I would say our stay was 50/50, we arrived at around 1am and went to reception to find absolutely no body there, we waited a good 30 minutes till someone appeared and the man was very nice helped us carry our things to our room. The room itself was lovely we had a downstairs with 2 more beds (the only 2 storey room in the hotel I believe) air con was good, room cleaned often etc. Now food and drink, well. The all inclusive bar is 10.30-10.30 only serving alcohol after 12.30 before this you have to pay. And if you want a drink between 10 and 10.30 we’ll it’s tough there is no where to get one: food was extremely repetitive and we ate out every evening due to there being nothing we actually liked (not even chips or rice) breakfast was the strongest point on the food front: The wifi was ok to say it was free (hit and miss but hey hoe) The pool area was nice but there was no where near enough sun beds for the guests of the hotel. Overall I don’t think I would visit again and it definitely wouldn’t be all inclusive if we did.

I have stayed in a few 3 stars before and this has to be one of the worst! To start with the room wasnt ready when we arrived at (4pm greek time) the room was at a separate complex about 2 minutes away from the actual hotel were ment to be booked in (the ones in the photos). When arriving we discovered the toilet was broken, shower plug hole blocked so it ment it flooded the bathroom everytime, room eventually got cleaned after a week of moaning!! The food is cold and choices are rubbish with flies having a good feed on the uncovered foods, it was that bad and disgusting to see had to eat out most of the time. Bar didn't open till 12.30 for alcoholic drinks, but opened at 10.30am for soft drinks and alcohol to buy, the bloke who works at the bar is good and will sort ya out a decent measure but the lady was very tight and even when asking for more alcohol In the drink it was still weak! Overall the SOME of the staff are friendly and happy to see you, but most seem to not care and just want to get their shift over and done with. Pool was never cleaned and always had crap laying in it, pool snack times were poor with left over cake and biscuits from breakfast, sometimes there wasn't any snacks at snack times! No entertainment whatsoever so make ya own while ya there because even though entertainment on honestly is never amazing its always nice to see and be part is it. Like people say you get what your expected for a 3 star hotel, I wouldn't give this a 3 star, more 2 star!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!

Well what a hotel!!! Got there at 1am was given a sandwich ,,, well bread and a slice of cheese! Went to our room very small with a balcony that faced…. The amazing corridor so no view what so ever and had to keep curtains closed otherwise ppl would see straight in!! Anyways, we woke up went down for our breakfast to cold beans and chips !!! Weird! Half the hotel is a building site, and entertainment is a no no! No alcohol until 12.30 aswell!!!! And I mean 12.30 not 12.29. Never known anything like it! Pool never cleaned all food basic and cold, u have to be quiet beyond 9pm! And don’t expect any help with your transfer because the man on reception said what’s the transfer got to do with him!!!! Honestly the oddest hotel I’ve ever been to! Great company around the pool and meeting fellow shocked holiday makers made our holiday bareable… p.s the supermarket on site has about three shelf’s of stuff in it 😩

