The hotel's located a little outside the centre, by the main road. Lovely views from each room ( pool and the sea or hills and the village). Easy done shopping in well stocked market on the opposite side of the road. Bus stop less than 200m. Beach-550or 450shortcuts.Lovely room (about 30square metres) with a kitchenette, very clean, with comfortable beds, very big balcony, regular thorough cleaning every day or on request. Pool-middle size with children zone and jacuzzi , paid extra. The Hosts, Michaelis and Efthimios are extremely hospitable, polite, open-hearted, nice and helpful. If you have any problem on request, they will surely help you to solve it with a lovely smile on their faces, Vera and Francesca- the room staff always with smile on their faces. By this

- one TV wasn´t working - missing cable, the second TV had only 2 channels - wifi signal was low in the room - very noisy - hotel is located near highway - hard beds - we found previous visitors towels in our room - the refrigerator was full of dirty ice - kitchenette is very poorly equipped - old hotel and facilities + one of best supermarkets is directly accross the street + from the beach 10 min walk + deep swimming pool and no problem with getting a sunbed + huge balcony (Family apartment) + parking + air conditioning + recepion stuff is excellent + really good window, when you close, you can enjoy silence

So glad we checked trip advisor before overlooking what turned out to be a great hotel. Although rated 2/3 stars, we checked here just in case and saw the glowing reviews. So glad we did now! We arrived late at night and were greeted by the lovely staff, who are on reception 24 hours. The hotel room was a good size and very clean, had lots of places to put clothes, a TV (we didn't use this), a fridge, clean good size bathroom and a balcony with a table and couple of chairs as well as a clothes line and pegs to hang wet clothes up on. The shower head was a little low but heard this is a thing with Greek hotels anyway! Air con in the room was good and free and easy to use. The towels were changed daily and we saw the maid each day who came to make the bed up and keep things

Stayed here 2nd Sept for a week with my partner. Very friendly staff inc maids who cleaned daily and changed towels. Room basic but that you can expect in Greece. Beds were very hard and the air con unit very loud so take ear plugs. Pool was very clean and enough sunbeds for all at any time of the day. Free Safety Deposit Box, Free Air Con which you don't normally get in Greece. Paid extra 20 euros to keep room on as we weren't leaving until 11pm for flights. Big supermarket straight opposite for all essentials. Strip 5 mins away so not loud on an evening. Beach just past the strip. Found Faliraki very expensive, we were paying on average 8 euros for Full English, 3.50 for Pint Mythos, 23-25 Euros for steak and around 7 euros for a good cocktail. Been to Greece last few

Stayed here for a week. Very clean room, daily cleaning, friendly and helpful staff. Decent sized swimming pool. The pool bar had everything in drinks (sodas, coffees, beers, drinks) And decent burger and pizza. Bus stop 2 minutes walk away. Bus to Rhodes town about once an hour. Or I paid 22 Euros with taxi. Faliraki town very close, 5 minutes walk. Here you find lots of restaurants and shops. I got a room on the back side with view towards mountains and also the near by neighbourhood. Was one road there with some traffic. More than ok, but of course would have been better to have a room on the front with sea view and on the pool side. Always something weird about the shower in Greek hotels. Why the shower head placed so low? Had to lift it up to wash the hair, lol.

So went here, only spent 4 nights here but room has what you need. Yea there's few cables in the room that could be hidden but at end of day was a room with a bed which is all we needed. Nice balcony. Air conditioned. Clean. Shower was a bit weird...had to hold it above head as someone thought midgets were showering. Very close to main set of bars and beach. Didn't go anywhere else to be honest so can't answer any bus questions but there are a couple of bus stops very close. Receptionist really nice. Our check out was 12pm. Flight was 10.45pm. Allowed us to keep our room for rest of day at no extra charge. I'd imagine if it was booked be a bit different but made last day much better. Pool was nice and cool. Not heated but don't really need that at the temperatures faliraki

I highly recommend this hotel and believe that it deserves 3 or 4 stars, but not 2! Location is excellent, 400 m to a very nice sandy beach, 2 min walk to the heart of faliraki nightlife (bars, restaurants, clubs), bus station. Big supermarket right in front of the hotel, where you can buy anything you need. We were provided with a large room with three beds (room #216), very quiet (view on backyard), with terrace, free air-conditioner, medium size fridge, tea kettle, tv, hair dryer and all you need for comfort living. The only thing that was missing is shampoo and shower gel, which you can buy in the nearest shop. Room is cleaned and towels are changed everyday. Staff is very friendly :) Thank you very much for your hosting, hope you get more stars soon!

Stayed here for two weeks with my SO, and I would gladly recommend it to anyone. You get your money's worth! The only bad thing about at the hotel is that it's very close to the main road. We had our room facing the road, and even though we did not find it disturbing, you can hear the noise from the road. The pool area is directly by the road, but again, even though you can hear the road we didn't think of it as a problem. The hotel also plays very nice lounge music by the pool to set the mood 😊 The rooms were nice, big and clean, and everything felt fresh and almost new. For the first couple of days the pool was a little bit dirty, but, beginning of the season and we were not many people staying at the hotel. They cleaned it after a couple of days though and it was great.
