Friendly staff at a well kept property. Location is close enough to Faliraki centre which can be reached by a 30 minutes walk. Breakfast buffets (breakfast served in 2 different restaurants) were delicious with fresh bread, salad and fruits and off course sparkling wine for the ladies on top of standard continental breakfast offering.Very good value for money and I strongly recommend it.

By using free cancellation on booking.com we secured the room safe in the knowledge if anything happened between when we booked it and due to arrive we could cancel free of charge. The hotel were very good with correspondence in answering any questions we had prior to our arrival. The hotel itself is nothing short of spectacular. It is clean, the clientele are respectful and the staff are outstanding. The food is worthy of Michelin stars and there is always a huge variety of absolutely everything for breakfast lunch and dinner. All inclusive drinks are fabulous with a large selection of both non alcoholic and alcoholic on the menu. It’s definitely worth paying to go all inclusive. Not a huge amount to do out of the resort locally but there is a lovely set of shops across the road and Rhodes is a bus or boat ride away and falaraki is a 40 minute walk if you feel like getting some exercise. The gym was good to use to counter balance all that food but the opening times could have been a bit earlier- 10-7 when we wanted to get it done before breakfast so we could enjoy the rest of the day but hardly a gripe. The indoor pool had been drained and was out of use for the duration of our stay. Again not a huge issue but we were looking forward to a jacuzzi. There were plenty of sun loungers both by the pool and on the beach but you always get that few that put their towels down then leave them empty all day but there were more than enough to go round so it wasn’t a problem. You have access to use the pool at Esperia palace next door as well should you want to and the lazy river was good fun. Pool towels are provided and you can change them out whenever you want to. The sea is so close and has plenty of sun loungers on it. Be sure to remember your snorkel to see the abundance of fish. Housekeeping for the rooms and whole hotel were amazing aswell. The room was always mopped and clean to the highest standard and the entire hotel was spotless. One thing we didn’t realise is that we were the only English couple there! Nothing in the reviews mentions this and maybe it was just because of the current climate but i definitely prefer it! Lastly a massive thank you to the lovely Georgia who served us breakfast lunch and dinner times always with a smile and a happy demeanour. Arthur and Scvesti on the bar in the evenings are an absolute credit to the hotel and give the place a great atmosphere. A manager standing behind them at the bar whilst there was a que was a slight irritant purely because she didn’t actually do anything apart from take a few euros here and there from paying customers. It would have been more beneficial if she was there serving at the bar and all three could have accepted cash and put it in the till. Seemed like a nonsense really considering they were quite busy majority of the time with a long que. All in all we have never rebooked the same hotel always choosing to try different places but this place has everything to do as much or as little as you like while you’re here. We have already booked our next stay! One other point to make was the only water supplied was from behind the bar so if you wanted water in your room for bed you had to get it from the bar or buy bottles. We took our own refillable but the staff were not allowed to refill them. Not environmentally friendly and caused more of a problem for them because we had to keep queuing!

We stayed in the Hotel from 4th to 18th September an a room on the 2nd floor. The Hotel is clean, well maintained and equipped with everything necessary to enjoy the stay! We were sceptical for the AI which we booked, but our fears prooved sooooo wrong: This group of kitchen heroes (we can’t put it otherwise) did an incredible work, as every evening the food was not only very nice arranged and it always had enough of everything, but the quality oft he food was good for a **** Hotel of Northern European Standards. EXCELLENT WORK, GUYS!!!! The beach was stone/sand and for sensible feet we recommend bathing shoes. The positive side of this fact is that the quality of the water was 1st class: Cristal clear until the bottom, no seagrass, no jellyfish, just awesome. A greeeeeat positive what we enjoyed daily was the staff: Anna, Maria, «24h-Pavlos», Arthur and all others did a tremendous work, executed their tasks always with a smile on their lips, even if when there was a shortage of colleagues for the completely booked complex!! We always felt happily received and we really loved the exchange we could have with all of you. A hotel which is 100% to recommend and as my partner said : « A very high risk, that we will book again at this hotel».

What a fantastic hotel! We had a comfort room on the 6th floor with amazing sea view. Could not get enough of it.Everything in the hotel/room was super clean. Breakfast an dinner buffet was great. Everything you could wish was there (I especially liked the warm waffles). The hotel has three pools. One is huge and you can really swim laps, as only few people stay long in the water. The other is a lazy river with a slow current. It was great fun to float down there with tubes. Staff was exceptionally friendly. The beds are very comfortable, mattress not too soft, not too hard. The toilet in the room is separate to the bath room, great! In the evening there is some action at the pool bar such as Bingo or music events. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel, so we did not need a rented car. Fares are very moderate. Although the capacity of the hotel is high no area was crowded and most guests behaved very well. One of the best holidays I have had!

Very friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble. We found the hotel very large and therefore perhaps a bit unsociable. There was a lot of choice in food and enough variety daily which was nice, but the meat and fish were often dried out, which is a pity. The food that you could order separately was very tasty. Although we were told that this was included in the price, we had to pay for it. Nice, clean rooms. One minus point, in the bathroom, you could hear everything that was said or happened in the room next door. Even when the wardrobes were opened in the room next door, you could hear it in our room.

It's really hard to rate this hotel, because we have mixed feelings. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, overall hotel and pool facilities are super clean, but we were disappointed with the room - we booked comfort room with sea view. The view is amazing but the room was outdated. Broken table top under the sink, rusty clothes rack, worn furniture, cracked balcony wall... the only positive thing in the room was cleanliness. Breakfast was very good, large selection of food, they even had a champagne. Hotel beach and pool area is nice and tidy, with many sunbeds.

