D'Andrea Mare Beach Hotel garners appreciation for its spotless accommodations and the dedication of its cleaning and maintenance staff. Guests enjoy the modern rooms with stunning sea views but some have noted that bathrooms could use an update. While the hotel's service and lively atmosphere receive high marks for the friendly staff and engaging entertainment, opinions on value are mixed, with some guests feeling the cost outweighs the quality offered. The amenities, including the pools, are popular, though attention to their upkeep is suggested. Its beachfront location is a highlight, offering guests easy access to seaside tranquility.

The Hotel itself is lovely, the rooms are a little plain and dated but they are clean which is most important to us. We got a standard twin/family room and had two separate beds which we asked the staff to put together which they did. We didn’t have the pool view room so you over look farms and mountains which was actually quieter than having a pool view as entertainment does start early and finish late, so if you like your sleep it’s best to be at the back (In my opinion). There was a mini fridge in the room and when we arrived there was water and sandwiches but they where never replenished. I think in a all inclusive hotel bottled water should be replenished everyday. Also there was no room service which I thought in a 4star there would be that option. The food was quite good but both me and my partner are vegetarian so we couldn’t comment on the meat. There was a lot more options then we thought there would be for vegetarians which was a present surprise. The snack bar do really good gyros pretty much all day until 6pm which where super tasty. The drinks let the hotel down, the alcohol and soft drinks unfortunately just taste cheap. The wine was horrendous and taste like vinegar to be honest.
However the pool area and hotel reception is really nice, quite modern and clean. There are plenty of sunbeds but people still put towels down the night before and crack of dawn to reserve. Which is against hotel policy and frankly annoying. We are not early birds on holiday so would just sit were ever was free and move throughout the day to better sunbeds when they became available. The hotel is over a flight path, the plane noises are noticeable when outside but inside your room you can’t hear them.
The hotel entertainment team including Mickey, Jo, Robbie, Demosa and Lillie where all great and a pleasure to meet. They put on a show 6 nights a week and are around the pool during the day playing games with guests such as volleyball, water polo, darts, beer pong and many more. They also put on a trip to falarki two nights a week for those who want to go clubbing, which is really fun, drinks are quite expensive in the club one round costs about €20 for 2 vodka cokes. This has been one of the first holidays we have been on that an entertainment team is so engaging with guests and take the time to talk to you and generally feel like they want to get to know you instead of it being a chore or job. Amazing team and all work so hard and have so much enthusiasm.
Overall the holiday was brilliant we stayed for 11 nights and definitely would recommend to others. We came as a couple but there’s a lot for families with children to do, games, kids club, face painting, lazy river and more.

Had a great 2 weeks in the Hotel , any staff we encountered from Reception to the cleaners were all courteous , friendly and helpful. The manager ( Marion ) was a great laugh with a healthy sense of humour and wasn't scared to help his members of staff out behind the bar or in the restaurant etc . The buffet service food was fresh and tasty and your sure to find something to eat . Rooms were fine with a balcony for a table and 2 chairs . The hotel is 10 minutes from the airport and on the flight path so we enjoyed the aeroplanes coming into land trying to identify the airlines and makes and models . Rhodes town is also not far in a Car , Taxi or Bus . ( Bus stop was about 5 to 10 min walk ) . Entertainment teams worked hard to amuse the kids and adults alike with various shows , aqua gym , volleyball and the like ,,, loved the Greek dancing show with audience participation , Irish dancing was also good ( shout out to Robbie ( Irish ) and Ellios ( Dutch ) for the laughs and conversations over the holiday . I'd also recommend hiring a car and exploring the lovely island of Rhodes , great snorkelling and swimming in quite coves along with the lovely Rhodes Town . Greetings from Scotland .

First time visiting Rhodes for our Honeymoon and we definitely chose the right hotel, had an lovely relaxing time. We arrived quite Late between midnight & 1am check in was easy and once we got to our room we had a sandwich and bottle of water waiting for us in the fridge. Air conditioning worked great. We had a sea view room (424) the view was great.
Food was fantastic lots of variety.
All staff work really really hard and are so friendly.
The pool area is lovely but we spent every day on the beach which is a thirty second walk from the pool.
The only thing would say is that if you want to get a sunbed around the pool be prepared to get up before 7am to put your towel out (this happens at every hotel I’ve ever been to) there are plenty on the grassed area tho and on the beach. There are signs around saying any towel put out before 8:30am will be removed but this is never enforced so the hotel may as well take the signs down.
All in all we had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend.

