One of the best hotel Rhodes Island I'm sure coming back to him for another visit this year. His location is excellent. The employees are nice and give excellent service Rooms are clean and large There is also a beautiful suite with a swimming pool
We have just spent 2 weeks at the Palace. I must say it is the best hotel that I have ever stayed in. The amenities, the quality furnishings, the exceptional food, but above all the high level quality of all the staff. They were polite, efficient, spoke excellent English. The restaurant staff, particularly Apostole were super good, well done and a BIG THANK YOU from my partner and myself. We will definitely coming back !!!
From first arriving, our bags were taken and we saw how beautiful the hotel was. We were upgraded to a sea view, the room smelled amazing, was sparkling and spacious. The service was impeccable; I cannot stress this enough. Every single person there was helpful, kind, polite, giving us tips and saying hello- nothing was ever too much for them. The inclusive buffet was incredible, the largest variety to choose from and good quality every single time. Not your standard pizza-and-chips all inclusive. Again, the service of the waiters was amazing We never had to wait more than one minute to get approached for drink orders or having plates cleared. The all inclusive bar also has a large variety; warning the cocktails are strong! We worked our way through the entire menu and loved every single cocktail (bar one with too much ouzo). There are three pools- as we went in a colder season not many people were in so was roomy- and they have an indoor pool for those avoiding the sun. We managed to get sunbeds easily in the morning however you might struggle in the afternoon- however I'm sure if you asked staff they would manage to magic one up from somewhere. There are shops nearbys, however no nightlife so we mostly stayed in the hotel- so are thankful we loved it. Only suggestion I would say is there are 5 different restaurants which is amazing, however we were unsure of which ones were all inclusive, as we tried to go into one ad were told we should go to the other one. So all of our inclusive meals were set in one restaurant, and we did not go to the other four. The all day snack bar was nice to have there, however little variety. Good for if you need a quick snack though. It is 5* in every way for Greece- maybe not Dubai 5* however we were extremely happy and it was hard to leave. Cannot recommend this place enough.…
We were here for one week my girlfriend and I , and already from the check-in we were met with smile and helpful hands. We got a lovely room with view over the beautiful sea, wich was amazing. The animation team was really sweet to us and we joined Steffan's morning stretching almost every morning, wich was a great way to wake up! He was really helpful with all the questions we had and we were always met by a smile from him and the french girl. So thanks to them for make our stay more fun and relaxed. Also a big thanks to the girls in the reception, they were always so sweet to us and they always helped with the things we requested, specially Natalia and Katharina were so helpful and always with a smile. The food in the restaurant was more or less the same everyday, but it was really tasteful and there was food for every kind of stomach and specially the cakes were amazing . The waiters were busy , but they always met you with a smile and they came to you within seconds after you sat down to ask what you would like for drinks. So overall, a really pleasant stay at Rodos Palace, and we would for sure come back to this beautiful place again:) Extra info: Rodos town is only 5 minuts away in taxi, and the same with the bus wich i think was 2,50€ The beach is just on the otherside of the road, and then there is a small town to the left with some good restaurants and cozy bars…
We recently stayed at Rhodos Palace Hotel and we’re disappointed to see it did not live up to the 5 star rating. The restaurant staff were quite rude during our stay, and were not very welcoming to us. We were not aware of the “dress code” in the restaurant for men and was refused to have dinner on some nights. Also the food in the main restaurant was constantly cold and had we had very little selection to choose from; some nights we was the first people to enter the restaurant yet the food was still stone cold! In the end we just went out for food and did not go to the restaurant, as we knew we would not enjoy the meal. When you entered the restaurant you had to wait to be seated, which took longer than you would expect. When taken to the table, we would get our food but would not be offered a drink until we had finished our food. With our room we were given access to the spa and gym, which we was very excited to us however we were yet again disappointed. Sofia, who I believe is the receptionist in the Spa, was extremely rude and condescending towards us. Sofia’s attitude put us off going to the Spa/Gym. It was quite a shame as the other staff in the Spa who provided the facial and my pedicure were lovely. We had booked the hotel as All Inclusive however it did not feel like we were All Inclusive. You had to pay €2 for tea and coffee in the room, and also had to pay for the mini bar. We ended up going out and buying our own coffee/milk/sugar which ended up closer to the cost of one coffee from the hotel room. There was only one bar that was for All Inclusive guests, which we was quite glad about as the staff at the bar by the pool were extremely rude. Our room was really modern however lacked in the finishings as some were quite sloppy! The bathroom in our room had a very bad sewage like smell constantly! There was some staff in the hotel which made our stay lovely, like the lady who was looking after us in the lounge on the 16th floor and one of the ladies behind the bar at the All Inclusive bar! Katrina at the hotel reception was extremely lovely when we arrived, and throughout our stay. All in all, I don’t think we will be returning to this hotel again due to the negative experience we had during our stay. We were quite happy to be leaving and going home when we were!…
Very good selection of deserts. The rooms are good, but best to select the rooms from the 6th floor and higher. The sea view rooms are great. Special thanks to Andjela from the reception who made our stay in the hotel really nice by giving the best recommendations during our stay.
