    Great stay !
We had a wonderful stay at the Atlantis. It is ideally located (5 min walk from beaches, restaurants/bars, the old town, and the mandraki Harbor where you can do sea activities). Rooms are very clean. The staff is great, special thanks to the cleaning staff, to Petros (in charge of breakfast and diner) and to Elefteria (the bartender) who were very professionnal and particularly nice and smiling. Overall a great discovery, we highly recommand this place.
We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay once more with us. It is an honour for us to have guests like you who return again and again to our hotel. On behalf of the whole team I would like to thank you for your positive and kinds words. We wish you the very best and look forward to welcoming you again.

    Modern hotel and friendly staff
We stayed in room 402, hotel is very clean and modern looking. We had clean towels changed each day, and everything was tidied up while we were away. Staff was very friendly and helpful, specially Petrus (if I spelled it correctly) waiter in restaurant always greeted us with smile and kind words. Breakfast in restaurant was good and had enough varieties to satisfy most people. Chef did go extra mile to prepare eggs how we loved it. Diner buffet was a bit modest regarding choice, but every night you could find a tasty meal to eat, and there was option to have dinner from menu with discounted prices. We had pleasant experience and highly recommend it.

Beds are comfy and made everyday. Bathroom is a small wet room so floors always wet. Breakfast is average. The cleaners kept taking our electric key and making us retrieve it from reception meaning the room was hot and humid when we got back. Good location.

Atlantis was recommended to me when I booked for Rhodes town. It is close to the north east (Elli) and north west beaches and a short walk through shady boulevards to the medieval old town. There is a nearby pharmacy, fabulous spa and lively, popular restaurant (Koukos). I had thought about staying inside the walled medieval town but now I am glad I did not. Atlantis is well placed centrally for Rhodes town. A ten minute walk to the harbour and you can book a wide variety of trips such as the Mandraki Harbour glass bottomed boat, and the day sailing and swimming trip to Lindos, Tsambika and Antony Quinn beaches. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and I must single out George who sorted out a technical issue with the safe and shower, and who was always so kind and happy to chat. Breakfast has a generous spread and choice. Chef is very happy and will cook eggs fresh to order. Other receptionists, waiting and housekeeping staff are friendly and helpful. My room had a balcony overlooking the avenue and was freshly made up daily. Thank you to George and to all at Atlantis for a very happy, safe holiday.

We stayed here for a week as part of a package where we had the choice of hotels. As we were interested in the old city and access to other places by bus we chose the Atlantic because it's not large and it had generally favourable reviews. Whilst we can see that on a good day it might get a 5star rating, for us it was only a 4. Location - It's ideally placed outside of the old town but close to it and midway between the west and east beaches. That worked well because Rhodes can be windy and if you find that one side is too breezy then it's only a short walk to the other side and relative calm. You are also close to the bus station and the port for any trips. Accommodation - A nice contemporary style room with balcony, large and comfortable beds and a compact but workable shower room with shower and rain shower options. All you need. Food - Our package included breakfast. Plenty of choice, both western and traditionally local. On our visit, the hotel was not full and they really struggled to keep a decent range of hot options without creating waste. So each day it was a bit hit and miss as to whether what you had the previous day was still available. We discovered that in the evening a buffet was on offer but as there was no way of knowing whether people would want to eat in the restaurant, because they didn't ask, it was a case of turning up to see what was available. Sorry to say there was no vegetarian option apart from salad and on our second attempt, despite a reassurance that something would be provided, we gave up on the in-house offerings and ate elsewhere. Given the competition in all surrounding streets, our advice would be to eat out anyway so as to sample some of the excellent places we discovered. There was no shortage of places offering traditional Greek fare. The staff we saw that seemed part of the permanent team were really helpful. George on reception gave us some useful tips about where to visit. Symi is well worth a visit but avoid the pricey charter boats and take the Dodekanisos ferry. Also be on the lookout for any coffee machines with the Nescafe badge on them - as in the Atlantis. The coffee is really poor and you can get much better quality at the same price by shapping around. Overall - a good hotel but we caught it at an 'off' time.

We stayed for 11 days at this hotel and were very happy with it! It's a modern hotel, close to Elli beach (5-minute walk) and close to many restaurants and shops, as well as the Old town. Rooms were nice and clean, not too big, with balconies facing the street (there's some music in the evening but it's not too loud). Rooms are cleaned every day. Reception and restaurant staff are very friendly and happy to help :)

We were very satisfied with the hotel. First of all it is very clean. Every day the lady was cleaning and changing the towels and bed sheets. The hotel is located between the old city and the beach and it is easy to get to both sides. In the hotel, We had only breakfast but the food was delicious. You could find everything - sweet and salty, several types of breads, different hams, salami, sausages, several different ways of cooking eggs, many salads, fruits, different jams, etc. Above everything else, the hotel employees are so kind, nice and generous. We would like to specially thank and praise Petros, Eleni, Christina, Despina and the guy who was also working on the reception but I didn’t get his name (I am sorry). Whoever goes to Atlantis City won’t regret anything. The stay in the hotel is full of positive energy! :)
