on Rhodes Island. The hotel is located relatively far from the beach - approximately 12-15 minutes on foot. By at the same time it is an advantage - the neighborhood is very calm and silent. There are two swimming pools - a smaller and a bigger one, two bars at pools. The hotel consists of 4 buildings, each contains rooms. I had a "budget" room on the ground floor, but it was comfortable and clean. The room has been recently renovated. There is air conditioner and a balcony in each room. PAY ATTENTION: there are many mosquitoes and no anti-mosquito nets on windows, take repellent/fumigator with you. The staff is very friendly, all speak English and German (the guests are mostly the Germans). Food in the restaurant is good for a 3* Hotel. Do not expect something extra ordinary, but nobody remains hungry. The breakfast is almost the same every day. Lunch and Dinner more variable. Unfortunately, coffee and tea are available only till 6 p.m.
