Very positive experience with the accommodation, staff, meals and entertainment. The only concern I would have is the noise level at the mini-disco - maybe check it with a decibel meter to confirm it's a safe level and the during the day sometimes around the pool the music level again can be very loud if you eat in the downstairs restaurant.

Great hotel with excellent staff service! The hotel itself is constructed as a small city (hence the name), with small houses containing apartments/rooms. Rooms were of some age, but room cleaning was excellent. No problems with noise, adequate air conditioning. The hotel has multiple pool areas, two of which have pool bars. The main pool area has a very nice pool with different depths. If you want sun beds alongside the main pool you have to be there about 7-7.30 AM, and hotel staff removes towels from sun beds if you´re not present. The restaurant was really great with lovely food and lots to choose from; all food is labeled clearly concerning allergies/intolerances. Several vegeterian dishes for each meal. Also very clean and the service was great. The snack bar had limited, but tasteful selection. Drinks were great both in the restaurant and in the bars. The entertainment was better than expected, and the animation team did at really great job! There were different shows every day for 12 days! (1 show-free day per week.) The sound level was a bit high - 95-100 dB in the front rows near the stage... The Gym was small with only 1 treadmill, and I often had to line up to use the exercise equipment. The hotel was located 10-15 walk from the Kolymbia shopping street, and 5 min. walk from the beach (stone beach). The local bus stop was just outside the hotel and busses to Rhodes City and Lindos were passing every hour. All in all a great hotel and we´d love to come back som day!…

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday at this hotel – where do I start?.. all the staff were absolutely superb, so welcoming and friendly. We were greeted at reception when we arrived with a lovely juice drink which was greatly appreciated – great idea to have the key cards on your AI wrist bands!. We had a superb suite (over the road), which had a lovely side view of the pool and then out to sea, it was spectacular, especially at sunrise. Beds were really comfortable, and great black out curtains. The food was lovely with great variety every day, there really was something for everyone. The AI drinks were good as well, especially the Greek Sparking Wine. Donaldo and Katerina were so nice in the main restaurant. You were also able to purchase other wine, which we did a couple of times with dinner, really reasonably priced (20 Euros for a tasty Organic white wine). The quieter pool near the beach was lovely, with the added bonus of the beach front bar, where there were self serviced drinks and amazing baguettes/wraps to order as well as hot dogs and burgers for children to grab a snack. Our 8 year old daughter loved this. The lady that works at this bar is absolutely lovely, so friendly, happy and helpful. The water park is so much fun, really good slides, enough for everyone, the lifeguards were excellent, special thanks to Michael, for being brilliant with our daughter. Later in the afternoon we would go up to the main pool which was good, plenty of sun beds, followed by a drink in the main bar, wonderful cocktails looking out to sea. We also really enjoyed the entertainment in the evening, they do work so hard, as we were there at the end of the season, they did a special comedy sketch with a lot of the staff members, I don’t think I have laughed that much in a long time. The grounds were really looked after and everything was clean. It was easy to organise a late check out on the last day, which made a perfect ending to the holiday. All in all a great holiday, even so we have already booked for next October.…

We were there with our big family and friends. Our group were 16 people (included 1teen, 1 6year old and 2 1 year old children). All of us were very satisfied. Very good hotel, food, rooms, drinks, attractions. There was something to do every age. Garden was super beautiful. Employees were very helpful and friendly. Thank you for good experience!

This hotel is lovely. Spread out with 5 pools (one over the road near the beach) The water park was a hit with our two daughters 12 and 4. The kids entertainment was a hit with our youngest and the front bar area was relaxing in the evening. Great location to with a 10 minute walk to Kolymbia. The food was very good, particular they deserts which was something different every night. The AI drinks are standard but wasn’t expecting much else. Short transfer to the airport 35/45 mins. The beach is nearby, not great as pebbles but still fine for an hour or so. The hotel rooms were fine and as part of the Atlantica brand this wasn’t a bank breaker like some of the other Atlantica resorts which have nearly doubled in price since pre Covid. Overall, we have stayed at Atlantica Aegean Blue Rhodes and Atlantica Blue Lagoon Kos. This is up there and the food was just as good considering this is only a 4 star and the other two are 5 star.…

