Hello, We just return from this hotel. We had most worst and unexpected experience in this hotel. All is a fake!! First- we was in a room at 4th floor There has come "neighbors" blacks who all day and night make noise and play with ball in room. The receptionist told me "we know". Instead to move them, the give us solution to move to another floor and room. We moved! At the second room, another bad experience, one person junked come at our door and knock out until i go out to see. 3- Very poor food, not enough food everyone, only if you order they fill up the try with food! Is too much evaluated this Hotel! Is definetley no 4* Rooms are not like in pohotos!! Staff is not friendly and not trying to help your problems!

Experience at this hotel was really bad, on ground floor is located a bar, where is music non stop, rooms are not like in photo posted by hotel I've found bugs and spiders. Breakfast poor, every day the same menu. Presentation from website has nothing to do with reality. Absolutely not 4* hotel.

This was our first holiday on the island of Rhodes and first time holidaying in a city location, and would recommend the Diana Boutique Hotel to anyone that is thinking of holiday in Rhodes Town. On arriving at the Hotel (01:45 am) we was warmly welcomed by the staff, this was to continue throughout our holiday nothing was to much trouble, Alexandra was absolutely wonderful, we (my wife and I) had our son, his fiancee and our granddaughter (4 years old) with us, Alexandra loved her and along with the rest of the staff made her feel at home. The rooms were comfortable, room service was very good, rooms cleaned EVERY day, wide variety of food for breakfast which incidentally was served on the top floor giving you the chance to view the surrounding area of the town and down on the ground floor there is the Grill House serving a wide range of dishes which you can have anytime day or night. Location wise it was perfect, 150mtrs from the West coast, 400mtrs from the East coast and a 10min walk to the gates of the Old Town with shops, cafes and bars en-route.Once again like to say a big thank-you to all the staff at The Diana Boutique Hotel especially Alexandra, on making our holiday in Rhodes complete, THANK YOU xx
