The Divelia Hotel sits on a small connecting road inbetween the main route into Perissa and the seafront. It takes less than 5 minutes to walk to the seafront. The hotel is small and is presented beautifully. It is spotlessly clean. All the staff work tirelessly to keep the rooms and pool areas spotless. On arrival we were met by Marilena, who made us feel very welcome and went out of her way to provide tourist information before showing us to our room. We were given room 103 and the electronic keyguard let us in with no issues throughout our 14 night stay. Room 103 was at the rear of the small 19 room block, it had a bright enclosed terrace equipped with table and chairs.
The room was as described in the brochure, 16m square with bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. Again the room was kept spotless by housekeeping. Towels swapped everyday, quality poolside towels supplied by reception daily.
The room was a little small but was adequate for our personal needs. All the staff are attentive to our needs without being overbearing. We were bed and breakfast, which is served poolside in a covered area. The breakfast is continental buffet style, we both thought it was excellent value and the hot selection was changed daily. Breakfast service was again faultless.
The pool was boutique styled and although the area was relatively small, had adequate loungers and fixed parasols/tables, again kept spotless.
The hotel provided wifi, and the rooms have TV's, espresso coffee makers, and a fridge.
We would definitely stay at this hotel again, it is the staff and the service levels that makes for a great holiday.

Divelia Hotel was a great choice for us. Both stays at this hotel were excellent. It is in a quiet part of Perissa, away from the main road and not far from the beach front. The rooms are to a high standard with a black and white theme and had excellent facilities. The outside area is also mainly black and white, very calm and elegant and so quiet. Staff were all extremely helpful, happy and efficient and made us feel so welcome. We plan to stay there en route to our holiday again.

I stayed here on a solo trip for five nights and showed up without a reservation. I was greeted by the owner Elizabeth who was absolutely lovely and so helpful with providing recommendations of things to do and places to eat on the island. Breakfast was included and very good, the bathroom was spacious and clean, and I really appreciated the shutters on the window which kept the room dark and quiet overnight.

We booked alot of rooms in this hotel for our family and friends during our wedding that was supposed to happen in May. Due to corona it didn't happen and we received vouchers. Fast forward to now, we tried to contact them for a month straight to organise booking the hotel and using our vouchers for our honeymoon in September. We had zero help from management, they would ignore our calls, never call back, not book our room, and also not give us a refund of our original vouchers. Finally once we were in Santorini we showed up at the hotel only to be told by the reception that there were rooms available and we could stay. We decided to stay for 2 nights. It was not enjoyable, the rooms are noisy, you can hear everyone else in the hotel, the amenities are very basic and compared to other places around are just not worth it, we also found that they have overcharged us for this stay by nearly €60. We sti have nearly €600 in unused vouchers which they will not return to us or honor. Avoid this place like the plague.

We arrived incredibly late at 3am after flight was delayed and felt awful ringing the emergency number to get access to our room but nothing was too much trouble.
Hotel is located in a quiet street very close to beach and restaurants
Rooms cleaned daily, fridge and wifi a real bonus as it was very hot. Had to ask for a kettle but it was provided no problem.
Breakfast was ok, a good selection of hot and cold items
Staff very pleasant and knowledgable. Marilena booked us the volcano half day tour and everything was as described.
Pool is incredibly small and too small for all guests which is a shame but we managed as we're not sit round the pool 247 lovers.
Overall i'd recommend this hotel and would be happy to return

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, it is a family run hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They helped us book transport and excursions with no issues.
The towels were changed daily and beds changed on the second day.
The breakfast was ample for us, I did see some people making a packed lunch from the bread as well.
The staff were always cleaning and making sure everything was ok with our stay. It’s two minutes from the beach and there are lots of places to eat along the seafront or in the town.
We booked a sunset cruise via the hotel and it was so worth it and there were only 10 of us on the boat.we also booked a Caldara yacht cruise which was recommended and this certainly didn’t disappoint, it was £300, but so worth it.