This hotel is extremely crowded and noisy. A real factory. You would need earmuffs during breakfast and dinner. And still they play the music very loudly in all restaurants. We had a family room that was way too small for us. Our kids are 12 and 15 and the beds were simply too short for them, they could not sleep in them. Balcony was extremely small too. And btw every hotel with swimming pool should have a desent drying rack in the balcony. Restaurants offers a variety of food but unfortunately nothing tasted very good, more like hospital food, no flavour. Not bad but just flat. We got stomach flu on the third day and I strongly suspect it came from the hotel food or drinks with ice. At least the plastic cups by the pool were’nt washed especially carefully. Yuck. And the restaurant knives were just impossible to cut anything with. Definately not a big thing but still, why? The waterpark was five slides, which were very nice though, but so seen after two days. There were a lot of unnecessary bureaucracy related to the pool towels: first you had to pay 20 euros upfront (like anybody would like to steel horrible coloured, old and used hotel towels) and secondly you got four paper tickets to change your towels against. Like ration cards 😂 On behalf of the customer you desided that they can change their towels four times a week. Like, WHAT??? We changed hotel.…

Dear Jalle, We appreciate the fact that you spend time to comment about your stay in our house. I was very disappointed to read of your experience during your stay with us especially that we were not informed while you were inhouse to assist improve your experience . The hotel provides a variety of food ,as you also confirm , the the matter of taste is subjective it cannot be objective or even representative , regarding the matter of stomach flu it was probably a combination of poor diet because if it was flu we would have more and more cases . We also understand that you might expected more for a waterpark but as you said we offer 5 big slides , separate area for kids and a lazy river , this is a decent waterpark area as we are a hotel and not a separate waterland to have many options for slides . In regards the towels , we need to have a procedure otherwise we cannot manage neither the towel's change nor their existence. The most important thing when it comes to our guest's disappointment , regardless if the service or the facility is not what they expected , is for us to be aware of it , we are always at each guest's disposal to follow up with us so we can still have the option to improve the experience . The Spa-Team oft Mikri Poli of Anastasia,Iris,Antzela,Elena and Danai was so friendly and the work is really professionel. We had different kind of Massage and foot Pedicure. The choclate Massage of our Child was very coordinated to Child.We are relaxed and satisfied and we say Thank your!

We are staying at the Atlantica Mikri Poli Rhodos for the 2nd time in a row. We loved the hotel and its people at first sight. Especially the life guards from the water park, Doris, Thomas, Andreas and their crew were always fantastic and welcomed us every day like we would be part of their family. Especially our daughters were and are very fond of them and when we came back here this year, it was - thanks to Doris & Co. - like coming home. Other things did not work out the way we would have wanted it to. Our flight from Zurich was delayed for 8 hours due to bad weather and when we arrived in Rhodes at 2.30 in the morning, all we wanted was to be in the hotel. Unfortunately, the paid bus transfer broke down on the way to the hotel and we had to wait for a new bus and arrived at the hotel at 5 in the morning. We had a great week here and since tomorrow will be our departure day, I checked with reception this morning if we could keep the room until 5 PM as our flight leaves late. Answer was yes, but only against 100 Euro cost. Given the circumstances and issues we had when traveling here, I would have expected some goodwill from the hotel because this would in this case be possible for them without any extra input from their side. Instead, my request was just denied in quite an arrogant way. I love the hotel and most of the crew, but after this event, I am not sure we will come back or recommend to others.…

I totally empathize regarding the points you mention in your review about external issues that led to a negative preparation for your holidays ( such as flight delay and transfer delay ) but the hotel operation has , unfortunately , no influence on those matters. As per our telephone communication , we had informed you that the late check out is a service with extra supplement ,as it is for all our guests and we had also informed you about the alternatives : you were able to contact your tour operator in order to take the responsibility for the late check out due to flight delay and we also informed you that you were able to use the all inclusive services , pools and restaurants until pick up time ( regardless if you had a room) we informed you about the luggage room area ,where you were able to store your suitcase along with shower rooms in the main building where you were able to refresh before check out in case you would not be bale to keep the room . I hope this hasn’t put you off a return stay with us again.
