Due to the situation in Detur, many of the travelers were thrown out of the hotel overnight when they did not agree to pay for the whole week again. We would have had only one night left, but not out and an hour to pack and disappear from the hotel. Others were also given an hour to pack, but they had entered the other rooms with their own keys and retrieved the keys after 20 minutes, they then had to pack their things in the dark. People with special diets were treated badly, it's not their fault if they can't eat everything! The cleaning in the hotel was really bad, the towels were only changed once. The kettle leaked from the bottom onto the table and the fridge was in terrible condition, no dirt was wiped at all. The cleaners unplugged the refrigerator from the wall even though there was food in it. The rooms are not the same as the pictures suggest, completely from the 70s.…

All bad to much to even write But here we go No hot water in the rooms as promised No wifi in the rooms as promised Very worn down depressive rooms 2 poweroutages in 3 days Unfriendly manager no service in her mind No reimbursement for extra surf that I hadto buy Unfriendly bartenders and morning breakfast staff

Stayed in this hotel .for a week with family, beds smelled of mould and Dampness, anys all over the room ,very noisy hotel as other guess qere singing and shouting music coming from other rooms , smell of tobacco coming from other rooms i reported this at reception notice was done .never stay this hotel again

1. Rude night porter/security 2. Rude day shift manager/check in/out 3. Pay extra for air conditioning 4. Supposed to be self catering but no saucepans etc to be able to self cater 5. Generally in need for updating of decor 6. Poor breakfast choice 7. Very limited information pack on local amenities 8. Pool water treatment. Water line green throughout. Water stained towels and clothes. Very very strong chlorine smell/taste 9. Several guests complaining of air conditioning not up to scratch and bedding/mattress missing from beds GOOD POINT 1. Daytime/evening time food pretty good 2. Relaxing atmosphere 3. Car hire easy to organise and reasonably priced

Such a friendly hotel with two swimming pools. The accommodation is simple but adequate, good food and great cocktails. The location is fantastic, within easy walking distance to the coast and a short bus ride into Rhodes. We loved our stay

The bathroom was full of mold and smelled so bad. They obviously didnt know what they were doing with the pool chemistry because the pool was so cloudy you could not see the bottom. The bottom was painted and when you walked on it big flakes of paint would come off. The sides of the pool was yellow and the swimsuits turned yellow after swimming in it. They are now ruined. Staff was just there, nothing more nothing less. The one guy with the fluffy grey hair was nice but other than that they didnt see you if you didnt pay for anything. Gyros in the restaurant was good and the location is ok. Not far to walk to the beach or the center where you find all the restaurants. The hotel area is also beautiful with a lot of plants and flowers. Such a shame about the rest. We regret spending time there as we also had a visit from a cockroach and the whole place felt so moldy and dirty.. Will not return.…

Rooms are basic, but that's ok if you're only there to sleep, but the hygiene is very bad! Housekeeping is not cleaning the floor, bedsheets were not cleaned once during our 8 day stay. They only make up the bed again with the same sheets and there was a lot of dust on the sides the beds! Had not been vacuumed in months. Very disguisting and don't even want to think about potential bedbugs.

Kassandra is a nice family apart hotel in the center of the town. Quite big appartements and nice restaurant and swimmingpool. Friendly staff. Only minor is the weak router for Wifi. Ilialyssos is quite near to the medieval city of Rhodos and other interesting sites.

We were three persons (two women and one man around 30 year olds) on a package trip organized by Detur arriving just before the beginning of season. Our flight landed during nighttime with us arriving to the hotel at 2am. George was there even during the night to welcome us and serve us, they kept the restaurant open for us even though they would normally close around midnight! The hotel rooms quality was just as expected for three star hotel. But it was spacious and with balcony with view to the backside pool! The rooms were cleaned daily. And talking about the pools: there was both front and backside pool! Both were good and welcoming. But the restaurant staff! Those were great people who served us well and were friendly with little teasing jokes thrown around! Big thanks and up for Akis and George! We’ll be returning!…

The pool and sunbathing area is perfect for a little relax and swim, the bar and restaurant staff are so friendly and kind there are multiple events on each week such as disco night, rock/pop Night and karaoke night (which we wanted to go to but unfortunately missed 😓). Handy location with buses going to Rhodes Town and a short walk to a busier part of ialyssos. Room is regularly cleaned and of good size and quality. Very sad to leave, enjoyed our stay and made our trip to Rhodes that much better.
