I booked with Booking, to whom I have already sent my complaints, the photos of the room were nice and it seemed simple but fair for the asking price (67 euros per day including breakfast) but already the elevator made me shiver: dirty and ancient! !! But the worst was yet to come: Terrible room, broken lock so it is impossible to safely close a door with a simple key We enter and the wardrobe had a door and a drawer hanging, the fridge was off and not working when we tried to turn it on, the air conditioner had a flap that couldn't be directed and in the bathroom the sink was blocked and the shower soap holder was broken... . Terrible breakfast, in fact we went to have it in the nearby bar The next day ... the room had not been cleaned ... they do it every other day ... luckily we left the next day We had already paid upon our arrival otherwise we would have fled... and there is someone who has given good reviews... they will be FALSE

Mattresses are like wooden planks. Shower tap broken, spray cannot be hung, hook broken. Breakfast everything in the warm room sweet ham and sweet cheese no refrigeration no choice. Cats are lying on the dirty floor and chairs outside. Staff not friendly, if you ask something it's like stepping on their toes. The only positive thing is the location, which is perfect. There are much better ones for this price.

Not much I can add to what's been said already. In fairness the staff were ok and helpful. My room 101 was at the front and noisy. The bathroom is dangerous. Toilet so close to the shower you have to put your right foot in the shower or tuck it behind. No hand rails and a lethal glass shower panel just waiting to behead you if you slip. Furniture with missing drawers, light in bathroom that seems to have melted, seal strip missing from bedroom door. Decor needs a touch-up. Breakfast ok. Point of warning. When going out you leave the key at reception. They leave it on full view so a third could easily pick it up and nip up to your room. Front door has a new code every Monday but bar door to street open so what's the point of security code. Shame because I'm sure the staff try hard.

I've never seen worse. The reception sucks. The rooms are awful and very old. So is the cleanliness. Don't even bother. Spend 3-5 Euros more and stay in a better hotel. They are extremely rude, you can fight at any time. Since there are no mosquito nets in the rooms, they are full of garbage flies and spider webs on the ceilings. There is no hygiene in the hotel. Even the refrigerators don't work. It is not worth staying just for its location...

Ok for short stay, Hotel in the centre of Rhodes and close to all shops and restaurants and bus station. No elevators, just stairs. Breakfast very basic, help yourself to very little food. The room is small but clean and towels provided.

Incredibly bad hotel. Not hot water in the shower, can not wash the hair due to almost no pressure. Breakfast is no breakfast, skillfully dry loff slices. Only water to drink. Coffee had to make myself, and then only with small water from a faulty coffee machine. It was supposed to be fixed but didn't happen at all, just bad excuses every day. Hose holder in the bathroom hanged and hose. No one recommend this hotel.

A traumatic experience. We lost some valuables in this hotel and our suspision is that they were stolen. The owner and manager not only did not collaborate to help us but they were aggressive. We found the lady at the reception and the owner very rude and unprofessional. They show no mercy to help or collaborate . In general, it was a traumatic experience. Avoid this place.

Das Gute an dem Hotel war das es Stadtzentral war. Das Personal ist super freundlich. Das Früstück ist auch Gut. Unser Zimmer war aber sehr klein. Es gab keinen Platz um die Koffer aufzumachen. Überall waren spuren von zerquetschte Mücken. Davon gibt es auch jede menge. Am besten an der Rezeption nachfragen. Da kriegt man etwas dagegen. Der Duschvorhang war sehr dreckig, das Vorhang im Zimmer auch. Das Bad war alt und der Vorhang ist sehr nah an der Dusche. Es klebt an einem wenn man sich duscht. Putzen hat auch keiner gemacht für die ganze Aufenthalt. Wenn man damit leben kann ist sehr günstige alternative günstig und Stadtzentral Urlaub zu machen. Alles ist in der Nähe. Geschäfte, Restaurants, Cafés, Strand, die Altstadt. Einfach alles ist vor der Haustür.
