We stayed at Marisol Hotel very well placed across the road from the beach ( Zephiros ) quit , frequented by locals people , 25 min a nice walk to the Old Town, 5 min by taxi ( 5 Euro), 10 min by bus no.6 from the hotel to Mandrakis port, but 50 min back to the hotel, line 6 is a circular one, 1, 50 Euro ). Nice rooms with AC ( really working) , refrigerators , cleaned under Covid restrictions. All staff was very polite, nice people : at the reception ( thank you very much Andreea) , in the restaurant ( very good Mediterranean food ) and the bar- woman . Very well thought out restrictive antiCovid measures. We really recommend this hotel! We will come back!

Me and my family and friends really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Rooms ale small but clean. Air conditioning is included as well as toilet paper and bathing properties. The room is cleaned by maids every day if you want to. Dining was also very nice (we had all inclusive). Breakfast: eggs, bacon, bread, baggets, yogurts, muesli, cheese, ham, salami, fruits and vegetables and also coffee machine and sweets. Juices were not as good as I wish but over all I did not mind. Other meals included for example pasta, soups, chicken, pork, beef, seafood, fish, baken potatoes and other vegetables such as tomatoes and eggplants and also fresh salads and tzatziki. One cook also prepared fresh meat in front of the guests. The bar was opened 11-23:00 (for free) and offered various kinds of drinks. Sometimes at the evening there was a line. Swimming pool is nice, not small but not big and there are many sunbeds. The beach in front of the hotel is not what you expect from the holiday in Greece so we used taxi and then also rented a car to get to much nicier beaches, for example Anthony Quinn or Kalithea. The stuff is VERY FRIENDLY and Tulla the waitress is the most lovely person on this island! After all: the hotel comes highly recommended but I recommend renting a car to go to nicier beaches.

The general impression is good, our small company had all we need to have a good vacation. We enjoyed the food at hotel and tried not to miss any lunch. The hotel has 2 bars, one outside by the swimming pool and other inside, so you can enjoy your favourite drinks. In the evening there is a queue near the bar though, and swimming pool closes at 6 pm. The staff is friendly, air conditioning is fine. Outside can be a bit loud because of wind or traffic, so it's a good idea to keep the window closed. Keep in mind that opening the window stops the air conditioning. The sea is nearby and and town not far away. The only 2 things that are lacking are massage and laundry service included, but it can be found nearby. I would definitely suggest the hotel for a vacation

Hotel itself is ok and clean, average, don't expext 5 stars experience. Service don't make you feel very wellcome, like in Rome. AC was closed based on calender, not weather. All inclusive is poor, not worth of money. My experience: Turkey-Rodos 6-0. Atmosphere in "restaurant" is like in noicy cantee at work. Food same standard pasta with sauce, fries, some chicken/sausage/vegetables from oven in steel boxes, warmish, not even hot, fried pork only Creek. Beer and wines from tap propably cheapest possible, no taste, other drinks something oversweet essance without bubbles. Juices and bottle drinks at extra price but not available with food. Even water from soft drink automat tastes like water from tap. At lobby bar all inclusive tequila sunrise was ice, and something from two bottles to paper mug mixed, oversweet nothing to do with tequila sunrise. If you don't like beer/wine, there is nothing to drink. Recommend to use restaurants nearby.

The hotel overall was nice, clean with service minded desk, OK facilities, areas, and good service...

BUT, the restaurant was bad and especially the rude offensive lady, being some kind of organizer. 😬
In the restaurant it was noisy and loud, with high slammer, and sharp sounds.
The restaurant room was without textiles like tablecloths.
When coffee and beverages were empty no-one refilled the machines.
There were no wine glasses. And worst of all this lady.
The restaurang was like a school cantine, food was given, but with this environment nobody cold call it dinner.

We were promised a 4 star hotel, but the restaurant reduced it to 2. It is sad because I believe that Marisol could have a great potential with a better restaurant.

Fortunately, we found som nice restaurants close to the hotel.

It is very calm place, really good staff. Waiters and waitresses were nice. Especially helpful and courteous were waiter called Letheris and barmaid Olha, they were always very smile ,so we are very grateful to them. There were also good and different meals in hotel restaurant. Hotel is located nearly Old Town - good place to go on a walk and sightseeing. We recomended this hotel on a holiday with family and children.

