We stayed for our holiday here. Yesterday we got home from there. We were two couples, with a small child, each. The hosts are very nice people, running a family business (their kids are involved too). The place is the best! It has huge rooms, with three beds, each, and if you have a small child, they provide also a cot. The bathroom (very important for me) is clean, and it works! I mean, you have hot water whenever you want (well, not early in the morning before sunrise) at a right pressure! Also, being with kids, was very comfortable, as it is a little bit out of the crowded center, in a quiet place. Only during afternoon, when the kids slept, was a little bit noisy from a pool bar nearby. But after all, it was some loud music...

I asked kiria (Mrs) Katerina why the place is rated for just two stars. So I found out that they invested a lot of money in the building for many years, and they have no time or nerve resources left to do all the paperwork to turn it into a three star accommodation. I think it's worth ***+.

we stayed at villa George in july for 3 weeks. it is a lovely small block of apartments not far from the beach. its just 2 minutes from the hustle and bustle of the resort centre so its nice and quiet. but close enough to walk so no need for taxis . the rooms are very good considering then price. tv, hairdryer, small kitchen with cooking facilities, kettle safe, etc... the rooms are kept clean and the sheets and towels are good quality (not the thin overwashed ones you get in some places) there is a small pool next door and more 2 minutes away. I prefer this because the rooms are lovely and quiet. the owners katerina and George are wonderful. so friendly and helpful. also their 2 sons spiros and angelo are great little helpers. we have stayed at villa George around 7 or 8 years now and always look forward to returning xxxx. you can get a lovely English breakfast for a reasonable cost and they also have a snack menu xx all cooked for you with a smile by katerina or George. we will definitely be booking again for next year xxxx

Katerina & George the owners are very friendly people & very helpful nothing is too much trouble for them ( wot ever time of day )Also a very warm welcome from their children !! We've stayed at Villa George apartments now for the last 5 yrs, usual Greek style rooms with modern furniture & comfortable bed,the apartment is kept very clean , linen & towels changed x 3 week, plenty hot water when taking showers, hair dryer, safe, air con, kitchenette, Breakfast & snack ,drinks menu very reasonably priced & very tasty !!! Lovely little patio area sat outside under the tree for breakfast !!, The location of Villa George is just on the outskirts of Faliraki centre ( 10 mins nice stroll from Bar Street ) , & few mins away from Beach, it's in lovely peaceful area !! Although no swimming pool you can use the one next door.. Look forward to seeing all of you in 2014 for a lovely warm welcome xxxxx

Very basic, but clean accommodation in the resort of Faliraki Rhodos.

Stayed for 1 week as a single traveller, had an excellent time. The manager is very nice & helpfull.

Rooms are clean & large, w TV, hot water and AC. They also have a small kitchinette, where one can prepare a fast, simple meal. Had fridge and some cooking & eating instruments.

10 minutes walk to the beach & few shops around.

I would recommend the place for its price and location.

We stayed there for two weeks and I have to say this was our worst acommodation we had in Greece. And all i want on my vaccation is clean sheets, clean room, a bathroom and I really can’t believe how can people give 5 points for this “villa”?????? Only positive thing in this studio were clean sheets and towels( which smelled a little bit on chloride). Everything else was catastrophic. 1. We had room on second floor and it was imposible to eat breakfast outside after 8 o’clock, because sun was shining directly, no umbrella or some kind of sun protecting stuff. Ok if it was just this it wil be just fine. 2.kitchenette was a caastrophic, dirty and greasy tilles on wall, really very very basic(two spoons, two forks, two knives, two glasses, one pan and one pot, everything dirty) Fridge is a small one, also inside shells were sticky and dirty. Floor was full of hair and it looked like no one didnt clean it before we got in. When we arrived owner said us:I got you best studio in villa! I wondered how looked the other rooms if this one is the best???? Cleaning lady was “the best”! You never know when she will be knocking on your door. At 8,9, in the morning, she is coming inside and she doesn’t care if you are sleeping, eating, showering... She will do what she is planing to do, no matter what! I tried to explain her that we just wake up( it was 8 o’clock in the morning) but she continued doing her “job” . And it was every day the same. She had one old dirty mop, full of hair from other rooms, and bucket with some chloride mixture for cleaning the floor. She cleaned everything in five minutes, leaving a lot of wet hair sticked on the floor!!!! She didnt clean bathroom no even once in 14 days.
3. You have to pay for everything. Safe is 1eur per day, airconditioning is 7 eur per day, free wifi (very weak) is only in lobby . Beach is 10 min walk away, near the Studios George are Polish hotels and every night we were wakend by drunk polish teenagers which were passing by studios!!! If you want to have beautiful and peacefull vaccation on Rhodes than i recommend you not to choose this so called “villa”. I could write it more, but if yoy have any specific question , ask and i will answer it .

I 've stayed between 5/9 and 12/9 .
It was really nice. The room was clean. We had a nice balcony where we ate breakfast and sometimea dinner.
They have a nice big terrace wher you could drink your coffee.

For swim ,we went to Appolo beach, 5-7 mins walk till there .The sea is amazing there and the beach is sandy.
It was a really nice holiday!

We arrived to be greeted by a young Greek boy, no older than 10. He was polite and professional and spoke good English, however we were slightly concerned that he seemed to be running the hotel alone. We arrived at about 5pm but had to wait until 7pm for the boy's father to assist us with our room safebox as the child didn't know how to.

The room was very basic but had clean bedding and towels and was reasonably sized, with a balcony and plenty of storage space. However, the shower was ridiculously small and the cutlery and crockery supplied were unusable, therefore we resorted to buying paper cups. Fortunately the air-con was good and cheap and the safebox was also very reasonably priced which we were thankful for.

Villa George is located in a good area in Faliraki, with two local supermarkets and all the bars, clubs and shops only a short walk away but far enough away to avoid unwanted noise. The lack of pool didn't bother us as there were 3 open pools with bars very close. We found The Orion pool, about 50m from Villa George, was by far the best, with a wide range food available from 8am til midnight and a huge cocktail menu served until 3am. The Orion pool staff went above and beyond, they were fantastic. We didn't see the Villa George staff often, but when we did they were friendly and helpful, despite our worries on arrival.

I would recommend the Villa George if you want a basic comfortable stay on a budget with an ideal location for any age.

Здравствуйте, есть ли в отеле питание?
Answer from zifadina

"Rooms on the corner (10 at first floor, and 20 - I guess - from second) are better, because you have doors to the balcony on 2 sides of the room, and you can make a draft between them, to cool down the atmosphere. Or, any room at any floor is good, if you purchase the A/C at the reception."
