Pegasos Deluxe Beach Hotel offers a prime location lauded by guests for its easy access to beaches and local attractions. Despite some rooms having issues with ventilation, privacy, and dated decor, many visitors commend the panoramic views and cleanliness. The atmosphere receives mixed reviews for its post-sunset vibrancy, but cleanliness and entertainment are consistently praised. Amenities like clean pools and diverse dining options are popular, though the value proposition is occasionally questioned. Service experiences vary with reports of both friendliness and disorganization.

Pleasant structure, suitable for families with small children. The rooms on the third floor are beautiful and modern with state-of-the-art televisions and a very elegant bathroom area. My in-laws having made two different reservations to the same structure happened for 3 days in a room on the second floor in my opinion old and very small.
The restaurant area with all inclusive formula presents various types of meals and importantly they are continuously replenished when they are finishing so that everyone has the opportunity to take them. If I find two flaws are the use of a lot of salt on some types of dishes (but this is also to my taste) and the presence in the air conditioning room a bit 'high that coming from outside causes a bit' of discomfort considering that in this period externally there are 36 - 37 degrees. However it is also possible to eat on an outdoor terrace but meals always remain in the indoor area.
Beautiful and spacious pools with comfortable mattress beds and straw umbrellas but you have to hurry in the morning to get them as many leave the towel and then you do not see them all day occupying the latter at the expense of those who would like to spend the day there instead. Unfortunately, there is no control here.
The bars and dining spaces in the pool area constantly provide cocktails and food very kindly and the housekeeping staff carries out a constant maintenance of the area in excellent condition throughout the day.
Nice animation and not intrusive.
Unwelcoming reception staff.
There is a bus stop near the structure convenient for those who do not intend to drive to move especially to the central part of the city.

Really nice place and crystal clear sea ... A real paradise.
Large and comfortable hotel but insufficient elevators to meet the needs of guests and then all walk down the stairs. The cleaning of this last area left much to be desired, unfortunately.
The main restaurant is very spacious with a very good and varied menu. I must congratulate the Pastry Chef who has produced fantastic desserts of excellent quality. Pizza was great but pasta dry for connoisseurs = you should not eat abroad unless you are in a hotel with Italian Chef. Serata pesce =da sogno! Big flaw: the tables without tablecloths: already just like in fast food! There would also be the Dress Code for dinner but no one respected it given the Spartan tables. Too bad about this drop in tone.
Another point to improve would be the laundry service that provides beach towels.
Were not there on our arrival in the room as reported in the information provided on arrival.... and not even the next morning (at 10:45) in the Spa! The Lady pointed out that it depended on the delivery of the laundry run by the reception where she made representations on our behalf. Perhaps it is appropriate to increase the demand under the high season?

The Staff at the hotel were extremely welcoming and hospitable during our stay. Cleaners provided new towels and replenished toilet paper daily and overall did a great job in cleaning the room.

Room layout in the newer part of the hotel was relatively nice, as was the balcony area. The shower has no plastic strip below the glass screens and hence the bathroom floor was covered by a lot of water after a shower. Also, there was a glass screen between the bedroom and bathroom which is not ideal if you want a bit of privacy whilst having a shower.

The 2 pools were nice and the area around them quite pleasant, plenty of sun loungers located around, and the location of the beach from the pool was very close.

There were 2 food areas open during the day, although they did close at random times during the afternoon. The quality of the food here was not the best and I would avoid eating any more than 1 item from there a day as you are likely to get a stomach upset. The drinks included within the all-inclusive package are all Greek spirits and low quality at that. I would highly recommend staying off them and sticking to the beer which was quite nice.

Food selection in the buffet restaurant was not great and was on the small side. It lacked any real variety. Most of the food was Greek cuisine and then you had the usual type of buffet hotel food. The quality of the food is not great, quite cheap tasting. 5/6 of our group at some point of the holiday became unwell and experienced stomach upsets and constant vomiting. It’s likely that it’s down to the quality of the food and also the Chickens skewers were not properly cooked, they were ‘RAW! F*****RAW’ as Gordon Ramsay would say.

The location of the hotel is quite convenient if you want to go into faliraki. The local bars are less than a 20min walk away and the airport is not far away about 20min taxi ride at the cost of 35 euro.

Overall, I would say the hotel is not that bad to stay in, but I would not recommend going all inclusive, you would be better off eating from local restaurants and using just using the hotels pool facilities during the day.

First I’ll start off with the positives, Andre, spaghetti and gustavo from the entertainment team were all very friendly and made you feel welcome, Andre was very good with the juniors. Every day you’ll hear the catchphrase (in the pool in the pool).
The pizzas behind the pool bar cooked in the clay oven are very good, and the pizza guy is friendly and will make you a pizza on request if you ask nicely. (Sorry I never got his name) and finally the banana ice cream was better than any I’ve ever had before.
Onto the negatives and my god there is a lot,
Firstly we booked the hotel mainly on reviews of food and entertainment as we are quite fussing eaters and love to get involved with the entertainment team,
So like I said earlier the 3 male entertainers were good and friendly and are doing their job as instructed, the fact they have 7 entertainers, which is the most I’ve ever known. so they have a healthy entertainment budget, so you’d expect a lot more than you got, Alex is the problem he the chief entertainer, and basically did nothing, no rotation of activities at all, long breaks between 12-3, no entertainment on Saturdays even tho they could rotate, evening entertainment is sub par, kids club didn’t start till 9pm and the entertainment after only lasted around 45 mins per night!
With the right person in charge it could be a really good part of your holiday but not with Alex in charge. I suppose entertainment isn’t for everyone.
The food and drink is sub standard in general, I read all these reviews about food in the restaurant and drinks at the bar are really good, I do worry where these people come from that write them reviews, the breakfast is shocking, lunch we did once and evening was sometimes okay, the gyros is vile, just fat in naan bread, the crepes were under cooked and tasted odd, the larger isn’t nice, the pop isn’t very cold or fizzy, the cocktail menu isn’t good.
The rooms are small and not cleaned very well even tho cleaners in everyday, the aircon if you can call it that is like being blown on by a mouse.
We asked about keeping the room from 11-5 on last day as we had a late flight, yes sir that will be 70 euros, day light robbery.
On a positive there are 2 shower rooms in the basement which you can hire out from reception (free of charge) which is something to keep in mind if you have a late flight.
In summary we had a good enough holiday just about, the sea is lovely.
Won’t be returning based on more negatives than positives, onto next year on trying to find the perfect hotel.

