Don´t hesitate to visit Greece right now ! We decided for the Blue Sea Beach resort - and that was the right decision. Blue sea and nice beaches near the Falikari "beach avenue" are the right place to refuel your energy after Covid back. The hotel is very nice place to stay, their staff is very friendyl and they are grateful for the people for all travelers in these times. Food was delicous, we didn´t have a need to visit typicall greek Taverna - as they serve fantastic greek food at the hotel. Only problem was a coffee. Douwe Egberts coffee machine is not a drinkable coffee :/ Perfect will be to offer Lavaza or Illy coffee- although for a extra fee. We will visit hotel second time for sure !

Returned from a weeks stay here last week so still isolating. Paid an extra €10 a night to upgrade to a sea view (€7 side sea view) on arrival and it didn’t disappoint, though the rooms are looking tired and need of a refurb (damaged/peeling skirting etc.) Food was great, though the chef does need to try his food as it was sometimes far too salty (fried eggs being the worst) and the served buffet didn’t work as the queues were a pain and food cold by the time you sat down so great they changed it to self service with gloves the day before we left. The drinks were very poor. Cocktails/spirits and soft drinks are dreadful, and even the coffee was unreliable, but the beer, baileys and tea were all good. The pools are amazing, grounds fantastic and the staff really hard working and truly lovely. Beach is ok but shingly. Sadly our last couple of nights were severely disturbed by a large group of what sounded like teenage foreign exchange students (French, american, Russian and English was heard) who thought it acceptable to shout and sing in the pool area into the early hours (11-1.30am) on one night. Empty spirit bottles and mess everywhere the following day told a story. I spoke to reception about the noise and we found a bowl of fruit, a bottle of wine and very nice letter from the hotel manager (in German(!?) apologising for the noise and assuring us the organiser of the youth group had said it wouldn’t happen again - which it did early the very next morning (4.40-6.30am)! Not the hotels fault as such, but accepting a booking from a large group of teenagers then not controlling their behaviour or asking them to leave when they got out of control is - not really good enough. The organiser should be ashamed of how their group behaved.

You all know the feeling when you go back home after a looooong leave. This is what Blue Sea and its staff is for me and my wife - home and family! To start with Sophia - the room division manager, who with her kindness, charming smile and knowledge, can always provide the best experience for every taste. Her right hand, Dimitris is a true professional! Thank you both! Everyone at the front desk, both in the day and during the night, are always welcoming, always ready to assist with any query or matter you can have. Then, i move to restaurant. Filimonis and the others there, ( Linda and Vase are our sweethearts) are the highlight with their kindness, smile and readiness. Safety measures are top notch, sanitizers and gloves everywhere. After each guest, tables and chairs are disinfected. Everyone from the staff overall are vaccinated, so this makes your stay as safe as possible. Food is fresh and varies in choice every day! Bars - At the main bar, Evi's smile can melt even the coldest of moods and Rafael's goodness predisposes to a friendly conversation. At the pool bar, we have Vasilis in the afternoon, who is a master fisherman and a wonderful man and a friend. At the beach bar, we have Dimitris, Zoe, George and Sokrates...i simply love them all. Food at the beach snack bar is amazing and you can never be hungry. Pool and beach - You can not believe the care and attention they pay to the pool area, its cleanliness and the pool itself as a whole. At the beach, there are always free sunbeds, great sand and amazing water. Apostolis is taking care of everyone's safety and comfort. Hotel area - splendid, you can eat from the ground... it is so well tended and preserved. Safety - as i mentioned, top notch! Everyone wears masks at all times. All the staff is vaccinated. All tables and chairs are disinfected after each use and even more all sunbeds are disinfected in the end of each day. Animation - new team, great guys. A bit slow start, but it is expected to be great once the amphitheater is ready. Greetings to Stefano, Francesca, Lorenzo, Genevra and the wonderful Nelly! Conclusion - after the last difficult and exhausting year for all of us, i cant imagine a better place to recharge. Me and my wife are in love with everyone there, the place and everything it represents. We love you guys and see you soon!!! Thank you all and to the next guests, ENJOY!

We have just returned from here, The hotel it's self is a basic no frills hotel, the grounds are beautiful and kept spotless. The rooms are tired and again no frills, the bed was lovely and comfortable and the Aircon good. The food was really good and tasty, although repetitive, the chef needs to try his own food as quite often alot of salt has been used, this has been mentioned in previous reviews and it's correct ! it is buffet style and has now returned to help yourself. The fresh salads and fruit were amazing. The drinks are awful, the soft drinks are local brands and taste as cheap as they must be, they are either way to sweet or like water. The Alcohol drinks are no better paint stripper came to mind ! I drank mainly water the whole time as even the coffee was bad. The sunbeds are disenfected every morning which is great, pool area was spotless. Rhodes is so quiet right now which is understandable, we visited lindos castle which cost us £24 to enter, it's not worth it !

This is a beautiful all inclusive hotel. We spent a week here with a large group of students. The beach is lovely, different pools for all, great family rooms, good food and a great animation programme. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. They were very kind, understanding and bent over backwards to make our stay very enjoyable. A special thank you to Sophia in reservations, who with her beautiful smile, was always so accommodating. Thank you Blue Sea Resort for an unforgettable holiday.
