Stayed for a week and we enjoyed our stay. Hotel is a zuens hotel chain Hotel is mostly french. But can i say a mixture of other countrys and everyone was really friendly, For the start can we thank gloria restuarant manager. The head shef sorry dont want to spell your name wrong and lucus the entertainment organiser. My wife is a celiac. Gulten problems. The restuarant was fantastic. They meet my wife and explained what she could eat and what not. They have gulten free bread all you do is ask. Plenty of choice for breakfast. But i personnelly did not like the sausage. Plenty of bread.bacon. eggs ect plus the healthly side. Yougut. Apples ect. I myself never had lunch. But had the snack bar. Kebab. Pizza. Salad, nugget. Meat. Vegs. A bit for everyone. Finally evening meal. Again plenty of choice. They do a theme night. My best was the bbq. But they did mexicain. Italian. Seen mussles one day again plenty of choice but myself think catered for other nations as not much english. But again i myself found something to eat and again my wife enjoyed here neals as she is not as picky as me. Evening meal did get a bit noisy and very busy and one night due to the amount of customers got a little out of control and not enough food . ( my opinon). Room. I emailed and asked for a high floor room but due to been full i was told given a room on the 3rd floor which was fine. Rooms have double wardrove. 3 sets of draws. Fridge. Tv. Air conditioning. 3 adults stayed in the room . If i was staying longer think we would have gone for a bigger room. Beds were comy. French door opening to the balcony. 2 lifts both working and usally got a lift quickly. Bar. There are 2 bars. Pool bar and lounge bar. The lady on the pool bar was fantastic. Really happy and smiling also polite and always happy to serve. Ice cream between 12.00 and 16.30pm. Cocktails. Beer . Wine. Pop ect from 10.00 to 23.00pm Pools 3 pools. I been a childrens pool but little used on our stay Pool not heated and was fresh when u got into it. Close by there is a couple of bars, supermarket, resturant. Ect. Finally my person opinon Hotel fantastic Food good Clean. Very good Staff fantastic Entertaintment. Good Location. Not sure. You need to walk. Taxi. Bus to most places and i do not mind but anybody who cannot do it may stuggle other than stay in hotel. You will enjoy your stay and as said staff go out of there way. Hotel's Favorite
I spent almost 2 weeks in Cosmopolitan together with my family. We really enjoyed this time! Not a lot of guests so we could feel like VIPs on pools and in bars. No queues, everything fresh and tasty. We were able to try local cusine every day. Rooms are clean and represent adequate standard. Looking newly renowated main bar is very spacious and cosy at the same time. All the staff very helpful and wanting to make your stay carefree and unforgetable. The hotel is very well located - only 3-4 km away from the Rhodes old town/the harbour. A few small supermarkets, souvenir stores and restaurants nearby. A Taxi rank and a bus stop just in front of the hotel. What is important the hotel is just next to the beach so fresh sea breeze helps to survive even in a very hot day. And of course amazing sunsets that you can oversee from your balcony! Tough times for Greek people due to pandemic when tourists are not coming to their country as usual. But they are fighting and trying to do everything to attract people to be back in their fantastic country. I will be there again for sure! …

Had a really wonderful time at Cosmopolitan Hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the food was delicious. The hotel is situated near the sea and also was close to the city which made the experience even more amazing. The staff made sure that we were enjoying our time and kept the rooms clean every day.

Best trip ever and all thanks to the wonderful hotel staff!! The staff was very helpful and friendly. The food was delicious and varied. The hotel is located close to the sea. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. The animators were very professional. There was no time to be bored. Thanks to Lucas, I danced bachata for the first time. The evening activities were fantastic! I recommend!!!

Positive Remarks: The hotel is excellent, bedroom spacious with balcony, staff are very friendly and nice, food is absolutely fantastic. Well located and easy access to Rhodes Town on buses or taxis. Special mention of Gloria (Dining Room Supervisor), very friendly and she has a glowing personality and makes guests very inviting and welcomed. Katrina (Room attendant) is very thorough and intuitive. Negative Remarks: Hotel is very clinical and no floral displays or plants to soften the atmosphere in the Reception area. Staff should have name badge on them so that guests could relate to them personally. Lack of space in the bar area for people to sit and enjoy a quiet drink. Our biggest criticism is the entertainment staff, putting on music so loud by the pool and the bar that people cannot hear themselves talk. People were trying to relax and enjoying the quietness by the pool, reading a book or listening to their Ipods but these were impossible because of the loud music. Same with the bar by reception where after dinner, people would love to relax with a drink but the entertainment staff spoiled it with the loud and pounding music. With the hotel in full capacity, evening dinner was absolutely chaotic with people having difficulties finding a table. It would be good if the management organises two sittings in order to stagger the crowd of people. This should be done at the reception when people are checking in to see if they prefer the first sitting or the second sitting. …

On arrival was assured it was a quiet room ( absolute joke) first floor right above entertainment the word I use loosely as seems to be Karaoke, food not great and if you find something nice it’s cold how can this be when you arrive for opening ?? Hotel clean on a positive note but very dated we were under the impression it was under the Melia brand now let’s hope they make improvements!! The girl who works at the pool bar is great and works well under pressure.

We spend one week in this nice hotel. All of us,3 couples,had a wonderful week in cosmopolitan. We are really sad to be back home. All staff was vety polite and friendly. Plenty of food and very tasty. Every day something different to eat. The highlight was the fresh omelet every morning in the restaurant and the delicious fresh pizza and giros at lunch time in the poolbar area. Our rooms had a nice view to the ocean and we could see wonderful sun set from our balcony. Rooms not modern any more but we had all what you need and very clean. You could see all day long people to clean around. Animation team made a good job and we had much fun. The first days the music, day and night, was reaaly too loud but after was ok.Rhodes town is very close to the hotel. A big thanks to all staff for the amazing week and we will be back in September again.…

I thought this was a bonifide melia hotel, unfortunately it may say this by name only….not a great hotel just purely average. Very clean but very dated in its room decor. Food is not great and at times drinks were intermittently available…today the toaster machine packed up and they replaced it with household toasters…omg!! They didn’t work either. I will be eating out for the next couple of nights in Rhodes food not great tbh. I booked this through jet2 holidays and this was new in their availability for this year…well jet 2 you need to review this as if you think charging £1500 per person in peak season is acceptable then think again….I didn’t pay this thank goodness. The only good thing is that the weather has been great. If the manager replies to this stating he’s sorry to hear about the stay then he needs to re think his strategy….there are other hotels in this area so choose carefully.…

We had previously been to this hotel back in 2019, and we loved it as much as we still do! We had originally booked another hotel on the other side of the island, but after an awful experience, Sol Cosmo managed to fit us in for the week! We just love this hotel. Was a breathe of fresh air arriving to such smiley faces! Food- amazing choice, me and my partner are both vegan and had no trouble finding food to eat, always fresh fruit out, and the cooks will happily tell you what is in each dish. Drinks - amazing, bartenders are so lovely and made the best cocktails! A tea and coffee machine available at every bar/ dining area, they have tea from Green tea to Earl grey. Room- Super clean, has a kettle with coffee and tea etc. Cleaners do a really lovely job every day, clean towels whenever you want, and just superb. Lovely marble bathroom, plenty of space for your toiletries. Entertainment was really fun, and the animation team were friendly and just lovely to speak to - credit to Laura from Finland, she was so lovely! The hotel is placed in such a perfect area, not noisy at all, away from the business of Rhodes Old town/new town. Only 2 euro on bus to Old town from the bus stop outside the hotel, so really affordable! We love it here, great for families and couples! Our family all want to visit!…
