The hotel is about 3-400m from the beach and around 150 to the main road in Faliraki. It has a nice pool, well maintained with sunbeds and umbrellas which are free. The room was average, with a nice balcony, but the bathroom was quite poor and in desperate need of an upgrade. The shower was impossible to use without getting water all over the bathroom. That is why probably there were signs of mold on the corners. The style of the hotel is not consistent with a lot of colors all over the place. Breakfast buffet was good, mostly the same food daily, but with enough variety for everyone. It opened early so that was a plus. For the dinner buffet there was a nice variety and again the food was good! Staff was ok and helped with different questions. All in all it was a good experience, if we exclude the bathroom part of the room.

The room was fine, only the bathroom (like everywhere) was not of high quality. It was a long walk to the sea, 0.8 km in total. It was not possible to pay by card. The delegate (Blue-style) was very arrogant. He was lecturing me how to react when I'm in trouble. He had an absolute inability to show empathy. Dinners were poorer, breakfasts were fine in the hotel.

How should I start? If somebody writes a review with "Food was delicious" he is lying. Breakfast - try to eat small sausages with beans in tomato sauce everyday without any bread, only with cheapest toasts. We were not very demanding but to provide only boiled eggs and no scrambled eggs not even for one day was very disappointing. Dinner time - not even glass of water for free, you have to pay for drinks! Again poor choices of meat with no potatoes/fries. You can have only a rice with lots of veggies almost every day. After 3 nights we had enough. Pool bar is not existing, only few sunbeds available and air-con? You have to pay for it 7 euros even in peak season. We couldn´t stay in the room without it on the 3rd floor. At least room and bathroom were clean. The hotel lacked any kind of atmosphere. The location was alright though, off the main road and main street with restaurants and bars. Approx. 8 min walk to nice beach. I don´t want to sound too negative, but comparing to another 3 star hotel in Crete (where we had nice pool bar with greek music and greek nights) and much better food choices, this hotel doesn´t deserve 3 stars.

I was here with my family in june 2019. Hotel was very nice, color and clean. The room was modern furnished and clean (big TV, new kitchen and nice big bed). Personnel was very helpful. Very good agreement. Good food and beer, perfect drink with super price. The beach was 5 minutes away. Beach was clean, long and very nice. I am very satified with this hotel, i recommandet and JAMAS.

I had a really good time in this hotel! I came alone but I didn't feel like that because of the owner Phillip, his wife Katya and one guy Andrew from the kitchen stuff. Phillip gave me a drink for free many times. Breakfast and dinners - many options, sometimes the meal could be more warmer The rooms was cleaned every day, towels and bad linen were changed every 3 days. The beach is 10-15 minutes by walk away and it is a very large and long beach, so you can find your place. Maybe who is more demanding could find some mistakes but for me the accomodation and services are really good for 3-star hotel in Rhodos.

The location is fine, close to the main streat with a lot of shops, club and restaurant. The beach is about 10 minutes by slowly walk. The owners and staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned every day. The air condition was for 7 Eur/per day.The food was tasty- everyone choose what they like. Filip, the owner, who works in the reception, is the best one, he is always ready to help you all the time to make our holiday a good one.We enjoyed our time at this placeand hope to return again, again... Many thanks to the whole Filip´s family and to the nice staff - for a great holiday! I hope to see you next year!

The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had..! I would not recommend at all! Keep away from this hotel! Charging for everything.. disgusting food..! I have nothing good to say about this place! Not worth it for the value of money!

First of all people really need to think about what they're paying for a holiday before writing negative reviews it seems people what 5star holidays for 1star prices! This was a last minute holidays booked for a family of 5. The only option we could book was half board, not really our thing as we enjoy eating out but we thought we'd have ago - the food wasn't really to our taste but as the price was cheaper than most self catering holidays we've been on - we just passed on the food. The only negative was that there was no kettle and when we asked for one we where told that as we where half board you didn't get one and would have to hire one - it would have been nice to make a hot drink of a morning without having to go out for one but it wasn't the end of the world! The wifi and air con was an extra charge but most hotels around the world charge for this unless they're 4-5 star - so come on people get over it!! When you go out and about there are plenty of places offering free wifi if you buy food or a drink (as does this hotel) - anyway guys leave your phone/tablet at home and enjoy life a bit!! The air con was worth the money too! The pool was very large and you could always get a sun bed - it lacked at bit of atmosphere and could have probably done with a bit of music. Out and about the resort most hotels encouraged you to use there facilities as long as you didn't bring outside food and drink in and purchased it from them - and this is what we did - we really enjoyed the pool at the Orion hotel and the food and drink was really reasonable and good, with a great atmosphere and very friendly staff. The room at our hotel was very clean and spacious two bedrooms and a lounge area it was cleaned once in our 7 night stay and as they weren't claiming to be the Hilton this was perfectly acceptable to us - the bins however where cleaned every day. It is a very clean and tidy hotel. The staff where friendly and helpful enough and we had no issues at all. We like to get out and about and make the most our holiday and explore and this hotel was a great base and excellent value for money. So come on people really think about what your spending on a holiday before writing negative reviews - if you want 5 star pay 5 star prices and stop worry people who work hard to save for a holiday and then have to read through your negative invalid comments and worry themselves into thinking they're going to be staying in a hole, when in fact you just need to book yourself a more appropriate holiday and spend a bit more money!!! I have stayed in all levels of hotels around the world from 5star in the centre of New York to hostels throughout Europe - and this is a fab base for a great family holiday so enjoy people!