Am currently sitting having my last coffee before catching our transfer to the airport. D’Andrea Mare hotel is a nice little place stay. As with everywhere there are small things to update such as bigger wardrobes but in general, the hotel is clean, staff are great and always welcome you with a “Good Morning” or Hello. Pools are great. There’s two small pools for children, a lazy river which is so relaxing and a water slide which both our 3 year old and 14 year old loved. The main pool is big and yes… it does have a swim up bar with stools in the main pool. This can get busy at times. The beach is very stoney so beach shoes are recommended. If you want a nice beach then hire a car via the hotel or one of the car rentals just along from the hotel and visit Tsambika Beach about half drive from the hotel. The waiting staff in the restaurant are pleasant and hard working and will find a table for you if asked, set up the tables for you party number and clean away your plates. Just a tip, the coffee machine by the snack bar is much nicer coffee. The entertainment team are great and the mini disco is good fun too. Just 20 minutes from the airport and another 20 minutes from Old Rhodes town which is a must to visit. This can also be arranged via the hotel shuttle bus service. All in all this is a great place to stay. You will not be disappointed with this hotel. Great location, great food, great staff and great facilities. To the team and D’Andrea Mare, Thank you for a pleasant stay.

I have just returned from a 10 day holiday with my husband and daughter. I had a lovely relaxing holiday with my family . The entertainment staff work so hard to keep family’s busy and happy especially my little Irish leprechaun hahaha. They also made my birthday one to remember and I will never forget it Thankyou to you all for being the little stars you all are xxx . The weather was lovely and pool area was ok not the cleanest of pools I have seen but still a good pool area. The beach area needs a good tidy up to. The life guard was super attentive any accidents that happened he was straight there with his first aid kit ready to help. I do have a few nip picks regarding the food it was very average and not what I would expect in a 4 star hotel but rather a 2 star hotel . It was very basic cheap food and most things had pork in it and we as a family don’t eat pork. even the beef burgers had pork in we was stuck to eating chips and salad and fruit, and cheese sandwich for my daughter . The breakfast was good though as had lots of things we did eat olives cheese cucumber tomatoes eggs and pancakes every day for the kids. I was lucky that we had the rainbow bar next door of an evening they had great omelettes sword fish and chicken dishes . I paid for all inclusive and needed to eat out most evenings and this was a cost I didn’t want to be paying out. Also the face you have to pay a tax for the 4 stars is a joke and also they don’t even give you a safe free I have never staid in a 4 star hotel where I have needed to pay for a safety deposit box .

We have just returned back from this amazing hotel, this is the second time we have been. I have never been to the same hotel twice but this hotel is the best we’ve ever been to and we couldn’t wait to return.
Every single staff member is so friendly and helpful, nothing is to much trouble for any of them, the cleaners, bar staff, restaurant staff, reception staff, gardeners, pool attendants, managers and the entertainments team all work so so hard to make your holiday special.
The food is always fresh and delicious, they have themed nights so always lots of choice. The staff are so quick at clearing your plates and keeping things topped up.
The hotel is spotless and very well maintained, the layout is so good for families, it’s not to big which is great, but it has everything you need, large swimming pool, pool bar, kids club and play park, water slide and lazy river, waterfalls, beach front location,
The rooms are spacious and the maids do a great job at cleaning your room daily, we feel so relaxed when here as we know our daughter will have a great time.
The evening entertainment is the best we have ever experienced on a holiday abroad, the dances around the pool and day time activities are also amazing.
This year she formed a special bond with Robbie and was made up to be his little helper.
Mickey is the entertainments manager and he is so full of love and energy, I don’t like to name individuals as I have so much love and respect for each and every member of staff.
Thank you so much for yet another amazing holiday, memories to treasure forever.
Nicky, John & Mya

The hotel is beautiful, beach front, which is rocks however not sand. The entertainment team are amazing especially Myky and Robbie. Always something going on around the pool and during the evenings. We went on an organised clubbing trip to Falarki in which we felt super safe and really enjoyed. (highly recommend and for only €20- amazing!). All the staff are friendly and helpful. Very clean, modern buildings and rooms.

