It was a lovely holiday, we stayed for 10 days. The room and hotel were very clean, the staff were lovely and everything was just perfect. The food was tasty and pleasant with a wide variety of choice at all meals and drinks alcoholic, soft and tea and coffee were always available. The street food area was good with a lovely range of food on offer to snack on. The pools were beautifully clean and there were an abundance of loungers to use. The on-site spa was very good value and staffed by physiotherapists and beauticians offered a wide range of treatments and massages all at exceptionally good prices. The reception staff were beyond helpful and welcoming and the waiting on staff in the dining area were very attentive and were continually cleaning and tidying.

Thank you 37dasd for your review, and our sincerest apologies to hear of your less than satisfactory experience on our behalf. Writing and publishing a review is very informative for us and our future guests, and we take pride in all comments and holiday scenarios. Our buffet food selection is varied for our multinational guests with various options for all nationalities and also for children as well, and so we find it extremely odd that you were unable to find various choices for your food needs with the rest of our in-house guests. Please note that our housekeeping staff are not "thieves", and all lost items are kept until guests can claim their items, and we found your statement extremely disingenuous on your behalf and having the audacity to suggest such a false statement. We do wish you all well on your future travels and stay safe!!

We spent 11 days with my wife and mother in this hotel, I think the best way to judge is how much this hotel costs. For a price of £ 350 for a given 10 days, we think this place is recommendable above probably not. Rooms very nice and tidy, cleaned every day. At the beginning, at the reception, they gave us the keys to the rooms without a pool, even though we paid for them, but it was quickly resolved and we got the right rooms. We heard that a lot of guests did not have hot water for several days, after reporting that the lock on the balcony door was not working, we waited no longer than 15 minutes for repairs. Food tasty but very repetitive, for 10 days for breakfast I had literally the same because nothing changed. Lunches / dinners very random - once very good once there was nothing to eat. Lack of correct labeling of names of dishes and allergens. On a big minus - terrible splendor, there were too many guests in terms of the number of seats in the restaurant and hotel service, often the queues to the bar were very long. Average bar, typical for a hotel of this class, but the bartenders are a big plus. The animations are okay, there is a lot to do during the day and in the evenings. From the animators, Nino deserves a mention, who is the sun of this hotel, an amazing animator who made all the guests laugh every day and a friend of everyone. In conclusion, I recommend it to people who plan to spend time outside the hotel - especially trying local cuisine, because apart from food, most of the things are positive.

Arrived at 11pm on sat 16th October. On checking in we were given a key to one room , we had paid for separate rooms. The receptionist didn't seem bothered ! After insisting on two rooms one of us was given a family room in the main block and the other a room in 800 block , about a 5 minute walk from mian hotel , not ideal for a woman on her own. We took the rooms hoping it would be resolved the next morning , but this was not the case. In the room in 800 block there was only a sheet on the bed and not even hot water for a shower. I had to sleep under my beach towel as I was so tired and hungry. Also the only food offered in an all inclusive hotel after 11 pm were cold sausage rolls and dry cheese and ham sandwiches. Also no drinks as the all inclusive bar stops at 11 pm. Not even offered a hot drink. The next day they said we could have our two rooms on the Monday so 2 nights without unpacking so could not relax. Still no hot water in 800 block so yet another trip to reception! Eventually we got our rooms on Monday pm. The rooms were very clean and large. But sadly no duvets and the hot water was hit or miss. Also the shower heads didn't stay on the wall ! The food was ok with lots of choice. A couple of the staff in the restaurant did not wear masks properly and some not at all. Also a lot of guests didn't either and were not told to ! The all inclusive drinks were dire, didn't taste at all like alcohol. I know they are local brands but they didn't taste at all like they had any alcohol in them ! We had to open our duty free bottles and drink in our rooms like many others. The main pool was large with plenty of sun beds. The pool was cold ! The music got louder throughout the day which meant you couldn't relax later in the day. The entertainment wasn't entertaining ! It was about a 25 minute walk to Faliraki where there were great bars and restaurants. So all in all this is not a 4 * hotel , with many guests saying the same as us. So much more could have been done to make guests more welcome and comfortable. Some didn't even complain. I have put a complaint in via our travel agents , who have been brilliant, so we'll see what happens.

Thank you D6322QYsamanthab for your review and comments, and our sincerest apologies to hear of your less than satisfactory experience on our behalf. Writing and publishing a review is very informative for us and our future guests, and we take pride in all comments and holiday scenarios. Please note that any request noted on a reservation is not guaranteed and is subject to availability as you are well aware of, however, due to our full occupancy during your stay we were successful on Monday to have you reallocated to side by side rooms, and unfortunately, it seems by our efforts to enhance your holiday, you were still displeased without cause. We did, unfortunately, have an issue with hot water in certain areas of the hotel, which was resolved the very next day. Please note that our reception staff is always available and willing to help all of our guests with anything that they may need during their stay with us, and your perception that "they didn't seem bothered" is completely and utterly false and ingenuine. You were more than welcome to ask for a duvet for both rooms, however, you did not inform reception of this if not provided in the room. We do appreciate your review and understand your frustrations, however, your efforts in trying to paint a gloomy picture of the hotel with all of your other disappointments throughout your holiday are quite worrisome, to say the least. We always advise our guests to have a positive attitude while on holiday and enjoy their stay with us on the beautiful island of Rhodes, and all hotel staff and management are always trying to enhance your holiday experience with us. We truly wish you all well on your future travels and stay safe!!
