I have bene there for 4 days with a friend of mine. As soon as we arrived Michaela -the owner- welcomed us and she gently gave us useful tips in order to let us have the best holiday and apreciate the island. The rooms are beautiful, coloured and perfectly cleaned. There are all the comforts you news to enjoy a great holiday. We really recommend it!!

Stayed at Villa Limnes for our family holiday in July and must say it was such an amazing Gem , Michela and her family were so amazing,treated us as part of her family , the accommodation was immaculate and great dedication was given to its upkeep, fantastic pool again immaculate. The location was fantastic, 2 minutes to the beach, 5 minute walk to bus stop , Supermarket, and local Bakery. Made our daughters 4th birthday so special and also our 2 boys were treated first class . Transfer to and from airport was arranged by Michela which made life easy . Cannot wait to return to villa Limnes . Thank yous for such an amazing holiday. Adrian, Laura & family

Today we returned from our holiday spent at Villa Limnes, the hotel is clean, the staff took great care of us and the experiences of the island are unforgettable. The owner Mikaela is amazing, she always goes out of her way to help you. Clean pool, a few meters to the sea and great restaurants nearby. Thank you, we will come again 👍

Michaela and her family were so personable and inviting!! The room was amazing with a perfect balcony, kitchenette and living spaces. Michaela and her family really made our visit so memorable with personalized recommendations as well as being so welcoming, friendly and helpful!!! My stay at this location made my trip to Santorini and I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else 😊😊😊

Our stay in Limnes Villas has been perfect even with a baby of 19 months. The accommodation o.k., the family staff of Michaela perfect, all clean and in order. There´s a pool and a pool bar at disposal. The distance of the beach about 80 meters from the Villas, clean and free of charge. Promenade, restaurants, taverns and very nice Greek personnel everywhere. Possibility of excursions, both on foot or donkey (from Perissa up the hill - Mesa Vuono) or by public buses via Thira (Fira) to all destinations, or organized by local travel agencies. All works very well, no problems.We have visited Fira, Imerovigli (beautiful !), Oia, Nea Kameni - Hot Springs - Thirassia, Mesa Vuono, Kamari. There are much more possibilities. Just to recommend !

From the moment, we arrived Mixaela was an exceptional host whose knowledge about the island was excellent. We were greeted with a happy and friendly smile. We were given a 1-hour lowdown on what was on the island to do, where to go and what to avoid. The room was basic but was spotlessly and exceptionally clean. The beach and bars where a 3-minute walk away. A superb location with everything on the doorstep. Can’t believe this property is only a 2 star.

Family run villas, and it shows,from the warm welcome to clean well kept establishment. Great location handy for shops beach and transport. And then there is Michaela who is full of fun and infomation a real jewel she is the icing on the cake. She also runs the poolside bar and keeps it stocked with nice cold drinks to have by the lovely pool. We will return for another stay.

Lovely little place to stay with very clean room & pool. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Nice short dusty walk to the beach. Easy to get to supermarket and access buses to Fira and Oia. The villas are situated inbetween the two beaches so very convenient. The rooms are basic but very well maintained. I really enjoyed my trip to Perissa. It's laid back with a nice strip of beach and very good restaurants, shops and bars. My only regret was not climbing the mountain.

Have just returned from 1 weeks holiday and Limnes Villas were as warm & laid back as Perissa itself. Michaela spoke excellent english and recommended an enjoyable and/reasonably priced boat tour of the caldera. The apartments had comfortable low beds with a king size double which suited me. The shower/bathroom were basic but functional and the cooking facilities would have been a bit of a challenge because of very limited kitchen space. However we only used the kitchen area to make coffees & prepare greek salads so that was not a problem. The swimming pool however was excellent and was hardly ever busy. The airconditioning worked fine and was essential for cooling the room to a comfortable temperature for sleeping. There was also a safe available in the wardrobe for a 1 euro/day charge. Wifi worked reasonably but was best towards the pool bar.…

Limnes Villas is a great place! Basic but clean, the family staff where all really friendly. I can't stay enough good things about Micheala, so helpful recommended so many great places makes a mean Frappe! It's a short walk to the gorgeous long beach in Perrisa. Me and my girlfriend had such a amazing holiday and can't recommend Limnes and Perrissa enough!
