Sleeping and eating here was impossible for us. Beds are simply the worst. My back aches after 1 week of stay and a 31 year old fit person. For food you really have to look for something outside the Hotel (there are plenty options outside [ I recommend the Village Taste] but you went for an all inclusive hotel..). Only the salads are decent, everything else is trash (e.g: spaghetti was like if it was a soup(?), tasted like water with some tomatosauce). If you like yourself you choose a different place.

The manager worked hard to improve the quality of the hotel. Cheap hotel. The air conditioner didn't work.
The lady at the reception did not help. Very simple dishes. Internet did not work. The male staff was friendly, the older lady in the restaurant was unfriendly.

I felt like I was in Polish hotel. Really nice food, free drinks, ice creams, good swimming pool, about 15 minutes walking distance to the hotel beach. That is ideal place to meet very easy new friends. In my first day I made about 10 new friends:)

I would advise anyone considering staying at the Evi Hotel against it. Having chosen this hotel on offer from a travel agent and reading the reviews I thought they were exaggerated and it couldn't be that bad. I have not been so wrong for a long time. Starting with the hotel staff: the owner awful, nervous and not caring at all about the quality of the hotel, only about his "good" impression. The rest of the staff did not speak English, the plates in the canteen were almost snatched while eating and the cleaning left a lot to be desired. A very unpleasant situation occurred during our stay where a locked ground floor room was 'cleaned', after which a previously locked balcony door was left open by the staff and our belongings were evidently 'searched'. Fortunately nothing disappeared but the staff did not see the problem, a review of the cameras was promised, which was not done and no further reference was made to the problem. Sticking to the subject of the room it was a drama. General filth, towels rarely changed (only on repeated requests), opening the fridge risked fungus and most of the room was neglected to the edge of functionality. The bathroom was very smelly and the shower curtain only served a decorative function. It was impossible to take a shower without flooding the bathroom, and the grate in the floor was not designed to drain this water (it was higher than the rest of the floor). The air-conditioning in the room also stank, and emptying the bucket with water pouring out of it had to be done yourself or have the balcony and bathroom flooded. You can see more details in the photos. I would only add that there was one working socket at 1m. And the alarm clock phone was a dummy. Touching on the food: monotonous, artificial and overcooked. Fresh fruit and vegetables were sporadic, most days everything was canned. With access to fresh fruit, such as watermelon, one could have been tempted to have it more than once a week. Only the plates were ceramic, the rest was plastic. Plastic cups were banging everywhere, even in the pool. The dining room did not have working air conditioning and most of the tables outside were standing in the sun. Meals were very tiring because of this. I can only recommend the swimming pool at this hotel, which is large and reasonably well maintained. The pool area, however, left a lot to be desired. There were very few sun loungers and even fewer umbrellas. You had to fight for a sun lounger and most guests had dibs on them by laying down their towel at 4am. All in all Rhodes is a beautiful place and the complete opposite of the Evi hotel. If I ever return to the island, I will never come back there.

Hotel Evi is in a good location, about 1.5 km from the beach and a short distance from the road leading to other parts of the island. The rooms have old equipment, but everything was always clean. Room service was every day - we received clean sheets and towels. The air conditioning was functional and we used it practically non-stop in the heat. The food was varied and good, only the breakfast contained a poorer selection and generally lacked fruit. The hotel pool and its surroundings were always clean and pleasant. The staff was nice and accommodating.

The hotel is really for an undemanding clientele, the elevator does not run, there are no wardrobes, the effectiveness of the air conditioning was not shown until four in the morning. Beach chairs by the pool are included in the price, but there were about 20 of them for about 200 guests and about 5 umbrellas were just a hole. When we asked for water in the room, the receptionist told us to buy it in the store and we had it all inclusive. During our early departure, breakfast was simply not available. Not the stated 800 m to the sea, but once that much. Fee for set by the sea 20 euro/day

excellent value for money, the rooms are comfortable and clean. recently renovated restaurant buffet service with variety of choice but repetitive over the course of a week. The structure is being renovated, the only sore point is the swimming pool which is really beautiful but without any maintenance (without any shaded area) it is only purified the water is not checked by anyone both as regards headphones and as regards children who put all the good of God into it is truly a sin, at the bottom there is always dirt, sand and other things. for the rest I recommend the hotel as it is close to everything both bus and beach/centre reachable in 5 minutes on foot ☺️

So much to write. when we arrive we have been meet by a very upset receptionist as we where late (the flight arrived 10:30pm. the food it's OK? but the rooms are terrible see pics, after 3 days I was confronted by the owner himself shouting at me because I complained about the room conditions the bed almost brook down, the inside door locker of my bedroom did lock us inside when closing the door we have to go out from the back and try to open the door, etc...etc.. I very poor experience for an all inclusive. But that is my own experience and my family so I will not go there again from sure.

Dirty curtains, yellow towels, broken sink in the bathroom. Only 2 electrical outlets in the room.
No hair dryer. No waterboiler (kettle).

Dirty poolwater, dirty pool area. The shower by the pool was full of algae on the shower itself and on ground.

The "All inclusive" is not worth your money.
Terrible food and terrible dessert.
Long lines to get food at every meal.

Please use your money somewhere else.

We stayed from 12.08.22 to 20.08.22
We will not come back here.

Unfortunately I did not take any pictures of the place.

It saus 3 stars, more like a 0 star.
Just avoid this place.

We had accomodation at 06/2022 for one week via travel agency
. Room was clean, trash bin wan changed , bed was tided daily. Air condition worked well. The staff were friendly.
Meals were made at hotel and prepared as a bufet. You can choose from about 4 types of meal. Lots of vegetables, juice/beer/vine/water for drink. desserts. Every day something else. Same for breakfast or lunch - you can choose what you want. I was satisfied - but if you are accustomed to have all inclusive as in ***** Turkey hotel - itś not for you.

Sea is about 1km far also perfect ice cream same way

I really didn´t have any problem in this hotel. Maybe bed would be softer :)
Town is nice, people are friendy, nice sea and beaches, cheap car for rent, good hotel and food.

I really liked it and would go again absolutelly.

Hi Camila, 1. There is wifi included but only works at the lobby, it will be slow during peak times! 2. We didnt have air conditioning but luckily our room was in the basement and it was cool down there. 3. I dont remember having a safe but im sure they can provide you with one at a charge. Make sure your sister is happy with the room, check the shower, water and make sure the balcony door closes!! because we found our on our first night, our balcony door wouldnt shut and it was accessible to thiefs! I stayed in this hotel with my husband and we were both 22 at the time, and we found that All Inclusive was really awful, cheap and limited choices! The strip is only a 10 minute walk, plenty of nice greek restaurants and takeaways and non tobacco shisha bars! Our favourite bar was called YOLO, such great owners and staff! our picture is even up on the wall, we went there every night for a drink. Hope they enjoy their stay. Any questions please ask me.

There is wifi, but it costs (I don't remember how much, 10 euro maybe?), but it is available only in reception hall, in rooms there is no internet at all.
