Wasn't quite sure what to expect. Needn't have worried. We had a brilliant time. Charlie, Maria and Zoe were brilliant and took care of us really well. Meals at the pool restaurant were huge and the quality was excellent. Met some lovely people Sandra, Mike and John it was a pleasure to meet you. Maria I will be over on that boat next year haha. Definitely one of our favourite places now. We will be joining the return guest list that is already a long one.

Room Tip: Don't bother with half board. The pool restaurant has a great menu and the chef is excellent.

First if all I want to report anakas for being so rude obviously night shift, I called & he said yes what do you want, very rude, I would love to meet this guy in person which I can`t wait as I will be here for another 4 days, If this guy is a member of staff if he is not sacked he must be family, then we won`t be returning, well done whoever you are .

This is my second visit to the Orion as we came last year to. This is a lovely hotel, family run. I have been coming to Greece for 40 years and never had a bed as comfortable as this hotel. We did bed snd breakfast, great choice something for everyone. They make fresh waffles every morning! The bar area also do a full English if that’s what you want but not included if on bed and breakfast. Bar food is also great. Room service snd bar staff excellent. Our room was always tidy and clean on return. The young lady in the restaurant was amazing always smiling and coffee at the ready as we walked in. I will post some photos. Last year we had a pool view, this year a mountain view and honestly both nice. Five minute walk to the beach. Some great bars around the hotel area and also on the main strip with lots of restaurants to choose from. Windmill was nice though second visit think they had a staffing issue so not so good. Desert Rose is a must in my book! Great trip to symi booked over the road from the hotel, very organised. There is a wall mounted hairdryer in the bathroom, which was fine for me. There is a fridge and kettle also provided. We asked for extra pillows and hangers, both there in the room on our return from the beach.

First time in Faliraki for 2 couples 56 to 65,couldn't have picked a nicer hotel close to centre about 5 minutes walk but far enough away for a good night's sleep. The hotel was spotlesly clean and all the staff we encountered were lovely and would accommodate any requests they could. Would particularly like to praise Maria and Charlie who run the pool bar/snack bar through the day lovely, funny, helpful and kind. The meals we had during the day were excellent as was the service, would highly recommend the hotel
