The location of this hotel was fantastic, the beach was a 2 min walk away, the old town 15 mins walk, so many lovely places to eat and drink nearby. The rooms were quite small and the only hanging space for clothes was on a rail, above the kitchenette area, but, we managed. The bed was really comfy, we slept really well. The hotel and rooms were kept very clean. The only small disappointment was the lack of cups or glasses. You get a welcome pack upon arrival which contains 2 large paper cups and 2 small along with some instant coffee & sugar. We always take filter coffee bags away with us (yes, I know, we’re coffee snobs!) because we enjoy a ‘proper’ coffee when we wake up. We also like a night cap, so, we used the paper cups provided and put them in the bin. We didn’t realise that these were meant to last us all week, we were reluctantly given 2 more cups at reception, but, we ended up buying some cups to use for the rest of the holiday. Other than that small niggle, we really enjoyed our stay.

Yes, the personnel is kind and helpful, the breakfast is not qualitatively great but they seem to struggle to diversify it, the room service is great, they regularly change everything, but.. You cannot plan your hotel with the washbasin inside the sleeping rooms because you projected the so called bathrooms to measure two square meters and you wanted the whole place to match 10-15 square meters in order the proprietor to earn double than normal. These are rooms for cats and dogs, not for humans. Unfortunately there is nothing to improve regarding this issue. Maybe if you break the wall between two rooms and make a normal one.. Three stars due to the good personnel and service only.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted with such happy faces from all the staff. Our room was spotless the whole holiday and the cleaning was on point every day we were here. Anything that we asked for from the staff was done without a bat on an eyelid. Even better was that the sea is literally 150ft from the hotel either way down the road so absolutely no need for a pool with the warm sea to take a dip. The breakfast was just what you need to start your day and the location was great for bars and restaurants and only a 10-15 minute walk to the old town which we loved.
Would highly recommend staying at this hotel for anyone thinking of staying in Rhodes!!

I stayed in the Elite hotel during September for a get away with my partner. The room was okay, fairly small and the sink was in the main room so it was quite a tight fit, I did have to squeeze between the drawers at the base of the bed which I did end up scratching my leg on. The bathroom wasn't the greatest, very tight and didn't have much room in there as the shower was surrounded by 2 shower curtains so they kept sticking to me also the metal rack that you put bottles on are was extremely rusty. Tv didn't have many channels other than BBC news which gets a bit boring considering I was there for 9 nights. Rooms is decent if you're there for a short stay.
During my stay it didn't have my room cleaned everyday as it wasn't necessary, the time I did want it cleaned I made sure I left the hanger to notify the cleaners to service the room and for two days they ignored it as I remember specifically seeing the cleaners in the hallway as I was leaving my room. I brought it to attention at the reception and they informed me they would make sure they do it, in which it was done. Before leaving my room I left a handbag on the side and I remember double checking as I could see money visible in my bag so I zipped up the side pocket then the main bag. When I came back to my room after going to the beach for a few hours I was preparing my bag for the evening and noticed the the 5 euros had gone? I don't like to accuse people of stealing but because I was 100% certain it was there before I left and considering its the only cash I had on me I noticed right away. I wasn't so bothered about the 5 euros it was the principle of the matter, I did not feel comfortable with a stranger snooping through my belongings it made me feel very uncomfortable. I did have a safe key for the safe in my room, I accidentally left that key in the pocket the money was zipped away in which made me panic thinking they have opened the safe and helped themselves. I understand that its down to me to lock my belongings away but its very small and cant fit everything in there but again no one should be going through my belongings its very invasive. I chose to no longer accept housekeeping as I didn't want them going in my room and touching anything else. After that experience I will say I didn't feel very comfortable staying there.
I did raise this complaint to the receptionist, I ended up speaking with the manager a few days later who reimbursed the 5 euros and sent me a bottle of prosecco to my room which was a nice gesture but I don't think it was enough to make things right with me. Again I don't like to complain or leave bad reviews but I think this was pushing the boundaries a bit.
Please be aware of the housekeeping.

Perfect location with a short distance to everything! Old town approx. 15 min, beach approx. 2 min. Decent room and size. The bathroom is small so the sink is inside the room, but that was no problem. Breakfast was included, which we took advantage of, this was perfectly fine. The staff were smiling and polite. The carpets in the hallway and stairs can be replaced with good advantage.

I wonder which rooms were shown for the hotel to get 4 star rating. Based on how our room looked and the breakfast, it cannot get more than 2,5 stars.
Pros: great location, friendly staff (but i guess in this line of business friendliness is requires). I’ll put breakfast here, although it was nothing special…continental breakfast with not so many choices, but it is eatable.
Cons: room had a whole wall chipping due to water issues in the past. Absolutely no sound proof, the door to the room had a 2cm crqck between the floor and door. So the result was we heard everything and everyone in the hallway. Not only that the guests don’t respect the silence sign, the cleaning ladies as well (cleaning room above ours at 6:30, moving furniture). The toilet/shower was all in one, such a small space that when we showered the water went all around, even wetting the toilet paper. And after you shower, it’s impossible to use the toilet till the next morning, as the floor is flooded and we had to go to the lobby toilet. The sink is moved next to the bad, which is not an issue for me, but the faucet is broken so you can’t close it.
For the price they have it’s definitely not worth it.

Don't call it a hotel!!! the rooms are cubbyholes, very small!! The bed is attached to the sink, the bathroom is very small and is placed next to the small shower, to get out of the bathroom I cut my toe because the space is so small that the glass door easily touches your feet. You can't stand outside on the small balcony because the air conditioner motor has been placed on the ground and you are enveloped in the heat and wind of the fan. In the room, apart from a small fridge, there is no coffee machine. The breakfast is non-existent, there is nothing, loose yogurt, challenging jam, poor quality orange juice from the vending machine, in the morning I preferred to just have the kind of coffee they prepared and one morning they didn't even have any. 4 stars ?? I would take 5 off him!! For me it's not even worth 1 star.
You couldn't sit outside at the hotel entrance, you were attacked by cockroaches.

I was accommodated at the Elite Hotel, in 2020 and 2021. Elite hotel is excellently positioned, close to the beach, harbor, old town, shops restaurants. Very clean rooms, with quality furniture, this year I was accommodated in a suite, on the hotel terrace, in excellent condition, with a beautiful view from the terrace. Excellent breakfast, very varied and hearty. In pandemic conditions, covid-19, the hotel staff took all measures to ensure the health protection of tourists. The hotel staff is very kind, always being concerned to ensure the comfort and wishes of tourists. We thank the staff at Hotel Elite, for everything they did for us, to ensure a pleasant stay. Standard room is very small and I wouldn’t recommend this room to tall people. During our stay the chair broke, lock broke, linen was torn but the staff is amazing and issues were dealt with immediately. AC blows directly into the bed which is unfortunate because it’s hot during the night and in the morning it gets noisy. Room was very clean tho and location is perfect.
