We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The breakfast had a great variety, I always found something to eat even though I can be a bit of a picky eater. The restaurant serves lovely food in generous portions - try their Greek Salad! The service is lovely too. The staff were absolutely amazing and very welcoming. They were always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay as memorable and comfortable as possible, even though they worked hard, long hours. Even though the rooms were not cleaned for the first 3 days, I did not find that to be a problem. In general, one can always find something to complain about, but it is not worth focusing on minor hiccups during holiday in my opinion. There is a lot to enjoy in this hotel, and that’s a much better way to spend time.

We was little nervous about staying at this hotel because of mixed review here at TripAdvisor. But from the first second we stepped in the hotel we felt well and welcome. It seems that there is a two difference style of the rooms, but we got a very modern room in building one. Everything was new and very clean with a view to the garden. We had breakfast included, there was everything you need for a good start of the day. We also had dinner few times at the restaurant and the food was good for a fair price. In the neighbourhood is many good restaurants and bars. And if you like live music you you should go to the Double Duce bar and listen to IzzyDizzy band. They are fabulous players and Georg is on of the best singer I have heard! The best thing about this hotel is the staff, they are always happy and ready to do everything for you. And because it is not so big hotel it will get more personal then many others we have stay at in Rhodes. The guys at the restaurant, Pantelis and Panagiotis are very likeable and always in good mood. Monica, Filipos, Tassos at the pool bar was great and the old guy at the nightshift also. The girl in the lobby (sorry I don't remember the names) was always ready to solve everything we needed, We would recommend this hotel for everyone and hopefully stay there again sometime. It has everything you need for a holiday for reasonable price.

Ok we arrived here this morning at 4/5am as our flight with Thomas cook was delayed by 3 hours. On a side note if this ever happens to you I believe you can claim compensation from the airline but I have yet to find this out. Anyway .... we arrived here and it’s a bit strange because the hotel sunny days is situated behind the restaurant almost tucked away. We were greeted by a very clean very smart hotel reception and a very nice old guy with large .... personality. He was very helpful and boasted about his breakfast served everyday all you can eat between the hours of 7am and 10am. He said the room is already for us and advised the lift can be used to access room 215. The layout of floors is a bit strange too because you enter the lift and think you need to go to floor 2 for 215 rooms but it’s floor 1 for the 200 rooms yes it’s a little Irish but bear with me.... So we slept fine after leaving Manchester at 845pm (was supposed to be 550pm) it’s a 4 hour flight and the Greeks are 2 hours in front so be prepared to put your time on your watch forward two hours. In the morning around 830/9am we went down to breakfast. The breakfast dining room is a very large open room and feels very outside as the doors are opened up. There was an all you can eat buffet on with cheeses / nuts / fruit pastries, tea coffee etc. As much as you like. The English breakfast is erm....... erm..... : Hard boiled eggs check 🙂👍 Beans check 🙂👍 Scabby dry scrambled eggs 🙄😬 No fried eggs 🙄🤨 The bacon was erm .... fat with little bacon on. 😐👍💩 The sausages looked like they had been plucked out of a Heinz baked beans and sausages tin I avoided the hotdogs 💩👍 Some rubbery eggy looking bread smothered in chocolate sauce 🤨😬 I tried this and erm it tasted like eggs bread rubber in nice chocolate sauce. To be fair included in our 4 star hotel price it was ok. But I might venture to pay for an all day proper English at 7 euros a pop. The pool was nice and was included in the price. We didn’t use the gym though so I can’t comment on this. The WiFi was included in the price and appeared to work well, I was surprised at this. One complaint I do have is that the room was absolutely stifling, the temperature of Rhodes island Greece reaches around 31-35 ‘C midday and continues to 30 into the night the air con remote was missing from the room. When I enquired about this, said very nice old man advised us the air con remote can be hired for £7 (7euros) per night. Let me just reiterate this 7 EUROS PER NIGHT. Luckily we were only staying for 3 more nights and the total came to 21 euros respectively. I thought this rather weird. You want a pool yes fine. You want breakfast everyday all you can eat fine. You want free WiFi and tv good check. You want ana amazing power shower ? Check. You want to not be sweltering in the 30’C heat? GIVE ME MONEY! NOW!!! There was a supermarket a short walk away which served rekordolig (think Koppenberg but tastier) extra strong at 7% ! For £1.30 a can (that’s euros) they do a wide range of flavours so hat tip to this supermarket which opens until midnight. We spent 25 euros on chocolate / 2 x water and about 10 cans of rekordolig. Amongst cokes and other bits. I went in the sea and it was a little choppy but very warm and quite clear. There is a cool breeze that runs all the way along the coast from our hotel up to hotel Belair and beyond. It nice. The beach although pebbly was very nice to be fair. Overall we still have a couple of nights left but I’m enjoying my holiday it only cost £520 with on the beach including flights and accommodation with breakfast included and transfers so well well worth it I would have been probably willing to pay £750 for this holiday total but were only doing 4 nights. I hope you find this review helpful, thanks for your time Gaz Blogger / occasional traveller.

Dear Guest Good afternoon First of all, we are sorry that you had a delay at your arrival and we understand how frustrating that could be. We appreciate the time you took to write your feedback covering most of the areas regarding your accommodation with us and thank you for your rating. Regarding our breakfast, it is a full contintal one, covering the English breakfast as well. We are serving in general 5-6 different types of eggs (scrabled, fried, hard boiled, 'croque madame','pose', strapatsada, etc) which we served daily but not all together, usually 3-4 types every day so someone can try everyday something different. Most probably you have tried the Greek 'Strapatsada' which is simular to scrabled eggs but with tomatoes and a little bit dryier. Also with sausages, we do have the english type, franfurt type etc. In general, according to our guests's comments of course, we have a very rich and tasty breakfast considering the fact that officially we are a 3 star hotel. As for the a/c, it is related to the agreement in the various contracts we have with the travel agents & Tour Operators. Normally, you should have been informed when you booked about the facilities and the extras regarding your stay with us by your holiday provider. We are glad that the greater part of your stay is possitive and we keep trying to improve more in all areas of the hotel Once more, thank you for your feedback and hope we will see you again soon ! Best regards

I have stayed in this hotel with my mother. It’s a nice hotel with friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere. They have everything you need, from an animation team to fitness to playgrounds. Not too big, so it feels kind of personal. Clean and spacious apartments, housekeeping cleans every day. Also really nice to see how friendly they are towards the cats around the hotel. A shout out to PANTELIS the waiter in the restaurant, he is so friendly and takes care of everything!
