Was so glad we made the decision to go to this hotel this year. We weren’t sure when the pandemic started but we weren’t disappointed. We stayed at this hotel last year so decided to head back this year. The staff are so lovely and accomadating to your requests. Lovely and clean apartments. We decided to upgrade for it final 3 nights and glad we did. There really spacious with large shower area. Large tv and comfortable beds. The balcony area was welcomed with your very own sun loungers with towels for the private pool. All in all an excellent hotel. Many thanks to Nikki Lakis, pantelis, lefteris, Mandy,Tasos and any staff member I have missed out. A special mention to zena the dog. I’m quite sure we will be back again next year 👍
This was our second visit to Zoes and was so glad we had the chance to visit again even in these difficult times. We asked to upgrade to one of their new swim up suites which had just been opened. The suites are lovely with modern contemporary décor and lighting. Beautifully tiled bathroom with walk-in rain shower and further shower attachment. All finished to a very high standard. Modern fridge and kettle with mugs and coffee/tea sachets replenished each day as were the towels. There were also wine glasses and large glasses too. Plenty of storage space, good hairdryer and large mirror, large tv screen and full length black out blinds. Good air conditioning and very comfortable bed. Terrace has sun loungers, table and chairs and your own big soft towels for you pool area. The pool is open up to all the rooms rather than divided which I think is great as you can get a good swim in the pool if you want to rather than just be restricted to your small area. I am 4ft11 and can stand in the pool with my head and shoulders above water. Alll beautifully lit up at night. The staff again were amazing and so friendly and helpful. Nikki, Laki, Pandelis, Mandy, Lefteris, Tasos, the lovely cleaning ladies and cooks (who cooked great food all day). We ate quite a lot in the hotel during the day. We mainly had wraps, sandwiches etc and lovely freshly squeezed orange juice. They also do a nice selection of smoothies. I would recommend the tuna wraps or baquettes and also enjoyed the Chicken souvlaki, pizza and spaghetti for dinner. My partner recommends the pork chops which are huge! Have a cocktail/prosecco between 6 and 7 to watch the sun set! We felt so relaxed and comfortable at Zoes and it was certainly a great place to relax during these difficult times and forget about things for a couple of weeks. Zoes follows the regulations for dealing with the pandemic including hand sanitiser, staff wearing masks etc. Very helpful in ordering taxis for you and answering any questions you have about the area. Easy access to Faliraki –either a nice walk or a quick taxi journey. All in all if you want a relaxing break this is the place to go. We like to go in September as it is slightly less busy so there are plenty of loungers around the pool and seats at the bar etc. They also had lovely new deck chairs around the pool which can be moved up and down to suit you (with a pull over part to keep your head shaded) – perfect for just sitting on to read a book! Hope we can make it again next year. Oh and give Zena the dog a clap – shewatches over the whole hotel! Mr Brown(!) and I thank you for the lovely stay we had at Zoes and hope we can make it back next year!…
We had a clean and large room on the 1st floor with views over the garden and pool area. As this was the end of the season it was somewhat quiet. The rooms was clean and towels were changed every day and bed sheets every other day. The shower was good, the bathroom basin was only cleaned once during our week long visit. The pool area was tidy and the water in the pool very clean. Breakfast was the usual fare of bacon, eggs, frankfurters, mushrooms and baked beans. Complemented by bread, fresh fruit, Greek yoghurt and cold meats and cheese. Did not eat evening meals in the hotel but they offer a wide range of dishes. With few people, not that much atmosphere in the restaurant area. A very pleasant hotel which is 15min walk from a local beach and about 10mins by car from Faliraki.
We booked Zoes because it was A. excellent value and B. close to Traganou Beach, as well as Ladiko and Anthony Quinn Bays. It didn't disappoint - it's easy walking distance to all 3 (which are amazing) and a short trip by taxi to Faliraki too. The room was spacious and clean including a nice little balcony with a lovely view, the breakfast was solid for the price and the staff were very accommodating (from letting us fill up our water bottles in the morning to leaving our stuff in the room on our last day when we had to a late flight). All good - nice general ambience and a peaceful, very pleasant 7 nights for us.
Cannot fault hotel all round excellent very friendly helpful definitely looking forward to comming again recommend 100% staff all friendly nothing too much trouble please visit this beautifull island hotel
