Irène or irena (sorry in advance 😀) was very nice, provided us with great areas to visit. Welcomed us with smiles . Thanks you so much! In addition to the perfect services, we had hearty and various breakfast 😜. The room was perfectely clean with appropriate equipment. Pretty quiet place with only 5 rooms, so just perfect. The room called Anthony and globally the house are really nice. For sure, we will come back ! Maxime and Laetitia

We had a lovely stay in Villa Sanyan. Yannick and Sandra are a French couple who purchased and beautifully restored this guesthouse. They obviously take pleasure in running it. Sandra was not in Rhodes during our visit but we enjoyed chatting with Yannick at breakfast, each morning, learning a little about his life and living in Rhodes. The villa is within a short walking distance of all the sights in Rhodes town. Yannick gave us useful tips on the most important to sights to see and how to reach them. He told us which restaurants were the best. The breakfasts were impressive and everything in the rooms was new and in great condition. I highly recommend choosing the Villa Sanyan for your stay in Rhodes.

The rooms are beautiful and the facilities are very modern. Home-made breakfast is amazing. The villa is an easy walking distance to the old town. The owners are extremely hospitable and friendly. They gave us a map with all the best places to eat marked on it. Highly recommended.

Coming to Rhodes is a beautiful experience. Having the luck to find this place is like winning the lottery. There are many hotels to choose from but whoever loves something homey, tasteful, beautifully renovated should think about Villa Sanyan. Yannick and Sandra fixed this place up with lots of love and taste. They used local craftsmanship and decoration to support the people here. They couldn't be better hosts. Warm reception, lots of advice how to use our time wisely, great breakfast and warm conversation. If you are looking for a personal touch, nice people and a great location, close to the Old Town and great restaurants - this it it. I would love to come back!

Everything about the villa was perfect, located 2 minutes from the beach with lots of restaurants and bars even closer, the old town is about 15 minute walk away. The rooms we're very stylish with aircon, tv, mini fridge and a safe. Breakfast was good with different choices every day and the coffee was lovely. But what made it really special was Sandra and Yannick, they we're so welcoming gave us lots of idea's and tips and were genuinely interested in how our day went, by the end of our holiday we felt we had made two new friends.

Easy walk to the beach, the old town, the new town and fairly easy walk to the Rhodes Acropolis so a great location. The hosts are welcoming and go the extra mile to provide the right experience for their guests with appropriate suggestions for places to visit and dining opportunities. Sandra and Yannick make you feel at home and are very helpful. The rooms are quiet, comfortable and have everything you need - including a beach bag and towels. Highly recommended.

What a wonderful find. Yannick and Sandra are brilliant hosts and we were fortunate indeed to have the pleasure of staying at this villa. We stayed for one week in Room Maria. The room was well presented and the balcony was the bonus for a morning cuppa or evening digestif! The Villa has been sensitively converted and restored and is in a great location, 10 mins to the beach one way and 10 mins to the old town the other way. Yannick & Sandra go out of their way to ensure their guests are well fed (the breakfasts were excellent) and well informed on the best places to visit and restaurants to dine out. It felt like staying with old friends such was the warmth of their hosting. Overall it was a wonderfull experience for which Alison and I are very grateful. Thank you.

It was the first time we visited Rhodes and we loved it! The House is a lovely renovated Villa in Rhodes Town with a lot of nice Restaurants and Cafes just a short walk on foot. Many beautiful beaches are just 15-20 Minutes away with the car. But the best of our trip were the wonderful owners of the Hotel: Sandra and Yannik. Every morning they served us a tasty , rich and freshly made breakfast with a smile on their face and they gave us great tips to discover Rhodes. They also offered us a basket with beach Towels so we didn’t have to bring our own. Thank you very much for this wonderful holiday, we hope we can come again soon. Greetings from Emily and Christoph

Everything was excellent about our stay in Villa Sanyan. The hosts were amazing, they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They were able give us early check-in and late check-out with no extra charge, lucky us that our room was available. The breakfast was amazing, all fresh bread and produce. Wifi worked perfectly, rooms were clean and big enough and we didn't hear any noise from our neighbors. Location was great. About 10 to 15 minutes walking distance to all of major attractions made our stay better. We were able to come home between sites to get some rest. . Will definitely be back. If you want a quiet and comfortable stay, do not look anywhere else.

My partner and I had two nights at Villa Sanyan, after he flew in from Australia. It is located outside the old city but within close walking distance to both it and the ports. The hosts, Sandra and Yannick, are very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are small, tastefully furnished, spotlessly clean and include everything one could need as a traveller. The breakfast (included) is outstanding and prepared and presented with love. There are plenty of bars and restaurants close by. We would thoroughly recommend Villa Sanyan to anyone looking for a place to park with charm, service and comfort.
