Transferred here from Dodeca hotel as per previous review that hotel is very poor. Common sense took over and we're here now....this is 5* and lovely. Don't have to fight Polish for sunbeds and standards of service and the rooms are infinitely better. Still have to go to dodeca for meals as on the all inclusive so food is the...

We spent ten days at this hotel having been moved there from the Form Beach-its sister hotel down the road. At first we were grateful to be out of the Forum Beach but the room we were offered was shabby chic without the chic! The walls were marked with mould in some places as were the net curtains, the furniture...

Despite booking this hotel over six months before we arrived, it was closed when we arrived. They put us in a sister hotel, Forum Beach, and hoped we'd shut up. But we didn't and after two days, we moved to a hotel in a different chain. We had booked and paid for a four star hotel but they dumped us...

Nice hotel at a reasonable price. Good breakfast but not very nice rooms. Surrounding the hotel is fine, as well as sea and pool I just criticized the great noise from the hotel bar otherwise we enjoyed the holiday Wonderful restaurants nearby

This place is your worst nightmare. We were among 36 travelers in a tour group subjected to a last minute switch to this location and unanimously found this to be the low point of our trip. The rooms and everything in them - mirrors, toilets, shower, the one drinking glass provided - all were filthy. Empty toilet paper rolls were...

We have been to a number of Greek Islands over the years and always stayed in small family run accommodation so this was a change for us to stay in a large hotel. What a mistake that was. We know Greek hotels can be basic and that's fine as long as they are clean, friendly and not trying to be...

We stayed at The Residence in September 2014. My husband and I had originally booked and stayed at the Forum Beach Hotel, just along the road. After two days there we noticed a poster in the lift offering a free upgrade to the Residence. When we asked about it we were told they would arrange for us to go and...

We have just returned from a week's stay, upgraded from the Beach Forum. We were very well looked after, the staff are always smiling, refilling glasses and ensuring you have everything you need. Food is plentiful and it would be hard to find something you didn't like. Rooms are cleaned daily, towels are changed if left in the bathroom. Air...

Superb!!!! Stayed in the main building, The Residence,2 weeks in August 2014.Service, food and drinks were first class. Stayed mainly by pool (the beach isnt brill) pool service is excellent, your glass is never empty!! This hotel dares to be different from the glass facade, stainless steel, modern furniture, subtle lighting and angular construction. This is no rectangular concrete block...

I was a little worried about our holiday as I had read mixed reviews on here about the hotel - well, what a lovely place. The service is second to none. Great attention to detail from all the staff, friendly and smiley and can't do enough for you. The rooms were spotless, cleaned well every day of our 2 week...
