The only down side was that we were acused for some other room's loudness during the night . They had apologised eventually and it was all good. Bathroom water is quite salty aswell apart from that good sized pool, clean towels daily and all garden spotless every day. Free car included in airbnb booking for the entire lenght of your stay.

The prices are very favourable. One of the staff (we think) works for a car rental company so that was included. The two hard-working ladies there bring you home cooked breakfast each morning, they change your towels daily and your bedsheets get a couple of changes during the week. Decent pool too. 100 m from an ATM, carry on walking ahead another 250 m and cross road for an excellent bakery and co-op type store. Turn left at the ATM instead and 250 m to great bar Dorian’s, great prices! From there it’s another 200 m to the seafront where there are perhaps 15 restaurants and 10 bars. Lovely!

First of all it has to be said that the staff here is AMAZING 🤩. Because of them we had the best experience ever!!!
The appartments are well equipped and comfortable.
The pool is well maintained.
The breakfast varies each day and makes starting your day really easy!
Their rental cars get an A+ rating from me (check out the cabriolets 😊)
If you visit this place, let them know that Anthony says they are all AMAAAZING PEOPLE!

Basic but clean apartment, we had a 2 bedroom apartment with a sofa bed, air con available at no extra cost.
We did occasionally have a not very nice smell from the bathroom but that’s probably to do with the drains,
Breakfast and a car was included in our booking, the car was basic and had no air conditioning but it came with the villa.
The breakfast was served between 9-11am which we found rather late as we like to get up and out early on holiday, I also found the breakfast a bit odd, our first day we had some kind of cannelloni dish, and on the other day garlic bread? Wasn’t what we were expecting.
One of the ladies that does the breakfast seemed a bit angry we hadn’t cancelled breakfast but we never got told we had to, when we arrived we were asked what time we wanted it and we said 7.30am this never happened.
The pool area is lovely and clean, the pool is salt water, as is the ester in the showers I believe. The only downside to the pool is by about 5pm it starts to go in the shade:
The view of the church in the mountains is lovely which can be seen from the pool.
Nice cheap and cheerful apartments

We had a very relaxing stay at this lovely apartment. Delicious breakfasts were brought out at 9am each morning to set us up for the day. The staff are all very friendly and always went the extra mile whenever we needed help. A very good base to explore the island from. Included with the apartment was a car which gave us the freedom to visit beaches, restaurants and to explore the beautiful towns in the north of the island. We will be back!! A big thank you to everybody!

We had the best experience ever in such places .. The room and the pool was very clean and well equiped. Breakfast every morning fresh and varied. David and David's mother 'mama' was so kind and had everything we asked for. For my wife's birthday, David offered us the last day of the rental car ( fiat 500 cabriolet) a must.
First time that we are sad to leave a place and definitly will come back again and encourage every person to stay there.
Last but not least, transfer from the airport to residence and vice versa is included in the price and ponctual and very confortable.
Rating should be 20 on 10.

We had a three bed apartment which was simple but had everything we needed. Lovely terraces each side too. Alexandria and her team were very helpful and delivered a great breakfast each day. Pool area was nice and it is only about a ten minute walk to the beach. Car hire was an added bonus.

+1
I booked this after reading reviews on Trip Advisor. The price was nice and the pictures on their website looked nice too. We stayed 2 nights in Perissa. Another 3 in Oia. We were on our honeymoon. And another couple came with us too, but in seperate apartments.
I emailed with Rousettos months before my stay. And he answered all my concerns and questions. I told him it was our honeymoon, and he booked us in a 1 bedroom apartment. It's the apartment with the bedroom upstairs. It had a cave feel to it because of the shape of the ceiling. The livingroom and kitchen were downstairs. This is the only 2 story apartment on the property. And it has 2 balconies.
I forgot the guys name who picked us up at the airport. He was nice and spoke English well. He drove us to the Romani Tours, which is part of the Birds Villa. Rousettos and his wife were very nice. They own Romani Tours and the apartments. They gave us a modern rental car which was free with the apartment.
The weather was fairly cold for May. The busy season had not started yet. We were the only ones at the apartments. The pool was beautiful. The grounds were nice too. The maid was cleaning the pool chairs and umbrellas every day. I was impressed. It's too bad it was cold to swim. It rained 1 night we were there too. Breakfast was hard bread and juice. But we went to the market and bought cereal and milk for snacks. Rousettos' wife helped us rebook our volcano tour when we saw the forecast was rain. Good thing because the day we rescheduled to had beautiful weather!
The only not so good thing was the internet in the apartment wasn't working. I wanted to email pictures back home to show how beautiful Santorni was. However, they let use the PCs at Romani Tours for free. We were accidently charged an extra night when we changed the nights we'd be staying at the Birds Villa. It made me nervous, but the charges were fixed when I got home to the US. =)
We ended up renting a car for the rest of the week when we stayed in Oia. They gave us a junky Hyundai Elantra that had rust probably due to island climate. But it was big enough to fit all 4 of us with 4 big luggage. It was better than taking a bus. We had to sit on the trunk to fit everything. LOL. But Rousettos gave us a lower price since we continued to rent from his company.
Renting a car is a great idea. We drove all over the island. We drove to Red Beach, Fira a few times, wine tasting, and Kamari. We drove up to Ancient Thira, but if I go again, I would hike from the Birds Villa up the mountain to Ancient Thira. It would be quicker than driving all the way around to Kamari. And the view is cool.
We ate at some of the restaurants on the beach. They were fair prices. It would've been better if the sun was out. The bars were cool too with good music, but again, not too many people quite yet. I'd love to visit again in late May. When it's not super crowded, but the weather is better. With more people.
Santorini is beautiful. I'd stay here again. And in Oia. Probably will try Fira too.

You may be thinking an accommodation in Perissa? That is quite a distance from a number of attractions. Fear not! The booking comes with a hassle free car rental and transfer service to the port or airport. A fantastic place and Bianca (site manager?) is unbelievably awesome. You are situated at the foot of Ancient Thera and it is a great walk with breathtaking views along the way. A short walk takes you to the beach and a number of shops and restaurants. It truly is a little slice of heaven. Plenty of room four our family.

We spent 3 weeks at the Villa Birds at the end of July/beginning of August 2007 and had a great time. The accommodation was clean and certainly above average for Greece. We had no problems at all during the stay, the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The 'free' car was rather poor, but as it was free we didn't feel the need to complain, we just didn't use it! The pick ups and transfers to and from the airport were excellent and included in the price. There are two Villa Birds properties and we stayed in the one near the Sandy Villas - it was a great location as it wasn't far away from the centre and is a pleasant 10 minute walk away from the beach. We have been to Santorini many times and have booked to go back to Villa Birds again this year. Santorini is a fantastic island, Fira the capital has stunning views that must not be missed. For an alternative to the very busy Oia sunset, head towards Akrotiri - the sunset is just as spectacular but you don't have to share it with hundreds of other people! There are many nice restaurants on the island - favourites in Perissa are The Volcano on the sea front, Cafe Del Mar in the centre, the Hellas, Gods Garden and Tito's - near the laundry and bakery - ask for directions! If you enjoy a tipple or two visit the News Cafe in Perissa. All in all a great holiday destination - recommended.

Sorry they dont have cd player
Hi, the room we had did not have any stereo facilities or a CD player. We took a Bluetooth speaker though and connected through our phones. There is a stereo at the pool area so maybe that has a CD player