Four of us stayed in the hotel for a week. The food and drinks in particular were disappointing. Staff and guests complained of severe stomach/intestinal problems. Two of us also had it - the hotel argued that it was a virus. In general, the food was not particularly tasty either. Unfortunately, the same was true of the drinks - cheap alcohol, all drinks from the "pump", although each pump tasted different. The coffee was also awful.
The entire animation team and the cleaning team deserve special mention, although our room was still dirty (hair everywhere) when we "moved in".

Relaxing holiday, beautiful beach and sea, also beautiful pools but we did not use it. Friendly staff, animation almost absent, some evening shows were pleasant.
Good all inclusive formula, average food.
I would recommend renovating the rooms, the dining room and also using disposable paper placemats.

Enjoy your family stay in a pleasant hotel. The staff is particularly welcoming, smiling and takes great care of customers. Special mention for the entertainment team, in particular the young girls who take care of the children's club and the mini-disco, they are gems with the children!!!
The rooms are clean and sufficiently spacious. Towels are changed every day. On the other hand, rather noisy for those with a mountain view which overlook a busy road.
The buffet is well stocked and restocked regularly. Depending on the time it may be difficult to find a table. Providing a microwave would be practical for parents of young children who want to heat a dish or a bottle without having to ask the staff (it is often too hot).
We were all inclusive and it’s a nice way to have a good vacation. However, we were surprised to find that the list of drinks contained in the formula was limited, as was the number of pancakes per person limited to 2, as well as the slices of pizza. The customer is encouraged to spend extras (regular canvassing to buy the souvenir t-shirt, photos at the entrance to the restaurant, tattoos for the children before the mini disco).
The pool complex has been reviewed, it does not match the photos. A swimming pool with beach has been created in place of the children's aquatic area. There was no specific structure for children during our stay, it seemed to be under construction. The swimming pools are unfortunately not heated and are cool at the start of the tourist season. There are many deckchairs, which is really nice.
Difficult to access the jacuzzi because children play in them all day long.
The organization of reception on arrival must be reviewed. The waiting time to collect the keys is really excessively long, especially when you arrive at 1am.
The hotel provides beach towels which can be exchanged every 2 days.
The geographical location of the hotel is very good: direct access to the private beach, bus stop at the exit allowing you to go to Rhodes and Lindos.
Some points could be improved but we still had a good stay.

To begin with, the positives, the food, amazing, everyone can find what they like, when the main restaurant is not open, you can have pizza, waffles, pancakes, or many other things, access to drinks from morning to evening, but what really "maintains" this hotel "live" are the animators, they are all amazing and funny, but Evelina is definitely the best for me, she knows Czech, she is funny, nice and above all she remembers everything you tell her, the staff is also very nice almost everywhere, with the exception of the reception. Now we get to the worse half, organization 0, I understand that what you are describing now is possible in every hotel and that we just caught stupid flights, but we arrived at the hotel at twelve, and we were told that our room should be available in an hour ready, i.e. at one o'clock in the afternoon it became two and then three and even after that it didn't seem like we were ready, the room is already ready, the next check out is at 11:00, with the fact that there is of course the option of buying a late check out, but we are flying home at two in the morning, which means that the bus takes us away from the hotel at eleven o'clock, and we don't have a room from eleven o'clock in the morning, which is a huge inconvenience, on the other hand, there are showers where you can normally go when you check in, but you still don't have that "peace of mind" and you must actually have the whole day already packed. Furthermore, after we successfully got the room, despite requests at the reception, it was not cleaned for four days, I know it sounds like a banality, but in a country where you cannot normally throw toilet paper in the toilet but in the bin next to it, cleaning every day is simply necessary , the reception did not solve the problem at all and so we decided to go to the cleaning lady personally, since then there has been no problem with cleaning. But in order not to criticize the hotel, it has its own small shop where you can buy bottled water or some goodies, and the already mentioned animators are simply amazing. From them you can then buy T-shirts with your own name or take a picture with them, but they will also be happy to come and chat with you. For us, however, the best animator remains Evelin❤️

Currently staying here, leave tomorrow. Great location, 20 minute walk from a supermarket that has gluten free snack options and about a 5 minute walk from a cute little market. Very clean hotel, nice big pool with plenty of sun beds and the beach has plenty of free sun beds too . Can get your beach towels from the spa which you can get changed every two days which is great and I love the fact the balcony has little drying racks for towels and clothes. Only thing I would say is it would be nice if the buffet had more gluten free options and gluten free desserts because my boyfriend is a celiac :)