Hi. My husband and I stayed at the Marisol Hotel for 10 nights. Hotel is a good place for people who wont to have a nice stay, tasty food and relax.
The staff is very helpful and nice. Cooks are making delicious gluten free food. The restaurant has very qualified waiters and they are helpful and polite.
I really recommend this place.

We have been in hotel Marisol for 11 days. Everything was great. The room was clean, there was a lot of options of food and it was perfect, drinks were always available in bar and at the pool as well, the hotel was also very beautiful and clean and it was few minutes to the sea.
The personal in the hotel was very accommodating and friendly. And the BEST personal was in the dining room.
Everyone there was professional, amazing and friendly and especially Lefteris ❤️ ❤️❤️and Toula ❤️❤️❤️
They were so amazing, so friendly and so kind. They are beautiful people and they made our vacation even more beautiful. We will love to come there for holidays again.❤️

The breakfast was so poor that for the first time I was having vegetarian full English as bacon was disgusting and the sausages tasted like camel hump in my opinion the overall food was poor with the occasional good bit and the rest was average at best as most of it was pretty abysmal but at least it was all you can eat and buffet style or would have ordered absolute garbage that I wouldn’t feed the stray cats that are about the island. The drinks were watered down like the sea is salty, best thing was the water as the fruit juices are sweet tasted like a bag of sugar was in one cup and made me feel like I’m leaving with diabetes and the all inclusive alcohol was served out of a thimble and were used with nock off booze and grenadine.

But I cannot say this Enough the one saving grace was the bar man Alex he was friendly, made jokes, was a absolute all round top guy the real OG of this place he made the best overall drinks out of all the people serving drinks and earns himself 5 stars just on his own, He is the best asset of the hotel and made our holiday fun so massive big up to Alex. He was top dog at the gaff and I cannot rate him highly enough.

The cleanliness of the place was great no complaints from this area as all rooms and floors were cleaned daily and there wasn’t even any dirty spots on there fish tanks on the wall which is impressive

The location wasn’t too great as there’s more things to do in Chernobyl. The hotel and not much to do in the area but there are few local bars but one we found was called the Naval on the port that was at max 4 min walk recommended as was nice place and bartenders gave solid banter but theres was also a 24hr little shop that was probably 50 yards away also there was a shisha bar 1 min away and beach was 2 mins away at best and was quite beech could alway get a place on it and if u wanted a sun bed €10 a day if fussy bout that

The pool was freezing cold was good after u get swimming but good for the heat tbf and was always clean the pool drinks tasted strong but must have been watered down as had like 15 a day and didn’t feel that waved at all. Also there wasn’t a lifeguard hopefully u can swim well

The room was ok was nothing special had a balcony which overlooked pool other than that it also had a fridge good for beers or breezers from 24hr shop as the all inclusive ran out at 23:00 also the shower was good but bed and mattress pretty poor the air con was useless it was a grate on the wall which wouldn’t cool the room down at all

U get the impression that the boss lady is a tight arse and tries to cut corners as often as possible she made me feel like I’d stolen her husbands kidneys for grabbing more than one slice of water melon
She also gives of a ice queen vibe as she always hovered round the food like a fly and watch to see how much you’ve taken

There is no entertainment or anything to do so all we did was chat and play cards and a bit of if u stay I would recommend bringing a board game as nowt to do.

Worst hotel ever. Bed bugs in the beds complained but nothing was done. Reception staff very moody and unhelpful. Canteen is the best you could call it, food awful all taste the same, staff dreadful they couldn’t wait for you to eat and go. Bar staff very stressed had to queue half an hour for a small tumbler of drink, bar closed at 11pm. No water available to drink in the fridge in the room. Pool area to small not enough sun beds.
Our flight home was 11pm we were not able to have showering facilities before leaving - just awful. The staff need reminding we are on holiday not there to be abused and shouted at.
All inclusive is a joke, pay bed room tax, safe for the week and towels that’s an additional £100.00!

It’s about 20 min walk to old town Rhodes , not much around it bar restaurant wise , 2 min walk to quite good beach , food ok but not top quality , if it’s cheap and you use it for a base it’s ok ..
