I can't say enough about my stay at the Argonaftes Villa. Getting here by local transport was easy and as soon as I arrived I felt welcome and cared for. Having grown up in Santorini, Efi has excellent local knowledge and was happy to help in any way. Her suggestions of things to do were bang on! My room was... More

Efi and her mother were very welcoming and friendly. En-suite room was great with fridge, kettle, tv and air-con provided. Very central but also very quiet. Great place to get a good sleep. Sea view and also very close to the walkway and view of the caldera. Cleaning lady was lovely and she came every day. The whole place is... More

I absolutely adored this place. I stayed here in June 2015 during my post-grad backpacking trip. It's a short walk up from the bus station in the center of town which is right by my favorite restaurant (Mama's House - amazing. Go there for breakfast/lunch/dinner if you can). The family that owns this hotel is so friendly. I sat and... More

Location is excellent - steps away from Fira city center, which is where all the action happens (vs. Oia). Market, restaurants, shopping, and bus stop all close by. Even next to a motorcycle/atv/car rental place. Staff is incredible- can't do better than a family run business. They are truly invested in your happiness and comfort. Effi was amazing. Room was... We were warmly welcomed late in the night. The room was really cute, spacious, well equipped and adorned. The view goes to the sea. Unfortunately we couldn't stay more than one night at the villa because it was full, but they helped us to find another place nearby. Perfect location, close to bus terminal in Fira.

Stayed for two nights and the hotel worked fine for that. Short walk via the pedestrian street (or corridor) to centre of Fira, bus stop, travel agency for day trips and two small grocery stores nearby. Rustic hotel, filled with artwork. The room had a refrigerator, beds were okay but nothing special and the bathroom too. Clean but a little... More

My girlfriend and I stayed here in early July. I hate to give this place 3 stars since the owners and staff were so nice but staying in Firostefani really took the magic out of Santorini. We thought staying outside of the caldera wouldn't be a big deal, but we were wrong. It's perfect if you are traveling on a... More

Location was perfect, all the small shops and the heart of Fira were in walking distance. Very good wifi and the rooms were nice and there was also a small kitchen. Before we even arrived here the owner (Efi) had sent us a very detailed description of how we could get to the hotel. Once we got there she helped... More
