Since 2001 until today, with continuous improvements every year in public areas, studios and apartments, we can offer you an unforgettable holiday. Enjoy your breakfast under the stony pergola by the pool or under the shade of bougainvillea. Taste authentic Mediterranean recipes, freshly cooked by Mika using only traditional local materials, all hours of the day, even late at night.

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel usually when travelling I prefer to stay in a resort style Hotel on this occasion I was travelling with friends who chose Evita Studios, on arrival we learnt this hotel was family run which was really nice, the family was extremely polite, very welcoming and always happy to help. The pool area was beautiful, peaceful and was cleaned every evening. The hotel also provided lounge towels if needed. The bedroom was a standard with a balcony which we was all happy with as we was never in the room. The room was cleaned on a regular basis and we all absolutely loved the cleaner she went above and beyond cleaning are make up area and organised it too, she was also very creative In decorating the beds it always put a smile on our faces. We was all sad that we always missed her an never got a chance to thank her directly. Last but not least the hotel is also in walking distance from the main restaurants and bars but if you want to take a taxi it was around €5 so an ideal location.

everything was perfect: rooms cleaning is done everyday, the position is really good because it is surrounded by the green and far away only 10 minutes by walking from the centre of Faliraki. The breakfast is rich and well served; you can find everything you want from the european kind to the american one.
All the staff is always at your disposal in order to feel you fine for having a comfortable stay

Mika and her family were absolutely incredible and truly made our trip. We booked about week before visiting for an amazing price, expecting a very basic room but we were put in a gorgeous clean family room which was recently renovated. For a 3 star apartment, we were constantly surprised with the level of hygiene and the attentiveness of the staff during our visit. Mika and her daughter booked us taxis wherever and whenever, as well always asking how we are and if we need anything. I had an injury during our stay and the family were SO lovely and helpful. We bought Mika a perfume before we left as she was just so lovely. The foods were lovely, but for someone who doesn’t eat milk or gluten there was very limited options at breakfast. Great apartments, pool, staff and location (10 min walk to faliraki), would 1000% come back again, and highly highly recommend.

Lovely little hotel that’s run by a family. The rooms were modern and clean, the swimming pool is very nice, the breakfast was good and the family is the cutest ever, they help you in any matter and really care for their guests. Since my friend and I are both vegan they extra prepared some special vegan food every morning and it was so good! The location is quite good, you can easily walk to Faliraki-Center in 10 min. and to the beach in less than 15 min. Would definitely come back again!

We arrived late in the evening, check-in went super fast and we were shown to our room. Room was fine in terms of space. We did not find it very clean, in the corners a lot of dust and the bed was full of sand and hair. Clearly this was not cleaned before we came, because it did not smell washed either. The bathroom was also not top the sealant edges dirty and here and there some mold to see. Even when showering, the whole bathroom was flooded with water. The room we had was on the road on the ground floor. Had a lot of trouble with the box that turns on every day by the pool, the bass was very pounding on us. Also in the night we heard a lot of ripping traffic with loud music.

Breakfast was downright bad. Little variety, dry and the drinking was also really bad. The drinking consisted of ranja with some water, pure sugars. We do not drink coffee, tea little choice in terms of flavors. And indeed what has already been described, the ladies who work there are certainly not friendly. We had dinner twice is the hotel, but I can advise against it.

The location is really thick fine. Good to walk to the center and we had a rental car for a few days through the hotel, where we were well helped by the employee at the reception.

Sunbeds at the hotel are fine, it was quite quiet during the period we were there so seating and berth plenty.

In short: if you are looking for something that is not too expensive, where the food is not good and it is glorious but in terms of location is fine then I will go here. But not for us anymore.

Hotel was okay but the Family managment were not professional
At my arrival they said that the pos machine to pay with credit card was not working and that I had to wait one day to fix . I stay 5 nights and the machine was still not working so I was obliged to pay cash .
Than I asked for a receipt and they said that with the receipt the price was different
I said that this is not correct and they invite me to go away .
The day after they promise to make the receipt but we never saw it
Than for 2 days (third and fifth ) the water in the room was cold .they fixed after a night and morning with cold shower but when I left the last morning was broken again no one word of apology
If it had been up to me I would have left immediately but I was with a friend who wanted to stay
Very bad experience

We were here in the week of August, but there was no particular organization, in fact, there was no organization of its own.
First of all great discomfort for a reception always closed or empty (to communicate with someone you have to call personally and you have difficulty understanding even for those who know languages).
In the room poor hygiene and cleanliness (under the beds heaps of dust, ants in the corners) as well as little comfort due to uncomfortable pillows and mattresses, lack of cabinet in the bathroom and absence of even courtesy set and poor care of the environments in general.
The service, with the exception of some very courteous young waitresses, was bad for lack of communication between the staff. Twice, having to move early in the morning for excursions and return flight, we were promised a takeaway breakfast box, but punctually in the morning they denied everything, leaving us empty-handed and forcing us to pay extra breakfasts outside when in fact they were included in the price.
For the quality of the services offered, really excessive price.
Only positive note the food, varied for breakfast and possibly dinner.

Great hotel in Faliraki. Our standard room was spacious enough and clean enough. Towels were changed every two days and unfortunately although there were three of us there were always and only two, so each time we had to go and request them. Fortunately in the bathroom there was a shower cubicle and not the classic "Greek curtain". Breakfast quite varied and good. Beautiful swimming pool available to customers where there is a nice big dog of the owners who enjoys playing by throwing the ball into the water and getting it withdrawn.

Family hotel outside Faliraky, very well managed by the family.
It is located in a quiet area, ideal for relaxing surrounded by greenery with a swimming pool
The hotel is also a short distance from the center of Faliraki (easily reachable on foot, about 10 minutes), from the beach, while there is a convenient supermarket 200 meters away.
The rooms are clean and very spacious. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent: plentiful and full of delicious sweet and savory products.
The offer for both lunch and dinner was also excellent, great availability on the part of the managers when we wanted fresh fish they went specifically to buy it for us.
Thanks to all the family and staff.
Super recommended
Simonetta

A lovely stay at Evita Studios in Faliraki! Spacious and clean premium double room with gorgeous pool and bar area. Easy 10 min walk into the centre of Faliraki surrounded by restaurants and bars and only 5 min walk to large supermarket. A really friendly and welcoming atmosphere with very accommodating staff. Gorgeous hotel dog Aris to make you smile too. Menu slightly limited for dinner but food was lovely when we ate there. Good selection of food for continental breakfast but could have more hot food options. Strawberry mojitos from the bar are a must and highly recommend Acropolis taverna for dinner in the town - absolutely gorgeous food and a beautiful place to eat. Jimmy’s pub is also a great night for a drink and a bit of karaoke. Highly recommended Evita Studios as a relaxed, quieter place to stay before heading into lively Faliraki.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, yamas!

The owner actually showed me and mum one of the family rooms in the new building. When you walked in it had the bathroom on the right and you were straight into a bedroom. I think it had either 2 or 3 single beds, and TV the main bedroom is off to the right with a double bed and possibly another TV. I'm sorry I can't remember if the main bedroom had an ensuite. Hope this helps :) Thanks, Natasha.

La nuova è confortevole, silenziosa e abbastanza grande! Ti consiglio di noleggiare un'auto, meglio del motorino che per le lunghe distanze è scomodo e in più nei giorni di grande caldo diventa fastidioso. Ti consiglio Rodos Car noi ci siamo trovati benissimo!
