horrible dirty place built in the middle of the noisiest club area, windows vibrating from noise. Other guests are mainly drunk teenagers from Scandinavia, during our stay we witnessed one taken by ambulance at 4am, loud parties held inside hotel rooms after midnight, drunk youth running and shouting up and down stairs. Next morning all other guests complain at reception but nothing is obviously done since the Scandinavian travel agency they cooperate with keeps sending more unruly youngsters the next day...
Safe to say it was horrible. The first 2 rooms we got were so dirty that we had to change rooms 3 times. Well the 3rd room was okay, but we woke up to the roof leaking. Went straight to the front desk, and they took 5 hours to come and check it out. I was luckily with my friend, and we decided to go to the beach to get our minds off off the room. When we came back the roof was ripped off without telling us about it. Went to the front desk again, and they gave us a new room. The staff also told us that the room would be ready in a day. When we asked about the room the day after, the man at the desk just laughed at our face and told that they have no more rooms. So never again.
Don't expect to get the 'delicious breakfast from the grand buffet' advertised on the hotel website. A breakfast more lousy than what we were offered is hard to find: a slice of toastbread (plasticbag kind), a slice of canned ham, a slice of cheese, a few slices of cucumber and tomato to share between our group, a cup of semi-cold coffe from a (sometimes working) vending machine. I guess the toasting machine that you had to stand by like forever while it was toasting only on one side, was meant to be the 'buffe't thing???
The hotel was highly overpriced for the quality they offered. The rooms were very dirty. From the first moment we found hair and lots of little black pieces of dirt in the bed. Even so we had a room on the highest floor with a balcony, and had the balcony door open for the majority of time, we couldn’t get rid of an bad scent in the room. Lots of noise in the hotel and we could hear lots of noise and walkie talkies in the morning. The location of the hotel is in the midst of an escort and strip club city quarter. Maybe good for stag partys, but not recommended for couples. The only positive was the friendly evening male receptionist. The female receptionist let us wait 15minutes whilst having a call even though we were there before the phone rang. We only wanted to ask if the room could be cleaned as you had to ask daily! We left the hotel after 1 night! Stay out of that hotel! In conversations with locals they warned as well for the hotel.…
The hotel is very noisy there is not ocean view and nick can’t solve anything. Spiros is very kind by email but he is not here when you arrive and the experience so far is horrible. Very bad. I would pay more to stay somewhere else. This place is not a worth.
Negatives: Wildlife in the shower (some sort of insects living around the toilet) Claustrophobic lift - one of the ancient ones which require you to manually open the door and fit exactly one person and half a suitcase The interior is in dire need of refurbishing Room are shabby Awful pillows Poor excuse for a mattress as well Sad breakfast (quality of every item in the buffet was verging on offensive) Positives: Lovely personnel - the receptionist let us check in an hour early and check out an hour late Location is convenient for a layover from the airport as the airport bus stops nearby. A nice restaurant nearby. Overall, you get less than what you pay for. The pictures of the hotel look way better than it actually is. Don’t be tempted by the pool - you’d have a better time renting some cozy room in the old town instead.…
The property is located very close to the beach, and only a ten-minute walk to Rhodes town’s historic center (castle). The room was clean, the breakfast was nice, and the staff was very polite and helpful. In general, I think it was good value for money.
Let's start from the pool....its such an amazing brand-new place out there at which we had special cocktails and chilling. Staff works very professional and is too willing to provide suggestions to everything. Room is very nice also Location can't be better as it is near to everything And breakfast has a wide variety of Greek traditional goods!!!
I visited Manousos City hotel last summer and enjoyed a lot, as this is place which is full of positive enetgy, young and interesting people, very nice pool and drinks, and surprisingly always negotiable, regarding prices 👌🏻👌🏻
I booked to stay here for 7 nights, but left after only one. The hotel is awful, and it misrepresents itself in its advertising. It’s in the middle of bar street in Rhodes town. So unless you want to party all night I would avoid The place is noisy…banging on doors, shouting, and a lot of drunk people. Around the pool, it’s party time every afternoon, so if that’s ur thing it’s ok. But you won’t be able to sit around it quietly as it’s advertising suggests. The room was very tired also. Black mould all around the bath, and curtains that don’t close fully, so you can’t make the room darker. I asked for a quiet room, and was given one overlooking the street……because the truth is there are no quiet rooms in this hotel…..don’t be fooled! There are much better hotels around the area……this one is cheap and nasty.…