THE ONLY THING that lets it down is the food, especially the evening food. Breakfast is great- a wide selection of fruit, bacon, fried egg, scrambled egg, pancakes, tootsies etc. Lunch is hit or miss- but there’s a snack bar open all day which serves burgers and pitta kebabs which are amazing! The choice of food in the evenings isn’t great and often isn’t very warm. It was often hard to make a meal out of the options and the food rarely complimented each other. It wouldn’t put me off visiting this hotel again, however there is certainly a lot room for improvement.

The alcoholic drinks aren’t branded, which also lets it down as it is a 4* hotel, however they have a large cocktail menu and bar staff are willing to make whatever you would like. Not all soft drinks are branded either.

Overall we have had a fab holiday and the location is great as it is only around 15 mins away from the airport. Planes are constantly flying over the hotel as they are landing which is great to see.

5* entertainment
3* food
4* facilities
4* cleanliness
5* friendliness

Wonderful place with some wonderful staff. My husband and I booked this hotel for 6 days, and I can definitely say it was a pleasant stay. The rooms were very clean and spacious with some good views from the balcony. The pool areas were sometimes dirty with masks and gloves flying on the floor but generally not too bad also in the restaurant area everyone wore masks and gloves when taking their food. The food was generally very good with good variety of options for vegetarians during lunch and dinner, I would say breakfast was not great bit disappointing as there were not many options and seemed to be the same every morning. The alcoholic drinks were good although they mostly used their own brand alcohol it was not terrible and did not taste awful, the drinks are quite strong which is good as you don't need to drink a lot to be on a good level. Bar staff especially Yanis and Margarita were lovely they would get involved in the fun and have shots with us, very pleasant to be around. One of the downsides is that they do not provide the cocktail Mojito which is a basic drink all inclusive hotels provide.
Marion the restaurant manager was absolutely lovely he would make the effort to come and speak to his guests and get involved in having fun in the evenings and always smiling. He is a very lovely man and provides some good food at the hotel. One criticism is that breakfast finishes too early at 10am, people come on all inclusive holiday so they can relax and have a lie in which is not really possible in my opinion if breakfast ends at 10am. The hotel provides snacks from 10-11pm which is good but I believe they should have more than 2 options available. I also believe the pool bar should stay open till at least 11.30pm as it currently closes at 11pm.
Animation team were good but not mind blowing. Special thanks to Robbie who is a lovely member of the animation team, full of energy, smiley and very kind. On the other hand, Mickey who is their team leader can be quite rude and unpleasant to be around. Our biggest bug bear was activities not starting on time and because of that some activities do not go ahead. The biggest downer in terms of entertainment was that the entertainment provided on a Saturday night was a movie quiz which is was terribly boring, they can surely provide better entertainment on a Saturday night. Some activities were fun such as the couples game, water polo and beer pong but I think these would be better if they started on time which would allow more fun for guests.
Thank you to all the cleaners making sure their guests stayed safe.
Overall, this hotel is great and I would recommend it I just wish they had a sandy beach! I particularly loved the lazy river could spend all day in it!!

Loved the grounds of this hotel, they are truly beautiful. It is also in a great location, being on the beach and not too far from the airport or Rhodes town.

There are many positives of the hotel:
1. The animation team are fantastic. They are so enthusiastic and without them, the hotel would be lacking. Robbie is amazing! He frequently came over for a chat and a laugh and made us feel at home. Dem was also very good! I was shocked to find out it was both of their first seasons as they are extremely professional and good at what they do.
2. The Food and Beverage manager is an angel! He is so kind and so helpful- couldn’t do enough for us.
3. The lazy river and water slide were so much fun and it was good that there were communal floats to use.
4. Cleanliness was to a high level and precautions were used with regards to Covid i.e. masks inside and gloves at the buffet.

There are a few things which could be worked on as I believe that the hotel is currently deserving of 3* not 4:
1. The food is not good at all. The breakfast is adequate and the gyros from the snack bar are fantastic, but other than that it was really lacking and I struggled to find things to eat on an evening.
2. The drinks menu is very limited and for a 4* hotel I would except at least some branded spirits. I also think that bottled water should be put in your room.
3. The sunbeds around the pool have parasols which cannot be taken down. This means that you either have to sit in the shade or constantly move your sunbed. In the end we chose to lie on a portable one down on the grass by the beach.

Overall we had a fantastic holiday, mainly due to the animation team. They have made me want to return next year. The only reason I would be hesitant to return is because of the food and drink.
