Just got home from a 2 week stay. Lots good, a few niggles but nothing to report about. Then came the arrival of the Parisian Hebrew party ( who I believe come every year) rude, obnoxious, disgusting manners, badly behaved children. You could see the fear in the staffs face awaiting their arrival to the restaurant. All restaurant staff were fabulous, also Micheal in the pool bar but please management they are ruining your hotel. Lots of customers complaining about them, one of the children actually climbed over our table while we were sat at it. Ruining the entertainment in the evening, grabbing the microphone, throwing things in the pool, emptying all the sugars out on all the tables, security called through the night as 50 of them all in one room parting. Grabbing food from The evening buffet and running off. Well done staff for your patience x…
The Sheraton met our requirements for a relaxing holiday despite some of the issues which have been mentioned in other reviews such as traffic noise. However all the hotels on this side of the island are very close to the main coastal road. Proximity to local amenities and a short journey to the incredible old town make it an ideal location and it is definitely one of the better hotels in the area. The private area of pebble beach is really well maintained, and the sun loungers are all new and very comfortable. The staff deserve a special call out. The housekeeping staff are top notch and the Breakfast staff are truly 5 stars. A Big Thank You to Voula, Fotis and Manolis who always greeted us with a smile and made the beginning of each day special. They truly know how to make guests feel welcome and valued. Finally Julia at Rodos rental cars, on premises, is amazing. Don’t think twice to pay her a visit if you are planning to rent a car. Julia provided a ton of great advice for our 3 days of exploring the beautiful island.…
We had a fantastic stay at the Sheraton Rhodes Resort! We had a bit of a problem with our room when we arrived, but big thanks to Stergos at the check-in desk who managed to sort everything out in a very professional and friendly way. I would definitely like to return, and I will recommend this Hotel to my friends for future holidays.
Where to start....so much deception. First, don't believe any of the photos on the hotels website. Second, even with a generous interpretation of those photos, the experience during the day is horrible. By no means is this a 5 star "resort". Don't expect to have a relaxing time here. The pool, however nice, is locates just off the main coastal road, so you'll here car and motorbikes coming by the whole day. Once you're used to that, the aqua gym will start and you'll be blasted away by loud disco. So you escape to the beach. Which is on the other side of that same road (through a tunnel), so same noise. And the beachnis pebbles, no sand. So going into the sea will kill your feet. Last negative thing: breakfast is horrible. Positives: Wait until the evening amd you'll have marvellous sunsets! And the a la carte restaurants are great! Nice service, good food. I was to scared after the breakfast to try the buffet restaurant, but who knows... Very nice bar with the same spectacular views. If there was ever a night and day difference, it's here! Oops. That doesn't include the actual nights, the room. We were probably unlucky, but even having a deluxe sea view room, meant in fact looking out over the entrance ramp of the hotel. And the pillows were horrible! So, no 5 star Hotel. Not even 4 I would say. Staff is friendly enough (again, more the evenings than during the day)…
Wonderful hotel and staff. A particular thanks to Meni, Jenny and Katerina for their kindness and professionalism. Will be back next year for sure. Highly recommended hotel in Rodos. All what you are seeking for a wonderful holiday ! Cheers
We had a wonderful relaxing holiday at Sheraton Rhodes Resort. We stayed in the junior Suite which was lovely. Fresh water and towels delivered everyday. Cleaning ladies very courteous and nice. We ate in the restaurant every night over 10 days and could not fault it. Always found something delicious in the large buffet offering. The staff in the restaurant were particularly good in their service, so friendly and efficient. I have to mention Manolis in particular as he was exceptional and was a big factor in us enjoying our stay at this hotel.

As soon as we walked through the door we realised we had made the right choice. Absolutely stunning hotel, room was amazing such comfy beds and so clean. I have to say the restaurant staff especially team Litsa and Georgio (Armani!) completely made our stay - polite, friendly, helpful suggestions but above all professional. We will miss them greatly. The restaurant buffet is super and couldn’t fault the food and choice. The warm orange cake at breakfast was delicious. The Greek wine is beautiful throughly enjoyed it and would definitely recommend. The gardens are amazing, the gardener was so polite and does such a stunning job in the heat. I love the fact the hotel grows it’s own herbs and uses the fresh mint in the drinks. The pool bar is super once again staff were lovely and the food was great. Also the staff down at the beach couldn’t have been more helpful. The hotel has a list of day trips and they will book your choice of trip. If you want to go on a trip book early to avoid disappointment. Make sure you go to the ice cream shop 😋 what a super choice and delicious. Thank you to the lovely lady in there. The shop on site is well equipped and the staff so helpful. We have stayed at many Sheratons around the world and have to say the staff at this hotel should be highly commended for all their hard work. They definitely made our stay - xxx…
We had an amazing 7 night stay here. The staff are all great , especially at the front desk and pool bar . We had a panoramic room and the view was spectacular - definitely worth the extra for the sunset over the beach. Breakfast buffet has great choice and is replenished frequently. Pools and gardens are beautiful and very well kept. There are some good restaurants close by and only a short taxi ride to Rhodes town. 100% recommend.
PROS - Fifth night free using Bonvoy points. Reasonable point exchange - Hotel responded quickly prior to, and during, my trip - Location, location, location. Quick ride from airport; walking distance to Rhodes city; close to restaurants, supermarkets, and bus stops. Direct beach access - Upgraded to a top-floor suite with Lifetime Titanium - Sofia (front desk) and Anna (reservations?) were especially helpful - Amazing views of the ocean, pool, and sunsets - Two balcony doors allowed in plenty of fresh air and the lulling churr of cicadas - Daily housekeeping and turn-down service. Housekeeping crew were on top of everything, every day/night - Daily gifts + nightly chocolates - Comfortable bed, made up tightly (with a top sheet) - Room was quiet, dark at night, clean, and I could control the temperature - Lots of public spaces for lounging (indoor and outdoor) - Gift shop and frozen yogurt/gelato outlet - Decent bath products - Nice breakfast buffet and attentive serving staff CONS - A neighboring hotel plays loud music every night. But it was so weird (the set list includes lots of ABBA, as well as Baby Shark) that, by the end of my stay, I kind of found it endearing…