I travelled solo from the UK to Esperos in mid-September for 5 days, on a bed and breakfast, standard room package, seeking relaxation and some sun. In that sense, it massively delivered. As a general note, I'm not particularly savvy in the world of 'all inclusive hotels' (tending to do more independent hotels/airb&B's etc), so I'm not sure what constitutes a 'great' all inc or not.... But I did rate it! Pro's: - Pool area - there are 2 pools and they always had sun beds (no mad scrap at 8am), and the whole area was super clean and well maintained. I did wonder whether this was an 'adults only' hotel, because there was hardly any kids. Went for a wander up the boardwalk to look at the other hotels thinking maybe it was just out of season, but they were heaving full of young families. This is definitely a hotel for those seeking relaxation, as there wasn't much entertainment, very quiet music around pool etc. the 'Lazy River' was very popular too! - Beach aea - didn't spend much time here but it seemed to be more popular than the pool. Loads of sunbeds and it's at the end of a row of hotels so it's a quiet area of the beach. I didn't think the swimming was THAT great here - very rocky/pebbly, but if you've got sea shoes I'm sure it's lovely. - Food - again, I've not had much exp with all inc hotel eating, but I really rated the range and quality of food. BREAKFAST had everything you could want, catering to all cuisines. There was even champagne and sushi which was interesting for 8.30am... - Hotel mini mart - this was a really great addition, as the hotel isn't surrounded by any major shopping precincts. I think there a small shopping centre across the road, but fear most of it may have closed down due to Covid. The one shop across the road didn't have a lot on offer in terms of food and so the hotel one was actually great, and really reasonably priced for everyday bits. - Friendly staff - really friendly, smiley across the board. - Bus links - there is a stop right outside the hotel for bus links direct to Rhodes or Faliraki running roughly every 20 mins. I went to Rhodes twice, paying 2 euro 40 (more on taxis below), and it takes about 25/30 minutes. I had no issues getting the bus but I did hear from guests who said the buses just weren't stopping to pick up anyone else, which could be a bit frustrating. - Covid safety - literally everyone - staff/guests etc, wore masks around the hotel. Mealtimes are as safe as they can be, in that you must wear a mask and wear plastic gloves when serving food off the buffet and everyone was adhering to it. And in your room you're given a pack of free masks and sanitiser. I was impressed. Con's: - Rooms - I'm quite easily pleased and in large part was satisfied with the standard, garden facing room I booked. BUT, the bathrooms have a weird design feature where they have no ceiling (confusing to explain) so you could hear everything your neighbours were doing through that room. Beds comfy, and towels were changed daily I think. The fridge is on the small side (could only fit 2 litres of water side on), but I imagine that's fairly standard. If you are someone who wants to enjoy sitting on their balcony, I suggest you book a sea view room. 'Garden View' isn't exactly a fair description - it's more 'road view' and I was on the fourth floor and all I could hear was traffic whilst sat on there. Any sea view room would give you a great view as that entire side of the hotel is parallel to the sea/pool area. - Diner price/solo dining - I do accept that when travelling alone, particularly in big hotels like this where you spend most of your time there, that people are going to be curious/confused as to why a solo female in her 30's might be sitting alone. There isn't much nearby the hotel in terms of restaurants/eateries, so you are inclined to eat in the hotel restaurant for dinner (or get room service). As mentioned, I was only bed & breakfast and whilst I found the waiters to be very friendly, they almost seemed 'surprised' that I was willing to sit alone in the restaurant and pay 30 euros for dinner. They'd always say 'but you are only bed and breakfast...? This will cost 30 euros for dinner?' - to which, I'd always have to say... yes, I know! It might be less about eating alone in as much as they only expect their half board/full board guests to be eating there. I think 30 euros is too much - it's all you can eat, but it doesn't include any drinks. They do offer you a half board package upgrade on arrival to pay 20 euros per day to have dinner, which is more reasonable price wise, but you have to commit to paying for every day you're booked at the hotel, so it's not ideal if you want to eat elsewhere on 1 or 2 of the nights. Largely, the food was really great though. Think each night is slightly themed to a cusione, but there is a lot of choice and I found everything to be done to a fairly high standard. Particularly enjoyed the dessert cart and trying lots of bits there. It's just a lot of money for dinner with no drinks! On the drinks - at dinner they only offer bottled wine, which again for a solo diner is fairly excessive unless you can carry it over to the next night. I did ask for a G&T every night and they would give me one... but it always felt a bit like I was an 'exception' and it would take a while for it to arrive from the bar. - Taxis - this might be a 'Rhodes thing' as opposed to a hotel thing, but when booking a taxi via the hotel to Rhodes Town (20 euro) or airport (35 euro), I found it to be a bit expensive. Rhodes Town is a 15 minute drive, up one straight road and I think 20 euros is a bit much. I got a free taxi service on arrival via Booking.com, but the journey was 20 minutes and again I was surprised when it cost 35 euro. The positive thing however was the taxis would arrive within 2-3 minutes of you ordering via reception. - Indoor gym/pool - the pool was broken/empty, which was no great loss but I wasn't aware of it. The gym wasn't really a gym.... I mean I can't say I would have used it much, but the pictures make it look more substantial than it really is. It was just a few weight machines next to the broken indoor pool. All in all, I really did have a wonderful, relaxing stay. I wouldn't say it's particularly 'solo traveller' friendly, but then I'm not sure these types of hotels are - or I'm overly sensitive to people looking at me funny for being alone! But it's a good little sun spot for anyone looking for R&R and don't need to be entertained/stimulated by attractions etc.

The room with a seaview is really great and worth to choose. The food was delicious and exceeded our expectations (quality, variety, presentation). Christal clear sea water was great except stones entering the sea in some places of the beach. Very nice and relaxing pool and lazy river area to rest on the loungers. One more time - YES!