I can’t speak highly enough of this hotel. The rooms are tastefully appointed and well equipped(espresso machine, fridge, RC aircon, hairdryer), and it’s clear they take pride in the cleanliness. The pool area is beautiful and calming, and the breakfast was varied and delicious. Marilena and all the staff are so friendly and helpful, and their kindness and generosity really made our stay extra special. The hotel is perfectly located; a transfer from the airport takes 15/20 mins, the gorgeous beach is 2 minutes walk away (and you can take towels from the hotel for the beach!), and both local buses and planned excursions run from the main road 2 minutes in the other direction. The seafront boasts lots of lovely shops and restaurants, all staffed by friendly locals. I would come back here in a heartbeat and will be recommending the hotel to all my friends and family!

Beautiful hotel, in a great location (if things are open). We travelled early April and a lot of things were closed meaning we felt quite secluded. If you are looking for a beach location this is ideal, however if you are looking to visit Fira or Oia it is very difficult. A taxi is 30 euros to Fira and Oia is around 60. The public transport was on a reduced schedule and very unreliable. I would recommend staying more central for these locations.

The hotel itself is very clean and modern and the staff are very helpful. The breakfast was the only thing that let it down for us, could do with more options, as British people we struggled to find things we like. The hotel room could also do with a full length mirror and a safe. Coffee is provided in the room, however could also do with tea bags. The rooms are beautifully decorated. The hotel staff helped me organise a birthday cake for my mom which was very kind of them.

Gorgeous hotel. Apparently a 2* & personally I'd class it as higher. Staff are very welcoming & friendly and all spoke English. We stayed in Room 112 on the 1st floor at the front of the property. We had a lovely large balcony overlooking the road (which was extremely quiet). The room itself had everything we needed - a well equipped bathroom, and the shower had great water pressure. Coffee machine in the bedroom. We requested use of an iron, and within minutes had an iron & ironing board in the room, which we could keep until we checked out. Our room was cleaned daily & we had fresh towels every day.
Pool towels are available in Reception.
Breakfast was great. Good choice of cereals, breads, pastries, omlettes & local cuisine. Good choice of fruit juice, herbal teas & a coffee machine.
The hotel is situated just a couple of mins walk from the beach at the end of the road. Turning left out of the property, you're just a couple of mins walk from the main road, where you will find the Santa Irini 24hr bakery ( amazing cakes, biscuits & coffee), a local supermarket and tavernas.
We had a fabulous few days and will definitely return to the Divelia.

We stayed a week at the Hoel Divelia. Small but beautifully formed! We found the hotel well located, just a short walk to the beach and the strip of numerous bars & restaurants, close to the bus stop and bakers. The location couldn’t have been better in our view.

Our room was on ground level, near the pool & breakfast area. We had a lovely terrace that we used morning & evening. The room was small and storage limited but once we’d worked that out, all was good. If improvements were to be made then a few hooks around the bedroom & bathrooms, some bedside drawers and a more solid shower head bracket would be good. We should have advised the staff at the time but a few times it fell as we were in the shower and the shower head itself was quite heavy and had sharp corners which wasn’t great if it landed on you. That said, it can’t have been too bad an issue or we’d have reported it at the time! It’s those little things that mean we gave this a 4 rather than a 5.

We didn’t spend a lot of time in the room and the bed was comfortable - we slept really well.

The breakfast was fresh and continually replenished. The pool area kept clean. Again this was compact, more of a plunge pool than a swimming pool but nice to sit at at the start or end of the day, before getting ready to head out.

We hired a car for a day and took the bus late one afternoon into Thira; both turned out to be good choices. There is so much to see but Perissa is also a part of the island where you can really kick back & relax. We did that too 😊.

We had brilliant meals everywhere we went. We’d particularly recommend God’s Garden, literally just along the road. Not open every day but fantastic when it is. Also a big shout out for the team at Mezedaki where we spent 1 evening listening to traditional Greek music and every beach day we had. Look for our review on their page - thoroughly recommend, great family running the service areas; we were really well looked after.

The hotel was clean and well maintained and the staff are super helpful and really enthusiastic to share their recommendations (all good) and help with bookings & planning.

If you’re looking for a small, clean, friendly hotel in a great location in Perissa, this will totally fit the bill.
