For over 30 years now, 7 PALMS APARTS HOTEL consists an oasis of genuine Rhodian Hospitality. Both studios and apartments are spacious and fully equipped, for those who desire self catering accommodation. Three major renovations, with respect not only to the history of the hotel, but also to the heritage of the city, resulted to a post modern retro and yet heart-warming atmosphere. The hotel is located at the landmark area of “Epta Vagies”, in the non-touristy part of the city, but at the same time within walking distance from the important sites: the old town, the ancient stadium, the Temple of Apollo, the Rodini Park and the new marina. It lies at the edge of one of the classic Rhodian neighborhoods (marasia), and it therefore comprises an ideal choice for those who want to experience the authentic. Regarding transportation, there is a taxi station and a bus station only some meters away from the hotel. Please note that the reception operates from 10:00 - 13:00 and 18:00-22:00

We spent 13 days at 7 Palms this summer with our 2 children, aged 11 and 4. The hotel was brilliant, ideally located within walking distance of Zephyros beach which we found was used mainly by locals rather than tourists and was great for the children to swim in the sea there (also the beds are cheap and plentiful!) There are also lots of really good and reasonably priced restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, Domy gave us some recommendations for places to go and all of them were superb. To walk into the Old Town itself took us around 20/25 mins. It's an easy, flat walk through the residential neighbourhood and our youngest managed it with no problems. Aside from the Old Town, we took excursions to Lindos and Symi, both of which were great. The bus to Lindos leaves from near to the hotel and Domy organised the Symi trip for us which included transfers to and from the harbour in the Old Town. There are a number of supermarkets close by to the hotel, less than 5 mins walk. We were able to find everything we needed for the few occasions that we used the self catering facilities in the room - usually after a busy day sightseeing. We stayed the ground floor 2 bedroom apartment. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom/kitchen facilities were great. The children loved being able to swim in the pool everyday and we enjoyed watching them whilst relaxing on a lounger! Domy and Mrs Katerina really made the experience special. They were always ready to greet us with a smile and a friendly chat; they really made us feel at home. Domy was really helpful with suggestions of places to visit and to eat whilst Mrs Katerina kept our room spotless. We also sampled one of her delicious homemade breakfasts and would definately recommend!

We stayed in this hotel-apartments for a week and it was great! First of all, what I always like is quietness. And it was quiet - windows does not allow noise in the room, walls are thick and neighbourghood is quiet. It is about 30 mins walk to the harbour, less to the oldtown. The room was spacious, had everything it needed. Kitchen was great addition, we didn't cook though. The apartments had shower cabin which I prefer over bath. The shower itself had great pressure and easy to manage hot/cold water. The greatest part though was the balcony, which allowed us to have great evenings looking at the sunset or at the stars and having a tea or some beer. Of course, the owner Domy is a very nice, sweet lady. She shared useful tips about things to see, was very nice and friendly to us and even brought grapes from her yard. Overall, this is the place to stay. Greetings from Lithuania, Mrs. Domy! :-)

In my search for a place to stay I found 7 Palms. I wasn't able to find one bad review. So I booked it. Arrangements were made with the amazing Domy to be picked up from the airport. I arrived late at night and the driver was able to give me my key and let me in. The room/apartment was clean, good water pressure in the showers and it had a kitchen. Domy was able to assist me in so many ways. Booking trips and taxi rides in the mornings. To giving advise on local places to eat, history of Rhodes and suggesting things to do. The pool was a nice way to end a long day of walking. Don't look any further for a place to stay than 7 Palms. Katernia the sweet cleaning lady and Domy who was always there to greet you with a smile. Wonderful experience. I can't thank them enough. Gordon from Toronto Canada

Domy is amazing! She had some great tips, helped us with transportation from the airport, our rental car and places to eat. Unless you don’t mind a walk to town, taxis are the easiest. Taxi prices do add up. Other than that the hotel is great! Very clean and comfortable.

I have to say Domy, receptionis, she is top! During our stay, she arrange us one day scooter rent, for super price. She will give you all usefull info about Rhodos you will need. Position of hotel is ok, you need to go 10min by walk to the old town wall.Durring the night there is 100% safe walk back and on the way back, there is 24/7 small shop , where you can buy all kind of drinks. We have a rented car, parking near hotel was, durring our stay, no problem. Cleaning lady, clean our rooms every day, tv ,air condition, free wifi works great. The pool could be open maybe at 7 am to 12pm,after morning jooging would be fine to take a swim, or after late dinner in old town. Water in pool was clean, also sun beds. Apartment has also microwave, fridge, cooking spot, so you can make you breakfast or just some ,,mezza,, by your selfe.
