The hotel is beatiful establishment located perfectly for enjoying regular or nudist beaches. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated and furnished. This place is ideal for those who need "nice things" around them to feel good. Hotel has its own pool with a nice pool bar. There is breakfast and other meals and drinks served. Hotel is quiet which was a big PLUS, outside from the busy centre, which is still within a walking distance (10 - 15 mins). The staff is very friendly and helpful. Perfect spot for a relaxing holiday.

We really enjoyed our stay at Kouros Home. The room was clean, had plenty of space and a nice view (we even had two balconies). The breakfast was amazing. With different types of bread, cereal, pancakes, sweets (as in pastry filled with cream etc) and eggs.
The main reason we enjoyed our stay so much is because of the staff. They were all so kind and welcoming. They wanted to do everything for and were always smiling.
Our special thanks go to the tall greek staff member (unfortunately we forgot or didn’t ask is name…) but is was working really long days but was always so kind, smiling and making jokes with us. Thank you for that and we hope to see you again.
The only thing that could be better was the shower since ours had no shower door.
We will 100 percent come back to Kouros home!

Stayed for a week and was put in room 306 and wow… room included it’s own indoor pool/hot tub, felt like we got upgraded without even asking. Hotel was never too busy, so always sun beds. The most amazing pool area and the odd lilos thrown in which had been left by previous guests. Food and drinks were good, breakfast was average… but the room was always clean and outside area the same. Would highly recommend. Staff also brilliant, the lady at the bar and the young man at reception always saying hello and so polite. Very dubious as very little reviews but would highly recommend. A big thank you!!

We had imagined a nice boutique hotel near Faliraki, but this one disappointed us in every category, no value for money. Why: normally you would say form follows function, here it is the other way round, the designer was allowed to let off steam and the guest has to suffer, here for example App 116: it is so stupidly designed that you have to close the curtain all day long, as the shower etc. is 100% visible from outside... no problem, we are not prudish, but if the tables of the pool bar are set up 2m away from the terrace and the strange path leads past 1m from the terrace, it is probably not ideal. On the terrace it is very sheltered from the wind and the sun burns in in the afternoon, no problem if there was an umbrella/sunshade... but that is only decoration and is in the wrong place. The mattress was much too soft, one of the pillows was much too thick and hard, so we made our own. The pool bar provides sound in the room from 1000-1900, there is live music for dinner AND breakfast, you may like it, but we didn't, so we didn't have dinner there.
The fancy designer chairs are a tired imitation of the chairs at the Lido Star (cool location), they are uncomfortable and break easily. Service? Yes, if you like the breakfast dragon who always pours orange juice before you can go to the buffet, great, unfortunately we have absolutely no understanding of why you have to wait 5 minutes for someone to come to this game, cleverly the tables are not served in the right order, and a little tip: I would be a bit friendlier to the guests who dare to order orange juice. Oh yes: Cappuccino is not an espresso with milk, by the way, I thought at first I didn't like it anymore, but the ladies probably can't operate the superbly designed machine.
When checking out, the question naturally arose: is everything OK? My answer: nothing was OK, unfortunately the friendly young man couldn't process it, his English was probably not good enough... I would have quickly called the manager.
Parking: you can, but it's pretty run down and dirty... the designer could have moved some of the overly densely planted vegetation there.
Conclusion: never again, even optimistically speaking, no value for money.

Stayed there for 8 days Suite with private pool. Everything seemed ok until sunday.
There was a wildfire @ 15 km from the hotel but no communication??? The 3 last days of our vacation our pool was dirty and there were insects in the pool. So went to te reception and the owner was also there so i told him about it and asked if there was some sort of compensation his reaction was problem is due to fire??? So my reaction was what has fire got to do with cleaning the pool we paid 2700 euro and his answer was you talk to your travel agency i can do nothing. And we were not the only guests with problems and they had the same arrogant reaction from the owner. So think twice before booking with Kouros Home!!!!! Positive touch nice staff and friendly.

Myself and my friend booked this as a last minute girls trip. The hotel was beautiful, breakfast was to a very good standard and the rooms were very clean! All staff were lovely and helpful! The hotel is roughly 5 min walk to the beach and 13 min walk to the centre. Quiet round the pool so always manage to get a sunbed! Would definitely recommend for stay with a partner or your friends! Thank you for a wonderful holiday!!

