From the moment we arrived, we were so impressed. We had a very warm welcome from Manolis who, along with Dimitrx on reception can't do enough for you, brilliant service. We came without a USB adapter, the owner, Sula offered to take us to the shop, so kind! Jonny from the bar gave us one the next day, honestly just such lovely, friendly, professional staff. The food is incredible, such a good choice & all freshly prepared. The pool food was also delicious! We were all inclusive & really enjoyed the cocktails, especially the banana daiquiris made perfectly by the amazing bar man Kellis! Adele behind the bar was is also amazing! Michael was so helpful, polite & very professional If you are looking for a small hotel with the very best staff then we would highly recommend Kolymbia Bay Art.... Thank you to ALL the staff for helping us to have such a wonderful honeymoon, we hope to be back one day!

From the second we arrived to the second we left we found this small, family run hotel to be nothing short of excellent. With an ever changing, wide selection of incredible food to the highly competent and attentive staff we really enjoyed our stay. Good location for enjoying the surrounding area and easy to travel to other parts of Rhodes by bus. Definitely recommend for any couples looking for an easy getaway.

A lovely family run hotel in good location. Great range of drinks and cocktails. Food in the restaurant could be better with a bit more choice but the pool food was delicious. Rooms were nice with a decent size balcony and cleaned every day and clean towels provided

The hotel was in a great location halfway between Rhodes & Lindos with the bus stop right outside. The food was fantastic with enough of a selection for all appetites. The spa/massage treatments were also top class. The beach was a little sore on the feet so beach shoes recommended. The staff at the hotel were always on hand, we were very pleased with the whole holiday.

A lovely little hotel with nice scenery around. The staff are terrific ,especially Manolis ,the main receptionist, he is a gem ,nothing is too much trouble,he spotted my (adult )daughter's mosquito bites and was sorry he had not noticed before and gave us a "Bug plug" as we called it ,for the room. I don't normally get bitten ,but they were unexpectedly bad ! The beach was further away than I had thought ,but Ok .DO take beach shoes or you can buy them in their supermarket. Rooms clean and comfortable except for the fact that the curtains are not thick enough to keep out the sun or the heat , we faced the sea ,due east ,so wake at dawn every day! Other sweet staff were Sylwia and Nectaria but they are all lovely Disco on a Tuesday and an excellent "rock" band on Thursday, the petite singer had a great voice and the lead guitarist was top notch. I would agree with another reviewer, the pool is unnecessarily deep ,leaving very little room for wimps like me! the small shallow pool is difficult to get out of for a lot of people on their own and gets crowded as nowhere else to cool off if very hot, tended to be hogged by a group of 4, for ages. There was a lot of bed bagging with towels but we always got somewhere. The waiters are very good at picking up glasses, allowed round the pool(!). The selection of cocktails is large, but not as potent as sound. Not much else around the area ,but we have been to Rhodes before ,the Old town is worth a trip,we just needed to relax as both daughter and I had recently moved house. She enjoyed water skiing off the stony beach, other water sports available. No toilets on the beach but I would have brazened it out and gone to the smart Hotel that we cut through to access the beach sometimes. Not great for small kids and the weak bladdered! Definitely would recommend. Shallower pool and thicker curtains would make it perfect!

Three of us visited this hotel from 22nd May - 29th May. One of our party had never been to an all inclusive and was a bit sceptical as to what it would be like. He loved it! The holiday started badly due to the chaos at Bristol Airport. When we landed at Rhodes Airport, and when we were on the coach to go to the hotel I realised that my iPhone must have slipped from my pocket and had disappeared. I rang it and a flight attendant on the Easyjet plane answered it and said she would put it under my name into security at the airport. When we got to the hotel and checked in I explained this to the very nice receptionist. By ten o'clock that night I had my phone back!! The quality of the drinks were excellent. I'm not a cocktail lover but did enjoy some of the ones they had on offer. The food could be a bit hit and miss but nothing to really complain about and always quite adequate. The two 'freshly cooked meals' on offer each night was a nice touch but often arrived at the table before we had finished our starters. Breakfast was very good. There is not a lot around the hotel to explore. The beach is there if you want it, but do take beach shoes. The pool is VERY deep, even in the shallow end. My wife is unable to climb steps so was unable to get into the pool which was a shame. We never had to 'reserve' a sunbed with a towel, although we noticed some people did in the morning but didn't arrive until the afternoon. We all agreed the staff were superb. A very friendly hotel. Our TV conked out one day and within two hours a brand new one had been installed. All in all a very nice hotel for a week in the sunshine.

strongly advise to not come here. we just came in an hour late due to the flight delay and the kitchen is closed at 21:30 and no food for my 2 boys or anyone else . the hotel is poorly maintain and this is our first night and we wasted our time and money for this location. the receptionist was very helpful. dont book with easyjet holiday as they have a lot to learn also this has nothing to do with pictures shown on the website

Just spent a week at this hotel, there are some very good points about this hotel, the rooms are good, big comfy beds, nice pillows, towels and linen. the bathroom has a big walk in shower, lovely hot water, powerful shower and twin basins. we booked a garden view comfort room. the pictures that the hotel shows of the garden, is actually the grounds of the hotel opposite, very, very deceptive. i would advise anyone checking into this hotel to ask the room number before accepting the room. if it starts with a 6 or 7, do not accept it! these are lower ground level rooms (sub terranial) with a very bleak outlook! The food is average all inclusive, 2 al a carte dinners to choose from each night, some were good, some not so good, without that choice, its basically cold pasta, rice or chips. the desserts are delicious, as are the starters, and attractively presented. The dining room has very little atmosphere about it, and plates are whipped away before you've actually finished eating! The pool area is small but friendly, the bar drinks and cocktails are very good, as is the service. also, tea, coffee and ice cream available all day. Hot bar snack each day 4pm - 5pm. Hotdogs, pizza, gyros, burger. freshly prepared and sometimes better than the evening dinner. We hired a car from a place around the corner from the hotel, the hotel will arrange one for you at 50 euro's more. Plenty of street parking and a car park at the back of the hotel. All in all, it was a good choice to test the water about travelling again. Cheap and cheerful, good value, but wouldn't choose to stay here again.

Just coming to the end of a week’s stay at this lovely hotel. We arrived late in the evening and felt sure dinner would have finished, but they held open the buffet for us and even offered us a choice of served meal. The food throughout was superb - beautifully presented and it was nice to be served a choice of 2 main courses and then use the buffet (which was never crowded) for starters and desserts. All the staff were so friendly & helpful - special mentions to Michael, Vagia, Sylwia, Jonny & Christina and also the evening pool bar & reception staff. . There was a good selection of cocktails on the all inclusive package. The pool area is not huge but we never had a problem getting a bed (but it’s early in the season) and they were really comfortable with thick cushions. The pool was sparkling and a pleasant temperature, but could do with some signs on the depth. It was quite deep , though there is a much smaller pool alongside that is only about 2 ft deep. It’s a quiet area (again, could be early in the season) though you could walk to a busier part of the resort, with shops and bars in about 10 minutes. The local beach is about 100m and is a mix of sand and small pebbles. There’s a variety of water sports here. The rooms were very clean, with a large, modern bathroom with double basin and a large shower. A good sized balcony, where we could see the sea, but not the greatest view. Rooms have a fridge and tea & coffee making facilities, one thing we missed was drawer space, as this was very limited. They had a disco one night, which was good fun, and a live band on another night, but no other entertainment. Overall, we had a lovely relaxing break, which is what we wanted.