We arrived at 3am to check in at reception, myself and 2 friends , we was melted with an old guy at reception who once seen paper work took.us a 5 minute walk away from the main building to and old looking apartment block. Once he walked us in our room it only had two beds despite us being 3 lads, he looked confused and said that for tonight you stay and we deal with it in the morning, we refused as we was absolutely shattered and we booked 3 beds, ' tonight it is not possible ' was hus response, to that again we refused, after 1 hour the guy then got us another room just for one night. The next day I went back to reception to deal with the matter only to say what we will provide a mattress for the room with two beds again I refused, I also said we booked the olympia sun not dreams apartments , which due to high demand the olympia sun have rented rooms from other blocks so please be aware of this! Eventually after 3 days and a meeting with the manager we got a room in the olympia sun block and had 3 beds and was a lovely room. I must say the manager is brilliant and really did look after us, just a shame the other staff on reception really do have no idea and don't communicate with each other all you get is a confusing look at you every time you ask a question with a response 'it is not possible!!' Anyway the other negatives Over booking using old tatty blocks due and I get its been covid and they want to get as much custom as possible but this will damage the reputation of the olympia sun because the main block is nice. Food. Very little choice again due to over booking the que to get food was ridiculous and if you don't like the choice of 2 main dishes you really were stuck, put it this way we went out for food 5 nights out of 7 which for all inclusive was really something we didn't budget for. Cleaning, the pool was never cleaned once during our stay and as previous comments have said at the end of our stay it really was busy and I'm.glas we left as we did cos I wouldn't be in that pool now, could see green gunge around the surface around the pool. Entertainment, wellsimply there wasn't any, and all inclusive drinks are from 12.30 which I've never known in my life, be aware of this become you have to pay for beers before 12.30, im no alcoholic but on holiday I like a drink during the day from around 11, that's what I enjoy about all inclusive!!!! And paid for. ON THE POSITIVE we did enjoy around the pool (looked clean until we left thank goodness) due to meeting some great peaple who we enjoyed spending the day around having a laugh and enjoying our nights out around faliraki. Thanks guys cos you made our holiday! Hope this helps others

We’ve just got back from our holiday here. First off I’d like to say ignore any negative reviews. 1. Staff - they are brilliant at their jobs, make you feel welcome and can’t do enough for you nothing is to much trouble. They always speak when they see you. The two bar staff were our favourites (sadly didn’t get their names) - the bloke makes the stronger cocktails and the best frappes. The management team were fab. 2. Hotel - yes it’s small but that’s what makes it unique. It’s clean, tidy and has everything you need. Wheelchair friendly (ramps and lifts). 3. Pool - very clean with plenty of sun beds. There’s 3 pools - one being for the kiddies. I noticed people saying that the music is played on repeat day in day out BUT if you go up to the bar and ask for different music they’re more than happy to change it. 4. Food - food was very nice, there was plenty of choice including traditional Greek food (gyros, mousakka, baklava etc). We always found something to eat. 5. Location - it is tucked away but your only 5-10 minute walk to the beach and Faliraki strip. We managed ok and I’m a wheelchair user. Overall we enjoyed our stay that much we’ve booked to go back. See you end of August Olympia Sun Hotel

Room was poor, placed in an annex about 5 min walk from main hotel. No balcony furniture or working light. These took 2 days for them to sort. Shower cubicle was tiny and to low down for my partner to get under. Food was barely edible and served cold. Toaster is only 2 slices at a time. No entertainment at all and the same songs repeated around the pool all day. The hotel is only a short walk from the main strip of Faliraki so spent most evenings there which isn’t what you expect when you book all inclusive!

I brought my boyfriend for his birthday and I’m so happy with the hotel. At the bar Irene and Nikos are so kind! They make the best drinks and they work every single day with a smile on their face and they’re really friendly, they made us feel like we’re at home. Everyone’s service and hospitality is exceptional and they care about making you feel like you’re at home! I totally recommend this hotel for couples, family, friends if you’re looking for something close and relaxing! The food is alright, just like an all inclusive hotel food. The hotel looks just like the pictures as well!

My girlfriend brought me to this hotel for my birthday! (Best gift ever) When your talking about excellent customer service Olympia Sun Hotel has great staff. Most importantly the bar lady called Irene, she was amazing at making conversation and making me feel comfortable! I didn’t get drinks once without her asking about my day or suggesting different activities to do! Which I appreciated so much as I was getting a localers input! She always had a smile on her face which make me feel she wasn’t just working she was enjoying it! This lady is amazing! She started work at 3pm and I found myself looking forward to when her shift starts! If I was in charge she would be a manger! She’s extremely professional! Also Nikos was another bar tender and he was funny and also made jokes with me it was fun to be around people that just wasn’t giving drink but making an effort to communicate and really get to know about England/Jamaica ( where I’m from ) I appreciate this a lot! . I would suggest this hotel 100%!
