My daughter and myself had a fantastic time at this friendly, clean and value for money hotel. Based in a beautiful resort with plenty of traditional tavernas and gift stores. The staff are friendly, helpful and always cheery considering the amount of hrs they do. The restaurant was fabulous with plenty of choice fruit, tradition pastries and cooked selection. The club sandwich is amazing and the chips were the best I have ever had. The added bonus was 10% off as a resident of the hotel. The hotel barman is just the best his cocktails are outstanding and he is the perfect host. With two rather cold pools but this can be refreshing the beach is just 5mins away absolute bonus. All in all I could fault not a thing we had an amazing holiday saw the whole island including the volcanoes but most inpressive was seeing the sunset at Oia and the famous white and blue buildings. Treasured memories made 😍.

Arianna & Evelina were amazing with our massage and so very kind. They took very care of me and my mother. I really do appreciate them taking the time to give us a relaxing experience. Thank you very much.

Location; good for the beach but it’s a vehicle ride to the main towns. If you want a quieter holiday, then it’s perfect. Although lots of beach bars the hippy bar along the seafront is really cool. Room; (55) this was a family room and smashing for 2 (thank you Veggera). Bathroom was fine and room very clean. The oddest thing, no tea or coffee facilities in the room and no where to make some (which was really needed after an all date excursion) (we asked the restaurant who said no, drinks at the pool bar; pool bar said they weren’t doing hot drinks at 2100). Staff; friendly and very helpful (except for the evening coffee situation). Breakfast; it was a standard European breakfast….small variation on the hot stuff each day. Amenities; good WiFi, two pools but cold (was early May). Own beach straight across from the hotel which was nice. Overall, good hotel and good location for a quieter holiday.

Lovely hotel and staff were friendly. We stayed full board and the wait staff in the resturant were lovely all day everyday. Our room was clean and just what we needed for our santorini stay. Our bed waa comfortable as was almost buildinto the room structure and not a metal frame. The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and overall was a lovely little hotel room. We had a lovely Balcony and the second pool was in view which was always pretty quite due to us visiting just before the summer season. Only negative, due to the wooden doors you can hear people walking past and closing doors.

The room was old and dated definitely not what i would expect from a 4 star hotel the matresse was old metal sprung and was almost impossible to get a good night sleep. The staff however were friendly, but the resturant service was really slow even when they weren't busy had to ask three times for the bill . There was no tea or coffee in the room which was another bad point.I always judge a hotel by would i stay there again and the answer to this one is a big NO.

My wife, who was in this holiday with her daughter, forgot her jewelry in the hotel room and noticed this only after her return to Germany. The hotel was very helpful and organized the dispatch absolutely professional. Great Hotel, and thank your very much again.

Not the worst experience, but I'm not happy with the service. Cleaning the premises only if you ask for it 1 day in advance and do not even expect someone to clean under the bed or stairs to the second floor. I arrived when the janitor cleaned our room. The room door was wide open and no one was. Waited 5 minutes before the lady arrived. All this time, any stranger could enter my room and grab my things. Terrible feeling I ordered a towel change, waited 2 days. The hotel area is poorly maintained. Empty cocktail glasses stood by the pool all week while we were there.

I have made this choice becouse the reviews and proximity to the beach, but unfortunately they ruined my stay in Santorini. I have made a reservation for 3 adults and 2 children 5and 8 years old for 2 superior Double rooms that supposed to have one Double bed and a sofa în 27 sqm. Late in the evening when we arrived they gave us 2 small ... 18 sqm... rooms only with one double bed with small bathroom ( the door hited the tub when you tried to open it and the toilet your elbows will hit the walls, see the pic. ) and the show begined. Manager came and told me that my reservation îs incomplete that my 5 Year kid(witch îs specified on The site stay free) îs not on my reservation, and I want things for free even I paid for 2 rooms that do not offer what they are describing.... And as a bonus he told me that all romanian People does this. I cant say about greec people that they are just like him . This was realy ofensive. After he change one room and said why do I whant both rooms the same? Daaaa becouse I paid for them.... They have beautiful pictures for presentation and the true just hits you în the face. Maybe if you are lucky to get the tipe of room you booked. Pools are big but not very clean ( I have seen some of The personal swiping the floor directly into the pool). Covid19 measure stoped them to clean the rooms but didn't stop them to throw the garbage directly into the pools. Beach umbrela extra cost from 1.08... They made me so angry that I prefered to stay at ohter hotel beach. When you pretend that you are 4 stars you have to act like a 4 star... Breakfast as every breakfast, Coffee a mess at breakfast and also the bar. I whanted a Coffee at the pool and the guy from the bar told me to wait and take it :)) Now seems hilarious but then ... Not really. My advice go somwhere else! Donʾt waist your money!

The hotel is beautiful. It is located across the black beach which is a wonderful location. It is also conveniently surrounded by stores and restaurants. During covid they ask for you to have proof of covid results for travel purposes like flying. The staff is always available and ready to help you with printing documents or even arranging drivers.

My partner spent a day on their beach and at the end she slipped on one of the wooden boards laid out as walk ways. These boards are a good idea but there is absolutely no cleaning or maintenance. By the afternoon there was so much sand and water on them that everyone could see they were an accident waiting to happen. Once my friend had slipped there was no one around to give a hand or help until after lots of arguing and passing of responsibility. Please watch yourself and maybe choose another beach area for a real pleasurable afternoon
