2022 Travelers' Choice Best of the Best
The Hotel Zorzis in Santorini has been renamed and it is now called "SPIROS & HIROKO Hotel". Rest assured that this is a change of name only and our dedication to the very high standards of comfort and service that our guests have come to expect are exactly the same as they have always been. The management and ownership of the hotel remain the same. The hotel, totally refurbished recently, is situated in the centre of Perissa on the main road, just 300 meters from one of the island’s popular black beaches. The hotel is furnished in the island color and offers comfortable rooms with balconies. All rooms have bathroom with shower, hairdryer, individually controlled air conditioning, ceiling fan, fridge, satellite LCD TV, direct dial telephone, cable and wireless internet access (computer not provided) and safety deposit box. The hotel has a breakfast room / lounge with patio doors leading to a terrace overlooking a flower filled garden. Reception desk with fax and mail services. The hotels beautiful swimming pool with an attached jacuzzi / whirlpool is set in idyllic surroundings with an impressive mountain backdrop. Just the place to relax. The hotel is close to a variety of shops, cafes, restaurants, and just 20 meters from the bus stop. There is also private car parking for our hotel guests. We are sorry but the hotel does not take children under the age of 14 years old. Pets are not allowed. The owner, cruise ships Captain Spiros, is on hand to answer any questions you may have and is remembered by many guests for his attentive and warm hospitality.

Would highly recommend this hotel just five minutes from the beach, it had a wonderful pool and close to bars and restaurants. It’s is a very quiet hotel and Spiros and Hiroko cannot do enough for their guests, their attention to detail is second to none. The third time of staying here. It was just so good to be back post Covid. Spiros and Hiroko are such great hosts - so friendly, hospitable and totally dedicated to ensuring guests are well looked after. The hotel, facilities, and location are ideal for a relaxing, and stress-free holiday. As always Hiroko's breakfast is perfect, the rooms spotless and kept that way every day by the dedicated and friendly hotel maid (sorry I didn't catch your name.) The pool is wonderful - a perfect oasis of calm. And the location is ideal - and if you want to get anywhere on the island it is so easy - with Hiroko and Spiros always around to provide help. This is the best hotel experience - and a hotel that everyone, once they have been , will return to again and again.

Having not been for a few years we thought it was time we re-visited Spiros and Hiroko at Spiros and Hiroko Hotel. We knew that nothing would have changed and sure enough we were proved correct. Still the same warm welcome and happy hosts who are exceptional and cannot do enough for you. The rooms are beautiful and quiet with everything you need and breakfast was plentiful. Wonderfully maintained pool and rooms and always a fresh smell around the premises, which shows the attention to detail they deliver in cleanliness and care. We cannot thank the lovely Hiroko and Spiros enough for their hospitality, generous as always. Many Thanks to you both.

Our third visit in 5 years and it never fails to impress. The welcome by Spiros and Hiroka is fantastic. The rooms are cleaned daily to an incredible high standard and the flora is beautiful. The pool area has always looked like it is brand new, a beautiful area to spend time and the pool is so clean and welcoming. I am pleased that they are serving breakfast as it is such a clean and healthy way to start the day.

Although the name may have changed, be assured that the Spiros & Hiroko Hotel is STILL the Zorzis – this is a name change only, there’s been NO change whatsoever to either the ownership or the amazing level of service that regular guests have come to expect, and prospective guests can look forward to. Spotlessly clean, airy, cool, and quiet, Spiros & Hiroko Hotel is the perfect little boutique hotel for anyone who wants to be close to everything that Perissa has to offer, but wants a relaxed experience in beautiful garden surroundings around one of the nicest swimming pools in the resort. There is not really anything more that I can add that has not already been said in the hundreds of 5-star reviews of this perfect little gem of a hotel. There are only ten rooms and a lot of guests return year after year, often booking a year in advance (myself included) so room availability is often at a premium, but if you’re a lover of up-market boutique hotels, then you should move heaven and earth to secure a booking here.…

We throughly recommend Spiros and Hiroko Hotel in Perissa, Santorini We have stayed here numerous times over the years and we continue to return and recommend to others. This hotel is perfect in every way, cannot fault anything about it. It is a small ten room hotel, adults only, always immaculately clean both inside and outside, beautiful floral garden and swimming pool that is cleaned daily, with a fantastic view at the back overlooking the mountain. It is so peaceful and tranquil, the perfect place to rest and unwind. Spiros and Hiroko are the perfect hosts, making their guests feel welcome and go out of their way to help with information about the island and they are always on hand to help with anything you might need, for example booking taxis, etc. It is a five minute walk from the hotel to the beach. There is a local superb bakery just down the road, also some excellent restaurants within walking distance from the hotel to choose from. Pool towels are provided and room towels are changed daily. All rooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans. The inside of the hotel always feels so cool, and it is all kept so immaculately clean. If you are looking for a superb place to stay on the beautiful island of Santorini, this is simply the best place to stay. You will not be disappointed.…

We last visited 3 years ago so this was a return visit and absolutely everything was just as we remembered it. The hosts Spiros and Hiroko are so welcoming and go out of there way to make sure everything is just perfect. From booking airport transfers to advising on trips out nothing is too much trouble. The accommodation is absolutely spotless with rooms cleaned to a very high standard and towels changed daily. The breakfast (optional) is served by Hiroko and is a perfect start to the day. Although situated on the main road into Perissa the accommodation is a little oasis of calm with the grounds and pool area so lovely. The whole area is lovingly maintained and the pool cleaned every morning. Never an issue obtaining a sun bed and often you have the pool to yourself. Perissa itself is a little distance away from the main tourist destinations of Thira and Oia but both are easily reached by the local bus which stops outside the hotel. There are plenty of restaurants in the resort with the beach itself lined with various restaurants. there are also supermarkets and shops. After spending this latest 2 weeks with Spiros and Hiroko leaving was so hard so we just had to book again to ease the pain so that's exactly what we did! Beautiful people, beautiful accommodation.…

Stayed here last year and had very relaxing holiday. Came back this year and it was just as fabulous as last year , a very peaceful and tranquil place to stay . The pool area is just idyllic its so calm and relaxing not busy or noisy. Spiros & Hiroko were always very helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them . The hotel and rooms are spotless they are cleaned to a very high standard , I would recommend this Hotel as a great place to stay , its close by to the beach shops and restaurants as well as bars.

Have stayed here 4 times in last 6 years, loved it every time. It is a great place to stay, made great by the very welcoming hosts Spiros & Hiroko. The hotel name may have changed, rest assured the service is exactly as it was under the name of Hotel Zorsis. Perrissa is a nice peacefull part of the island, plenty good restaurants to choose from, all ran by friendly local people....no pressure here, its laid back. We have easily accessed Kamari by boat, its busier there, and the other larger areas of Oia and Thira by local bus service. We visited Santos winery to sample the wines while the sunset, great experience but it is expensive. Thank you Spiros and Hiroko, doing a fantastic job.....well done. We will be back

We had a wonderful 9 days at a little piece of heaven. It was so good we are booked for next year too. I can not fault the attention to detail, this little hotel is immaculate. The pool is perfect. The rooms are very clean and tidy the beds are extremely comfortable. There are ceiling fans or air conditioning. We personally prefer the fans. Breakfast is just right to start the day. With fruit and delicious Greek yoghurt, fresh bread or toast, cake if you like too. Tea or coffee and orange juice. I am struggling not to use the word perfect again and again but it really was a perfect holiday made all the better by Spiros and Hiroko’s welcome. We are already looking forward to next year.