Very good vacation. Good bartender Destoina, very nice place. Very good foon in the hotel and very good room service. Good and helpfhul repsersion, shops closeby. I have to write 200 words. I need some more, still good place. Many good places around.
The best place we have ever been, staffs are very welcoming and friendly specially Despoina, Demitri,Stefan, Arsen and Timo.We really enjoy every single day we stayed at Rodos Palace and we would definitely come back to have the same experience. Thank you.
Just returned from a wonderful and relaxing stay at this beautiful hotel. Do not pay attention to the bad reviews you may read on trip advisor, some people can never be happy and like to complain. Admittedly I was a little worried after reading some bad reviews but fortunately all was wonderful for us. I do not know what the rooms were like on the lower floors so cannot comment. We were in room 1021, facing the magnificent sea. The room was so modern, clean and comfortable and could not have wished for better. The restaurant was very efficiently run and “Manos” the food and beverage manager was a gentleman and always had time to acknowledge us and made sure we had everything we needed. Compliments to the Chefs and restaurant staff, food was really good and beautifully presented. The all inclusive drinks were ok, not the best we have had but they can accommodate with the cocktails if you request extra shots of alcohol. “Arsen” was brilliant, with a lovely smile, always on hand with the sparkling wine for me and gave it in a glass as I did not like it in a plastic cup! If you ask, they will try and do what they can, Pool area was very picturesque, plenty of sun beds and tables. No loud music playing all day. There was a little light entertainment in one of the bars which was very relaxing and you can take your all inclusive drinks into that bar. We were fortunate to be given a full day VIP access to the bar on the 16th floor as it was my wife’s birthday, they even bought her a cake which was a lovely surprise. Special mention to “Angela” such a lovely lady, very hard working trying to please and help guests with all their queries. “Nicole” and “Irina” on reception were extremely professional and helpful to us during our stay. Overall a wonderful, relaxing stay for us, I would highly recommend this hotel but would definitely ask for a high room as they have been renovated above the 7th floor. Rhodes old town is just a ten minute taxi ride away, costing 8 euros if you walk just down the road from the Hotel to catch it, well worth a visit, lots of lovely restaurants and little shops. I am very pleased I chose this hotel for our first time visit to Rhodes and would definitely return.…
Huge thank you to all the staff. We had the best time. On 16th floor, view of the gardens and pools, ultra modern very comfortable room. Special thanks to Katerina in reception for your patience explaining what we wanted to know, done with your perfect English and big beautiful friendly smile, you are amazing. Thanks to the waiter Xenofon in the Terrace hotel who was always professional, friendly, helpful and good fun. Finish your college because some day I hope you have your own hotel. You'll be a ten star manager! The bar men who's name I didn't catch in the inclusive bar, thank you, always fun and happy to see us. The hotel location is perfect. Stunning beach across the road. Very close to Rhodes town, airport 15 min by taxi. Spotlessly clean hotel, safe, so comfortable, huge amount of areas to eat, drink and relax in. Pools are amazing. I loved this holiday and hotel and cannot wait to return.…
