We were booked into villa valvis for a week from 5th October but only stayed 3 nights and that was too many. Where should I start? The bed was too hard & very low, it was noisey people shouting at 2.45 in the morning, the bathroom smelt, no mirror in the bedroom, dog next door barking all night, very busy road outside. Plus side it was very clean. Would not stay again.
We really enjoyed our stay the staff were lovely our room was great very clean and bedding was changed every day and air conditioning is included. Great location to beach and restaurants. Highly recommend staying here if you want clean apartments and pool, good staff and location then this is the place for you
Have just returned from an eight night beano with the other half in Perissa having stayed at Villa Valvis. What a lovely place this was - an absolute gem and we’re so disappointed to be back in Blighty. We had a pool side room which was perfect as we could roll out our room first thing and onto a sun lounger and sip a frappe from the pool side bar with the perfect mountain view. The bar is open all day and into the evening so you can have what you fancy any time of day from the friendly guy behind who always greets you with a smile. Every day here was a pleasure and the couple who run it were so friendly and accommodating and happy to help with any question or request imaginable. The rooms were spotless and cleaned everyday and the air con was effective too when it became hot outside. Would not have changed a thing about our stay and we’ll certainly be back one day.…
The room was clean and the owners were really nice, but we left for the beach at 1:30 and I left my purse in the room thinking that the room wasn’t going to get cleaned that day. We came back and noticed that my purse had been gone through, my change was gone euros, and I had other currency that looked like euros (Canadian $2.00, and a couple British pounds) I probably wouldn’t have noticed if it wasn’t for the other currency because I knew I wasn’t going to spend that. The issue was not the money being stolen, it was the fact that somebody had gone through my purse. Once I noticed I brought it up to the owner, she assured me that it was a long time house keeper and she hasn’t had this problem (No apology). She did mention she would talk to the housekeeper. Nice place to stay, but if your going to stay here make sure your stuff is locked in the safe!…
