My wife and I absolutely loved our 4 night stay at Agali Houses. Very helpful staff, (and a big thankyou to the amazing fella who hauls the luggage up and down the stairs). The views over the Caldera are priceless!!
As is the case with most hotels all you have to do is have them swap the drink from glass to plastic. If you happen to bring glass to the pool someone will bring you a plastic cup which happened to us. No problems.

Your best bet would be to contact the front desk and inform them. They might make an exception. The beauty of the hotel is that it is not too crowded and noisy. It's quiet with plenty of private and public spaces to accommodate up to 6-8 people. We rented 3 rooms (6 of us) and could easily visit with each other in the private areas.
