We stayed with my girlfriend 7 night in late September. We could not have wished for better! The hotel is cheap, has a nice clean pool and the rooms are well maintained and well stocked. the cleaning takes place every day with also towel change. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning included (which is not obvious in Rhodes, you often pay extra). There is a large private parking and available for free. The location is top both for getting around by car (from on Rhodes main street) and on foot, being close to bus stop, pharmacy, bakery, supermarket and faliraki center, which is a beautiful (small) tourist citadel full of life. Friendly staff, we really had a nice holiday and a nice stay

This year we returned for the second time. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location: on the street, but not noisy. A 5 minute walk takes you to the center of life in Faliraki, places to eat, have a drink, shop and listen to music. Very clean hotel, spacious rooms with balconies with table and chairs. The quadruple rooms have a very spacious terrace. Pool always clean. Both savory and sweet breakfast. Absolutely recommended!

We stayed for a week at Mon Repos and were so pleasantly surprised! The hotel is super clean, the room we had was great - a very large double room with a balcony overlooking the pool. All of the staff from management to reception to the cleaning lady were so friendly and helpful! The pool area is great to chill in. WiFi also worked well in the room and by the pool. It’s about a 5 minute walk down the road into the centre of Faliraki so a great location. We’d highly recommend!

The hotel was great. We were greet by the hotel manager Tim and he could boot have been nicer. Our room was great we got the family room. 2 bathrooms and 2 bedroom with A kitchen and living room. Great balcony as well. Staff were always so helpful and polite. Breakfast was continental and i was very happy with that. The pool area was very nice. The pool was great for young and old. Big supermarket right across the road. 5 mins walk to all restaurants and bars. We had a great time and would go back in a heart beat. Also the price of our stay was great for such a great location to stay. All the best to the mon repos family. See you all again…

I highly recommend this hotel and believe that it deserves 3 or 4 stars, but not 2! Location is excellent, 400 m to a very nice sandy beach, 2 min walk to the heart of faliraki nightlife (bars, restaurants, clubs), bus station. Big supermarket right in front of the hotel, where you can buy anything you need. We were provided with a large room with three beds (room #216), very quiet (view on backyard), with terrace, free air-conditioner, medium size fridge, tea kettle, tv, hair dryer and all you need for comfort living. The only thing that was missing is shampoo and shower gel, which you can buy in the nearest shop. Room is cleaned and towels are changed everyday. Staff is very friendly :) Thank you very much for your hosting, hope you get more stars soon!

Bit far from the beach, but service and staff deserve more than 4 stars even though hotel itself is only 2 stars. Rooms newly furbished or even newly built, breakfast is fair. Can recommend to everyone, also for families with children due swimming pool. Food market is opposite to hotel which is a big advantage.

My husband and I booked this hotel online through a booking agent. We read the good reviews and TA and tried to contact the hotel to make a direct booking a week out. No reply was made, even though they made it clear on check in they had received it and if they had of taken out of their day the thirty seconds to answer our questions we would never have booked in the first place!!
Firstly pros: - large sized basic double room - decent size shower (for the first two days we had no shower curtain therefore water went everywhere - then magically one appeared on our last day) - large balcony (no outdoor furniture)
Cons: Ok, fair enough it may have been the end of the season but still... - as advertised the pool was expected to be open for us to enjoy (given the weather is still 26 degrees and having travelled from winter in Australia - warm to us) but instead it was covered in leaves, filth and green slime - no bar or restaurant, basically the hotel is like a ghost town. The only light turned on was the corridor light for our level. I thought we were in a scene from psycho! - we booked this hotel on the basis it was pay on arrival. Instead the hotel billed our credit card therefore we were stung for fees for currency conversion and transaction fees despite the fact we had euros especially. After a lot of arguing the hotel would not refund the money to the credit card but covered in euros the exchange fees. - the hotel REAKED of cigarette smoke, I even checked all the levels! It was disgusting. No wonder when the staff are sitting in the lobby smoking all day openly. - the cleanliness is certainly questionable. If we were one of the two lots of booking they had that week I would have hoped they picked a decent room! Not one with a roughly cleaned room and disgusting bathroom! - fair walk from the main attractions a strip in falaraki - so no wonder people comment it's quieter staying out on the main road! - rude, rude, rude staff!! I don't know who is making the previous TA reviews, no doubt English guests who have booked the same hotel year in and year out! But we do not recommend staying here to anyone!

Mon Repos is a great value for money hotel very close to Faliraki main street and beach. The rooms are great: spacious and clean. They also have many amenities such as dryer, iron, tv, air conditioning, fridge, cutlery, parking and pool.
The staff was very welcoming and very kind. I really suggest this hotel to anybody who wants to be near faliraki and not to spend many money.
