What a fab hotel. Perfectly placed just down from the seafront and beach plus all the shops and bars. Very quiet at night with beautiful views. Rooms on the 1st floor are the best. Great rooftop plunge pool & staff are lovely. Breakfast was very nice but took my own filter coffee for the room. The cockerel woke me up... More

Lovely hotel as long as you aren't expecting the Ritz and know what Greek hotels are like. Excellent location, easy access to bars, restaurants, beach, ATM, bus stop. Very clean, friendly staff, room has a safe, hairdryer, air con, wifi. On paper you can't fault it. With a few small changes it could be SO much better.....the breakfast room is... More

Stayed here for a week in July with Solos and really enjoyed it. The rooftop terrace was a lovely place to hang out and enjoy the sun (but I missed having a full sized pool – two small plunge pools only). My room was fine and clean – very pleased to have TV, fridge and hairdryer included plus the free... More

Dimitri and Leia were wonderful hosts really friendly and helpful. The hotel is located right next to the beach and bars with great bus connections to Fira and Oia and Akrotiri. Rooms are simply decorated with private bathroom balconies or terraces and air conditioning and safe. I had a great time and can't wait to return

This building is more like a small French "pensione" rather than a hotel, or B&B. It is situated on a side road on the way to the beach at Perissa. the side road is extremely noisy - especially at night with water tankers delivering water to the hotels, and also since the beach road is closed at night, tour companies... Pros: This is a small friendly B&B hotel within a 5 minute walk of all the bars and the beach. The staff are very friendly, the hotel is spotlessly clean and has a very nice roof top terrace with plunge pools. The views from the terrace are amazing. Cons: the hotel is just off the main road in Perissa, if... More

Lovely small hotel only 5 mins walk to the beach and close to local bars and restaurants. Your hots Dimitria and Lea are friendly and hospitable. The rooms are large and the included air conditioning is a bonus. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel is second to none. If you are a cat lover like me you will adore... More

Stayed here for a week in May/June and had a fabulous time. The villa is spotless, rooms have everything you need for a stay - fridge, hairdryer, kettle, safe, pool towels and all spotlessly clean! Leia does the most delicious greek salads and toasted sandwiches during the day, prices are all very reasonable. There are 2 plunge pools on the... More