We stayed with family, 3 couples +/- 50 years for 7 nights in May 2024. Very nice Inn, nice rooms with their small pool, on this side nothing wrong except water worries, almost not possible to shower for 3 days. The most serious thing is, when we arrive at the front desk, they tell me that there is a problem with my credit card and ask me to pay the money into their bank account, which I do (namely that I couldn't see my credit card details maybe because I was abroad?)
Back in Belgium I notice that the Reservation was paid with my credit card so I paid them twice our stay.
I sent them 3 emails and no return, I returned to Rhodes 2 months later so I show up at the reception ( 3 days in a row ) and there no way to see a manager, the employee tells me that it is a company that manages it so again emails AND NOTHING
THEY'RE DISHONEST

Great boutique hotel. Very nice staff, spacious rooms with good AC. Breakfast ok with different egg options, cheeses, breads, juices. ...hotel is just outside the very busy center of Faliraki but in walking distance. A car or scooter is needed to visit nice beach bars.

Absolutely disgusted with Kouros hotel/suites. We booked to stay here for 10 nights in June, which we were very much looking forward to. Having got an early morning flight, and a taxi from the airport, we arrived at 11:30am. To be told by Kouros Exclusive that Kouros Home was closed and under reconstruction. The hotel we had paid and booked to stay at for 10 nights was SHUT and that we COULDN’T stay there. Imagine travelling 5 hours to get on holiday, and the hotel/suite you have booked is NOT OPEN. We were absolutely fuming, Kouros Exclusive (partner) did not even offer us a room there saying they were fully booked. Thankfully and fortunately enough, we booked through a travel agent and they managed to move us to another hotel where we are very happy. Having not booked through an agent, had we of booked directly with the hotel we would be homeless 10 nights as we wouldn’t have another grand plus to spend on accommodation. Disgusting they are doing this to people, you can still book now on google and their site - shame on them. Would not recommend, very disorganised and a scam. They did not even circulate this to our travel agent as they were unaware. Honesty avoid - unprofessional employees of Kouros.

We booked a room but when we arrived at 15:30 they told us the room wasn't ready cause there were workers inside to fix something and asked us to come back later. While we were leaving we heard the workers shout "Look at those faces that want to stay in a hotel like this!" in greek and laughed at me and my husband (they probably thought we didn't speak greek, but we did!). We had to leave and return at 17:30 were we told the owner about the workers and that the room should have been ready, but he answered it was not his problem and told us to cancel and go somewhere else impolitely! We left and had to look for another room to stay!

Response from George L, Ιδιοκτήτης at Kouros Home and Suites
Responded Jun 30, 2014
Dear Stasa A, Firstly we would like to thank you for your time to make this review and give us an insight on the events that took place during your visit at our property. We would like to express our apologies for the incidents that took place on your arrival date – middle of April - and we look forward to give us the opportunity to make up for you. From your review we've separated the issues as follow: 1. Indirect, although rude, behavior from third-party personnel: We understand that the reaction of some construction workers has (very rightfully) upset you, but the behavioral issues of the personnel from external crews, are out of our jurisdiction and control. Nevertheless, we as a family hotel, as soon as this behavior came to our attention, we couldn't accept it also and we expressed our reproach at the construction manager. 2. Impolite behavior from me personally (Hotel Owner): The period during your visit was a quite stressful one for all the (hotel's) personnel and me personally. The fact that I didn't want to continue an enraged conversation does not make me (or anyone) impolite. I suggested that in case you are not satisfied with our property, or the completely random and out-of-hand events that took place (the incident above), maybe a better solution would be to change your booking. The conclusion is that we could not as property - and me personally - to provide you the quality of services we always give. We are a family run property so it is a matter of honor to retain a high level of services and quality. We give our best efforts to achieve this so we would like to take this chance and invite you and your companionship, as guests, for 2 days anytime during 2014 October beginning or even previous at our property. This will give us the chance to provide you the hospitality we offer at our premise without the negative influence of any external factors. Please ask for me personally if you'll honor our offer, or if you'll just come to Faliraki again. Wish you the Best, Sincerely Yours, George

They are not connected is the standard statement. They are run as separate businesses although the families are connected who own/run each establishment. we were korous home and breakfast was served in korous exclusive, I'm not sure if that was because there was building work still in progress at KH or that is what happens normally. The hotels are on each side of the road...literally 2 steps away from each other. You should phone them and speak with Takis, he is korous home director/manager. +306932440315. You should definitely book, it's a lovely place, as is faliraki.
We have just booked up but haven't been yet. Rhodes airport is around 12 miles from the hotel. There are water parks etc to go to.
Hello yes the hôtel have a communal pool with loungers
I have the same question!
"Dome room was lovely with 2 balconies one of which you could see the sea and the other you could watch the sunset on!"Read full review
