We had a wonderful stay at the Atlantis.
It is ideally located (5 min walk from beaches, restaurants/bars, the old town, and the mandraki Harbor where you can do sea activities). Rooms are very clean.
The staff is great, special thanks to the cleaning staff, to Petros (in charge of breakfast and diner) and to Elefteria (the bartender) who were very professionnal and particularly nice and smiling.
Overall a great discovery, we highly recommand this place.

Great hotel with a very very kind stuff. Rooms are clean, location is one of the best in the island, food is also very nice.
They are very carefull and take all the mesurements to avoid a possibility of covid infections among the guests.

All the recommodations for this place!

We stayed in room 402, hotel is very clean and modern looking. We had clean towels changed each day, and everything was tidied up while we were away. Staff was very friendly and helpful, specially Petrus (if I spelled it correctly) waiter in restaurant always greeted us with smile and kind words.
Breakfast in restaurant was good and had enough varieties to satisfy most people. Chef did go extra mile to prepare eggs how we loved it.
Diner buffet was a bit modest regarding choice, but every night you could find a tasty meal to eat, and there was option to have dinner from menu with discounted prices.
We had pleasant experience and highly recommend it.

NO REFUND
Before you book, just know that there is no refund for cancellations.

My request for refund got rejected after my flight got cancelled. I let them know weeks before my booking. Very inconsiderate. They didn't even offer partial refund or credit.
Very poor customer service !!

If I could give 0 score out of 5 I would.

I’m abit late writing this review I stayed at the hotel at the very start of May I flew and booked. With easyJet holidays for a very reasonable price.

I arrived late at night to a warm reception from the staff, the hotel is situated in the perfect location , close walking distance to the old town and harbour as well as a short stroll to the beach, both are within a 15-20 min walk with lots of bars , rest and shops close by

The hotel itself is quite small very clean and the rooms are well maintained and services everyday, the bathroom comes with toiletries and also dressing gown and slippers.

The staff are extremely friendly and get to know you personally and always check on you day and take time to have a chat

There is a bar onsite (no hand pumped beer ). There is a spa aswell and I stayed half board and had a half board menu in the down stairs restaurant. The food was freshly cooked and very nice however not really classic Greek dishes. I mixed it up and went out some nights for food and drink

Overall the hotel is lovely and is ideal for a couple or solo traveler wishing to see the sights however I would not say it’s ideal for family’s as I feel young children would get board .

Couple of small things . There was a kettle with tea / coffee milk and sugar in the room but that was never refilled on room service so I had to go out for my morning cuppa. The door handle fell off when I first got to the room but that was quickly resolved the next day with efficiency

Would I stay again yes definitely. Would I bring my child (unsure) but like I said as a solo or couple it’s a great base to see the sites There’s no swimming pool or hot tub and the restaurant food can seem a-bit bland but other that it’s in a great location and the staff and overall stay is definitely a 3 star 🌟 hotel. You’ll have a lovely time in a fabulous location

Response from Atlantis City, General Manager at Atlantis Boutique City Hotel
Responded Aug 20, 2024
Dear westhammatt, Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed review, even if it’s a bit fashionably late! We’re delighted to hear that you had such a positive experience during your stay in May. It’s wonderful to know you enjoyed our warm welcome, the hotel’s prime location, and the cleanliness of your room. We’re also pleased that you found our staff friendly and engaging—they do their best to make every guest feel at home. We appreciate your feedback on the food. Our aim is to provide a mix of options, though we’ll certainly take your comments into consideration as we review our menu. As for the tea and coffee refills and the door handle issue, we’re glad these were addressed promptly and will work on ensuring such details are managed more consistently in the future. Thank you for the recommendation and for highlighting what you liked about the hotel. We hope to welcome you back soon, whether you’re traveling solo or as a couple. And who knows? Maybe next time, you’ll find that our location and amenities are just right for a family adventure too! Best regards, Ioannis Pastrikos Hotel Manager

We stayed at this hotel for a week. Large and recently renovated room, overlooking the courtyard. New and modern bathroom, we know something about it as my wife works in the design sector of this environment. Quite a varied breakfast, furthermore everything is presented not as packaged products, but as if they were freshly made in containers, from jams of every quality to biscuits of every kind, croissants, rustic products etc.... The staff was always kind and helpful , from the reception to the girl at the bar, exceptional education. The only flaw, but not to take away a star, is the cleaning service, it's true it was always clean and the sheets were changed, just every 7 days. 3 times they did not leave the set of towels in the bathroom (but removed the old one) and left the pillows on the bedside tables, leaving the making of the bed interrupted; I reported everything to the reception and the girl at the reception came up to sort everything out. It's obvious that you can't give a low rating just because of a job done poorly by just one person. The location of the hotel is strategic, to do everything on foot: the two beaches, the nightlife, restaurants of all kinds, the old town, the seafront, the port.... all close.

Just returned from a week’s stay at this centrally located hotel. It was its first week of the season and as such there were one or two teething problems such a key card and safety deposit box issues. However, any issue was resolved immediately and with a smile. In fact Yannis, the manager, welcomed any feedback, as they had just upgraded their facilities and wanted guest comments, to make improvements where necessary.
The location of this hotel couldn’t be better as within easy walking distance of the Old Town and the east and west coasts. For us, the location was the best feature but a close second was the friendliness of the staff - reception, dining room, bar, cleaning staff and maintenance. Everyone had a smile and made us welcome. Our room (111) was a good size with dual aspect balconies - although the views weren’t the best - unsurprisingly as centrally located.
Our beds were probably the most comfortable ones we’ve ever had in Greece.
All in all, a lovely hotel that I would recommend.

I was very happy staying at the hotel because hotel staff was friendly and ready to respond to any need. Also the people working at the telephone service were helpful and respond immediately to any request. The kitchen staff also respond to my need. Bedroom was everyday cleaned and had clean towels in place. Wonderful people, all of the people I came across.

Thank you all for making my stay a wonderful experience.

The room was clean but we payed for the superior room. It was not at all like in the photos. Too small to stay the hole week. The elevators was so small that three persons couldnt use it in the same time. The breakfast was not very good, for example if you need glutenfree bread and also if you need lactose free millk. The breakfast room was little and there was not enough room . It is not possible to eat outside as in the other hotels. It is not todays hotel . We had to travel early in the morning and 7 breakfast should be included to us. We asked if they can make something for the travellingmorning, . We got some dry and old cakes only. It is not that what I understand of the healthy breakfast.Had to pay the hotelltax 2 times ,when we came and when we left.
We dont recommend this hotell for anyone.!

After many returns to Rhodes for a week's holidays prectically every year, and in *** category, I find Atlantis City hotel the best hotel of its category in Rhodes town: the location is so central, that it is virtually the same distance: to the beach, to the old town, to the harbour; while all other locations (restaurants etc.) are even closer. The rooms are minimalist, the balcony is great, the staff is effective and nice, the hotel and rooms are impeccably clean.
