Firstly I have to start with the staff who work at this hotel who are all excellent! We have spent 5 nights at the Evita Bay and have had a very relaxing, enjoyable stay. There is a lot of room for improvement, especially with the food and drinks served. The food in the dining room was consistently cold and lacking in traditional Greek dishes. Throughout the duration of our short stay rose’ wine was not available at the Beach bar or the reception bar, only in the dining room which didn’t make sense to me. Why not serve it at all of the bars? Really worrying at the amount of small plastic cups that get used here upon the environment! Most evenings I had to ask for wine in a glass. There seemed to be a shortage of glasses with the bar staff having to wash them by hand. If you’re looking for somewhere for a short break it’s a nice hotel. Thanks again to all of the staff working here.

A stand out in so many ways. Small hiccup at the start was addressed with speed and professionalism by the Manager Nicholas. For us every member of the staff stood out as being well trained and always happy to help. Hatem (he told me to tell you he’s the very handsome bald black man) the restaurant manager and his wife Hella are 2 of the nicest, kindest, helpful and friendliest people you would ever wish to meet. Everyone here will do their best to put a smile on your face and give you the holiday you’d been wishing for all those months prior. Yanis was our waiter most evenings and he was fun, friendly and polite with a good work ethic and I am sure will one day manage a restaurant himself. Our room with terrace and shared pool was lovely. The room was cleaned daily to a good standard with fresh towels. We had sun loungers on the terrace with the pool no more than a stride away from your lounger. The food here was great morning, noon and night with always enough to choose from. Lots of fresh fruit and vegetables along with lovely salads and with different chicken, beef and pork dishes every night. Also rice, potato dishes and orzo to accompany your meal. But if you want your typical British food and can’t embrace the lovely local food you’ll probably have a moan. Hygiene standards are well maintained throughout. This is not a large hotel so it’s perfect for the quiet relax. We loved this place and felt so refreshed after 10 days here. We will certainly look to book here again!

Me and my friend stayed at this hotel for 7 nights earlier this month, and we enjoyed every moment of it! The hotel itself is very modern, clean, and chic, it is a very quiet hotel, so great for relaxing. However, the location of the hotel is only walking distance from bars if you fancy a more lively atmosphere in the evenings. The food here is great, something different every day; for example, I am vegetarian, and found there was plenty of choice for me. The all-inclusive drinks are also great, beer and wine are much better than other hotels I have stayed in! The beach is also absolutely stunning :) Finally, I would say the best thing about this hotel is the staff- everybody here is so very welcoming and friendly, always keen to help and also have a laugh with you, and really do go above and beyond to ensure you have the best holiday possible. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a nice quiet, relaxing break- I can’t wait to revisit!

As above we had a lovely holiday due to the staff, hotel and location. Would love to return here but there was one Big issue that puts me off. When we arrived at the hotel 23.00, that we had booked, paid for including sea views and had looked at pictures of for eight months, as you do prior to arrival. We were told there was no room and had to move us to one of there sister hotels basically up in the mountain, Evita Resort no sea views in site. This hotel was not for us and was not what we had paid good money for. We stayed here a total of five nights out of our 14 night holiday, travelling via the hotel transfer twice a day to our hotel to spend the day and to eat our meals. The Hotel/Owners Reservation Manager who I believe was responsible for our issue and that of a number of other guests that were also moved let's the hotel and especially the staff that were excellent down. Staff had to take the brunt of upset disappointment and cheated customers. The Evita Bay site manager, Hadham and all his staff and the girl on the bar and Albania guy who works restaurant and bar are Brilliant. Like I say would love to stay again but feel i can not take the risk of being moved to another one of there hotels that are not in the same league as booked and paid for.

Was there with my wife in the middle of June 2021 for 10 nights. Everything was almost perfect. Healthy & delicious food, great beer and wine. Maybe level of cocktails could improve a bit. Room clean up was fine. Hotel stuff and manager was very helpful in every way. Additional services as massage and manicure has been served at very good level. We wont hesitate to retrurn to Evita Bay anytime.

Stayed here with my husband end of September 2020 for 11 nights. This is a fairly small hotel, so easy to navigate around. Our room was on the second floor and had a sea view. The room itself was basic but adequate, with just a wardrobe for your hanging clothes, so we had to keep everything else in our suitcases. The bathroom itself was very compact, with no where to put toiletries etc. The shower would flood the floor when used and there was a telephone near the toilet, lol. We had a few problems with the air con but this was sorted quickly. There's only a small team of staff here, but they were really good, making us feel very welcome. Lauren remembered what drinks we had at breakfast, she was very friendly, she also worked at the pool bar during the day and we always had a chat. Mike worked in the pool bar and would always make us a special cocktail! Hatem was the restaurant manager and was such a great guy. He always had time for us and made us laugh, nothing was too much trouble. There were always sunbeds available, by the pool or on the beach and they were very comfortable. The weather was very hot, some days were very windy but that was welcome during the day. Some evenings were a little chilly when it was windy and some evenings were very warm. We booked this holiday before the Covid outbreak and the reviews were really good. Obviously the hotel had to put restrictions in place and changes had to be made. We didn't have to wear face coverings at all anywhere in the hotel or grounds and most people adhered to the social distancing when queuing at the restaurant, but not all. Hand sanitiser was provided but lots of people didn't use it. Food was served to you from behind the counter. Choice was limited and portions were small. Yes, you could go back but had to join the queue again. The food was never hot, warm at best. Breakfast was probably the worst, bacon and sausages were awful. No toast, just dried up bread. Fruit and cereal were served in a small plastic bowl the size of a yoghurt pot, with a plastic teaspoon. I understand that the food gets repetitive and I honestly don't mind this, if its nice to start with. If you like stew, yay, contents unknown, unless you ask, as nothing is labelled. If you have any allergies or are vegetarian, good luck! Dessert was jelly and ice cream every day, lunch and dinner time. There was what they called 'cheesecake' a few times, but it was dreadful and I never saw anyone finish one. This was the worst part of our holiday and probably down to Covid, but I think more effort could have been made here. The head chef was always there but was proper miserable. The other restriction was that the cleaners were not allowed in your room, only to empty bins and check loo roll. so our room was not cleaned and the floor got dirty. They would change your bed linen if you asked the day before. I do think some of the negative things I've mentioned are due to the Covid restrictions but overall had a nice holiday. The staff definitely make this hotel. A mention also to Antonio who was friendly and Elsa one of the cleaners who was really lovely and always made an effort to ask how we were.
