The location of this hotel is about 15 mins walk from centre of faliraki, nice quiet area. Hotel was really clean and the staff friendly, but not enough there to do. Swimming pools were lovely, but temp very cold and the seating area by them was comfortable and spacious. Food was generally cooked well, but choice, especially for children was very limited and a bit boring. No entertainment other than music played through a computer, all inclusive drinks watered down. Enjoyed holiday, but wouldn't stay here again as so little to do at hotel for a family.

Stayed here for 2 weeks last year and decided to come back again on almost identical dates. The staff checked us in which was all fine, on the second evening our air con unit was leaking water quite badly down the wall and all over the plug sockets, switches and TV. We informed the staff at reception who took it very seriously and said someone would come and look at it, we got no further update after that and it continued to leak for the rest of our stay, we were advised to just put towels on the floor. The shower head started leaking as well and we had a funny smell by the fridge. It was nice to be able to serve yourself at the buffet this year however the food seems to have gone down hill massively. Most of the foods consisted of recooked chips, mystery meat that was labeled as either pork or beef, really chewy fatty kebabs on a Sunday or overcooked fish. We ended up eating out most nights as the food was just outright disgusting. The young kid behind the bar during the day seemed to not like his job and kept asking why we would want to stay at this hotel when there were many better options down the road. The animators were an absolute joke, the female was fine as she would be quite polite however the polish guy was annoying and quite rude. He convinced us to go to "the big party" in Rhodes Town for just €10 each, this included free entry to Colorado Bar and travel via coach for the evening. He said 100s of people from the hotels all go and it was a crazy night out, we went, 20 people from our hotel went and about 3 from another hotel, we had to then pay another €10 at Colorado bar in order to get in because apparently our animator did not mention you have to buy drinks tokens to go in, seemed suspicious to me but it was money not well spent. It was a loud, smelly club with all areas apart from 1 closed off as there were no people in there. Was an absolute scam. Overall, we would not go back again, despite having such a good time last year. Food was a solid 1 out of 10. Rooms were not bad except for the air con, the strange smell and shower head, 4 out of 10. Staff were a mixed 5 out of 10. Location is a 9 out 10. I'd recommend a change of kitchen staff, scrap the animation team and improve communication with guests.

On arrival we were greeted at reception, checked in as usual, given information about the all inclusive package and then told where our room was. Once eventually finding our room, our door number was a piece of paper stuck up with 2 pieces of duck tape and the door had no handle on the exterior to be able to close the door! Upon entering the room everything was okay and clean but just seemed unfinished and rushed to be opened for the season. This was obvious due to the large skip just beside our building filled with TV packaging, fridge packaging and more. Well next comes the inclusive buffet, absolutely horrendous, the smell of the canteen reminisced one of a hospital canteen, the food was inedible. The chef lacks basic capabilities of cooking pasta through, overall no care was put into the catering and it was clear the hotel care strongly about serving the cheapest kinds of food than providing their guests with a good standard of food. The hotel bar was okay, self serve fizzy drinks, tea, coffee and water. Alcoholic drinks were poured by the bar man, stick to the beer as the cocktails aren't nice they taste like heavily diluted squash and served to you in a plastic cup, which i understand if you are drinking around the pool but if you sat having a meal in the restaurant, glassware would be more professional and feel less like a kids party picnic. The pool was okay, enough sunbeds for everyone, very loud music around the pool which was bearable. At night in the rooms it is very loud by other young guests playing loud music, running up and down the corridors which is irritating but suppose this hotel is near the local strip of bars.

Rooms were clean, but the area in general was horrible and rough the food is grey in colour not edible the poor Turkey was still making noises when I looked at it. The bedroom has no handle to close the door but I’ have to stay it was clean which is good, if you like horrible food, loud neighbours and Benidorm on Heroine then this place is for you.
