However the pool area and hotel reception is really nice, quite modern and clean. There are plenty of sunbeds but people still put towels down the night before and crack of dawn to reserve. Which is against hotel policy and frankly annoying. We are not early birds on holiday so would just sit were ever was free and move throughout the day to better sunbeds when they became available. The hotel is over a flight path, the plane noises are noticeable when outside but inside your room you can’t hear them.
The hotel entertainment team including Mickey, Jo, Robbie, Demosa and Lillie where all great and a pleasure to meet. They put on a show 6 nights a week and are around the pool during the day playing games with guests such as volleyball, water polo, darts, beer pong and many more. They also put on a trip to falarki two nights a week for those who want to go clubbing, which is really fun, drinks are quite expensive in the club one round costs about €20 for 2 vodka cokes. This has been one of the first holidays we have been on that an entertainment team is so engaging with guests and take the time to talk to you and generally feel like they want to get to know you instead of it being a chore or job. Amazing team and all work so hard and have so much enthusiasm.
Overall the holiday was brilliant we stayed for 11 nights and definitely would recommend to others. We came as a couple but there’s a lot for families with children to do, games, kids club, face painting, lazy river and more.
Food was fantastic lots of variety.
All staff work really really hard and are so friendly.
The pool area is lovely but we spent every day on the beach which is a thirty second walk from the pool.
The only thing would say is that if you want to get a sunbed around the pool be prepared to get up before 7am to put your towel out (this happens at every hotel I’ve ever been to) there are plenty on the grassed area tho and on the beach. There are signs around saying any towel put out before 8:30am will be removed but this is never enforced so the hotel may as well take the signs down.
All in all we had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend.
Furthermore it was very hygienic in the hotel and all personal staff doing their utmost to please the tourists.

Every single staff member is so friendly and helpful, nothing is to much trouble for any of them, the cleaners, bar staff, restaurant staff, reception staff, gardeners, pool attendants, managers and the entertainments team all work so so hard to make your holiday special.
The food is always fresh and delicious, they have themed nights so always lots of choice. The staff are so quick at clearing your plates and keeping things topped up.
The hotel is spotless and very well maintained, the layout is so good for families, it’s not to big which is great, but it has everything you need, large swimming pool, pool bar, kids club and play park, water slide and lazy river, waterfalls, beach front location,
The rooms are spacious and the maids do a great job at cleaning your room daily, we feel so relaxed when here as we know our daughter will have a great time.
The evening entertainment is the best we have ever experienced on a holiday abroad, the dances around the pool and day time activities are also amazing.
This year she formed a special bond with Robbie and was made up to be his little helper.
Mickey is the entertainments manager and he is so full of love and energy, I don’t like to name individuals as I have so much love and respect for each and every member of staff.
Thank you so much for yet another amazing holiday, memories to treasure forever.

THE ONLY THING that lets it down is the food, especially the evening food. Breakfast is great- a wide selection of fruit, bacon, fried egg, scrambled egg, pancakes, tootsies etc. Lunch is hit or miss- but there’s a snack bar open all day which serves burgers and pitta kebabs which are amazing! The choice of food in the evenings isn’t great and often isn’t very warm. It was often hard to make a meal out of the options and the food rarely complimented each other. It wouldn’t put me off visiting this hotel again, however there is certainly a lot room for improvement.
The alcoholic drinks aren’t branded, which also lets it down as it is a 4* hotel, however they have a large cocktail menu and bar staff are willing to make whatever you would like. Not all soft drinks are branded either.
Overall we have had a fab holiday and the location is great as it is only around 15 mins away from the airport. Planes are constantly flying over the hotel as they are landing which is great to see.
5* entertainment
3* food
4* facilities
4* cleanliness
5* friendliness
Marion the restaurant manager was absolutely lovely he would make the effort to come and speak to his guests and get involved in having fun in the evenings and always smiling. He is a very lovely man and provides some good food at the hotel. One criticism is that breakfast finishes too early at 10am, people come on all inclusive holiday so they can relax and have a lie in which is not really possible in my opinion if breakfast ends at 10am. The hotel provides snacks from 10-11pm which is good but I believe they should have more than 2 options available. I also believe the pool bar should stay open till at least 11.30pm as it currently closes at 11pm.
Animation team were good but not mind blowing. Special thanks to Robbie who is a lovely member of the animation team, full of energy, smiley and very kind. On the other hand, Mickey who is their team leader can be quite rude and unpleasant to be around. Our biggest bug bear was activities not starting on time and because of that some activities do not go ahead. The biggest downer in terms of entertainment was that the entertainment provided on a Saturday night was a movie quiz which is was terribly boring, they can surely provide better entertainment on a Saturday night. Some activities were fun such as the couples game, water polo and beer pong but I think these would be better if they started on time which would allow more fun for guests.
Thank you to all the cleaners making sure their guests stayed safe.
Overall, this hotel is great and I would recommend it I just wish they had a sandy beach! I particularly loved the lazy river could spend all day in it!!
There are many positives of the hotel:
1. The animation team are fantastic. They are so enthusiastic and without them, the hotel would be lacking. Robbie is amazing! He frequently came over for a chat and a laugh and made us feel at home. Dem was also very good! I was shocked to find out it was both of their first seasons as they are extremely professional and good at what they do.
2. The Food and Beverage manager is an angel! He is so kind and so helpful- couldn’t do enough for us.
3. The lazy river and water slide were so much fun and it was good that there were communal floats to use.
4. Cleanliness was to a high level and precautions were used with regards to Covid i.e. masks inside and gloves at the buffet.
There are a few things which could be worked on as I believe that the hotel is currently deserving of 3* not 4:
1. The food is not good at all. The breakfast is adequate and the gyros from the snack bar are fantastic, but other than that it was really lacking and I struggled to find things to eat on an evening.
2. The drinks menu is very limited and for a 4* hotel I would except at least some branded spirits. I also think that bottled water should be put in your room.
3. The sunbeds around the pool have parasols which cannot be taken down. This means that you either have to sit in the shade or constantly move your sunbed. In the end we chose to lie on a portable one down on the grass by the beach.
Overall we had a fantastic holiday, mainly due to the animation team. They have made me want to return next year. The only reason I would be hesitant to return is because of the food and drink.
