you have to pay extra for air conditioning, which is extremely weird !! air con should be included as standard obviously in a country with regular temperatures of 30 degress celsius, so backward and bizarre !

This was my second stay at Argo, and I am more than happy to recommend this small family run hotel to others. On this occasion I was in Faliraki with my partner to visit friends who live nearby, and was badly let down by another hotel. Pavlos, the owner, very kindly found me a room at very short notice and the whole team were as friendly and accommodating as during my last visit a couple of years ago. Argo Hotel is superbly located in the centre of Faliraki with it's fantastic selection of bars, restaurants and clubs within metres of the hotel's secluded entrance. There are several supermarkets phamacies within easy reach, plus boutiques, souvenier stores and everything else you would expect to find. The walk to the nearest sandy beach is only about 700m and there are bus stops within a few metres of Argo with frequent buses to Rhodes Town, Lindos and other island attractions. There are multiple car and bike hire outlets nearby, but Pavlos now offers car hire at the hotel at a great price. Accommodation at Argo is basic, but for a 2 star establishment, and at such a competive price is more than adequate. There is air conditioning available in the rooms, a kettle, tea and coffee, a small fridge TV and hairdryer provided. Rooms either have a shower or a small bath, and a small balcony overlooking either the pool area or front garden. Guests have the use of an outside patio seating area and a nice swimming pool in a secluded garden. Breakfast and a selection of food are available throughout the day, and there is a small bar serving the restaurant and pool area. There is always a member of staff available either on reception ot in the bar area who really can't do enough for you. This little hotel with a big heart provides a great base for anyone visiting the island of Rhodes. The location and amenities are ideal for those wishing to explore the many attractions and beauty spots the island has to offer, soak up the sun at one of the local beaches, take a stroll to a nearby bar, have a meal or maybe go out-out to Faliraki's many nightclubs. In conclusion, great location, friendly staff and excellent value for money. Many thanks to Pavlos and the Argo team for your hospitality, I'll see you next year.

Argo hotel A 2 star hotel in the middle of Faliraki. It's like an oasis. When you enter the hotel area it is quiet. The hotel was double booked and we got the wrong room for two nights but the owner offered us BBQ one evening. Then he offered to drive us to the airport for free. We didn't have breakfast but there is a well-stocked shop 3 minutes short cut from the hotel. AC was quiet in both rooms

We had a nice stay. The location is excellent, in the center of Faliraki close to the beach, many bars and restaurants nearby and a large supermarket behind the hotel. The room was modest but clean, the staff very nice and helpful. You can rent a car from the hotel at a much lower price than other agencies. We had half board. The breakfast was not very diverse, but you still have a choice, instead the dinner was very tasty. The quality / price ratio is above expectations. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and relatives.

A 2 star hotel that deserves 3 stars. The pool is incredibly beautiful and the hotel staff very friendly. The hotel rooms are very clean and large. Very good value for money. The sea is about 350 metres from this hotel. I recomande this hotel!

With my wife we stayed at this Hotel 7 days. The rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was pretty good, but the same thing every day (problem is COVID). The hotel is located in center of Faliraki. It was very hot, so we paid extra for air conditioning (5 € / day). Maybe we'll come back to this Hotel next year.
