With the airline losing all our checked luggage (which contained everything), the trip my husband and I took began on a sour note. We were in Santorini in September 2019 for only a few days for a close friend’s wedding, and it was very frustrating to not have our bare necessities.
Thank goodness for Elias! He really went above and beyond to help us settle in and put our minds at ease. He did all the worrying for us, diligently calling the airline every hour or so to inquire about our luggage and make sure they were doing their part in getting our luggage found and shipped to us in a timely manner.
It’s quiet, clean and a quick walk to Fira. Our studio was comfortable, well-furnished and immaculately kept. The villa grounds are beautifully groomed with vibrant trees, flowers and potted plants. The host, Elias, is very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back. Santorini is such a beautiful place and the wonderful hospitality and attention of Elias made our trip even better.

We stayed in Ersi Villas for 5 nights at the end of June 2022. On arrival the manager Elias brought us to his office and gave us really useful information on the area and practical information on local trips and how to get around the island. Our room had a sea view and a beautiful little ground floor terrace with table and chairs. Inside the room was spotless and had a kettle, fridge, glasses and cups etc.
The outside area of the villa was gorgeous with pot plants and flowers everywhere and small tables and chairs to sit on, this all added to the relaxed ambience. The pool area was very clean and had sun beds which had really comfortable cushions.
The location of the villa was perfect with Firostefani and Fira both a short walk away- there are some steps to navigate upwards but unfortunately this is the nature of Small Santorini villages, the amazing views and pretty whitewashed properties however make up for this.
Elias the manager was always on hand to book restaurants or trips should you need help with anything. Overall this property was super value for money in a part of Santorini which is quite expensive. Do not hesitate to book a stay here as it is so peaceful and idyllic yet so close to all the action, really like a mini hotel, there is free coffee in the morning if you fancy a cup. Finally the cleaners were out and about everyday cleaning rooms and everywhere outside. Small but beautiful property offering a home from home service! 😃

We had a great stay with my wife and parents at ERSI VILLAS. The owner, Elias takes great care of the guests and is always ready to help. The B&B is located on the backside of the cliff but the cliff and center of town may be reached in 5 minutes by walking. Great care was also taken for COVID-19. The women who clean the place do a great job.

Ersi Villas is centrally located in Santorini, with many cliffside restaurants in walking distance and all the restaurants and souvenir shops of Fira also very convenient. Firastefani is a quieter, less fancy/expensive place to stay than in Ia/Oia, but is still on the high side of the island with great views. And Ersi Villas is a great value as a a place to stay. The pool is dreamy, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and Elias is a very professional, helpful, reliable person. Be aware that you have to be able to climb and descend a bunch of stairs to be able to reach this property, so it's not suitable for people with mobility problems. My aunt and mother are in their 70's and it was tiring but doable for them. Overall this was a great stay and I would definitely recommend it!

Lovely, we’ll laid out apartments with plenty of trees, flowers and plants, a lovely pool and relaxation area and free coffee in the morning. Nik and Ilias were great hosts and very helpful, and the lady who cleaned the rooms was super efficient. The rooms were well maintained and the location has views over the east of the island to the ocean. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We have just got to the airport after an amazing week in Santorini staying at Ersi Villas. Elias booked a taxi for us to get to the hotel and waited up for us as we arrived at midnight. In the morning he gave us really useful information on the area, gave us a map and a bus timetable and answered any questions we had. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he was always at the end of the phone if we needed him. Our room was spotlessly clean every day and had a sea view and a balcony with table and chairs. We spent many afternoons relaxing on the sunbeds around the pool which had views of the sea. In the evening we walked to Fira ( 10 minute walk ) where there was a bus station and lots of restaurants and bars. Firastefani is a quieter area which is a 5 minute walk. We loved both areas. On our last day he drove us to the bus station so we didn’t have to carry our luggage down the road. I will be recommending Ersi Villas to everyone I know going to Santorini and will definitely go back one day and stay here.

We spent a wonderful week here. A small complex set in beautiful courtyard gardens with a lovely pool area to swim and relax. Our room was comfortable with air con and a large fridge and a small balcony with a sea view. The whole place was wonderfully well maintained and spotlessly clean.
A common room is available with a complimentary coffee machine, tea, milk etc. We often purchased breakfast close by and enjoyed with a coffee in the peaceful courtyard before heading out for the day.
The location is perfect. Only 5 mins walk from Firostefani Main Square, which is the most perfect spot for viewing the sunset over Skaros Rock. Max 15 minute walk to Fira and the main bus station, from where we travelled all over the island with ease - timetables , map and tips provided by Elias.
The hosts Elias and Nick are kind and helpful and arranged our airport transfers for us, at reasonable cost.
Cannot recommend this accommodation more highly and would love to return!

Elias and Nick were amazing hosts!! Both went above and beyond. Very hospitable, knowledgeable about the island, recommended what activities are a must and which to avoid, restaurants, hikes, tours and all transportation details. The villas are beautiful! Lots of plants, nice pool area, and all common spaces very well maintained. Free coffee/tea available in the mornings. Only 5-7 walking distance from Fira, and 10min walking to the main bus station. Very quiet and peaceful area. We stayed in room 14, which was spacious and comfortable. Room was equipped with all the essentials. We were blown away in regards their cleanliness, it was top notch! Everything was spotless! My only suggestion would be to place extra bathmats in the bathroom. After taking a shower the floor can get pretty wet. They offer pool & beach towels upon request. Definitely a place to come back and recommend to others.

Elias, Nick and the family are incredible hosts. Nothing is to much to ask and they will do everything they can to make the stay at Ersi Villas an amazing experience. They were so knowledgeable about the island and give great recommendations for sunset views, restaurants and places to visit. The rooms and very nice and cosy, we stayed here for a week and cant say anything bad about the hotel, cleanliness or the hospitality we received. We would recommend staying here as it is only a short walk to Fira and Fire Stefani. Thank you Elias, Nick and Family.

A great stay at Ersi Villas, convenient location away from the hustle and bustle of the Caldera Hills, though just few minutes across the road on the quiet east side. We stayed in room 4, although it didn't have a view, it was very quiet and we slept amazingly for our 9 day stay. Super, comfortable bed. There is communal area by the pool that we made use of to have breakfast, play backgammon, drink champagne and watch an amazing sunrise. The grounds are gorgeous and well looked after. Thank you Elias for a lovely stay, keep doing what you are doing.

1)You can catch a taxi and ask for Ersi villas . It cost 25 - 30 eur
2)Also you can catch the local bus to Fira ( if the time that you will arrive is available ) . When you will arrive in Fira you have to walk to the central square of Fira . After that follow the signs to Firostefani and you will see Kokalo restaurant . After the Kokkalo restaurant ( 80 meters ) follow the signs to Ersi villas .
3) I can arrange private transfer from the airport to my villa . It cost 20 Eur and the driver will wait for you at the airport and will hold a sign with your name . What do u think?

How to arrive from the port .
1)Take the local bus ( green one ) from the port to the main bus terminal of Fira town. Every time when a ferry arrives there is available local bus to Fira town. Fira is the capital of the island . When you will arrive in the main bus terminal of Fira you will have to contact me on 0030 2286024719 or send me an sms to 0030 6993455340 and i will come to pick up you . We provide transfer service from the bus terminal to Ersi villas. Ersi villas is 900 meters away from the bus terminal.
2)Otherwise take a taxi and ask for Ersi villas. . It takes 15 minutes.The only you need to say to the taxi driver the name of our hotel " Ersi villas " in Firostefani.Taxi costs about 20 Eur.
