From the moment we walked into the Aeolis hotel, we knew we got lucky. George (our receptionist and the son of the owner) went above and beyond familiarizing us with the island and outfitting us with a rental car within minutes. It's as if we had a tour guide! The whole atmosphere and ambience of the hotel was light, clean,... More

We stayed here on a whirlwind trip through Milos. The hotel was pleasant and had what we needed - comfortable room, small balcony although not much to see, simple bathroom, small kitchenette. The service was warm, friendly, and helpful. We appreciated a large bottle of water when we checked in late. I wish there was a bar at the hotel... More

We have just left hotel Aeolis today and we absolutely loved it! Only a short walk into the port town of Adamas (5mins walking) where you can access shops and restaurants. Our room at hotel Aeolis was modern, clean and huge! Definitely good value for money. The owners are lovely and friendly, and very helpful (thanks for dropping us at... More

The Hotel Aeolis is well-placed, being slightly removed from the noisy centre of Adhamas, but within a five-minute walk of the waterside tavernas and cafes and an easy 10-minute walk of the ferry quay. If you have a (hire) car, parking outside is easy. Incidentally it is 100 metres from the Giourgas Rent-A-Car offices, whom I have now used twice... More

We stayed for 9 nights at Aeolis Hotel, couple with teenage son. The hotel is extremely good value. The room we had for 3 persons was spacious , very clean and nicely decorated. The bathroom was good quality with very good shower. There was a nice balcony with a clothes line and nice furniture to sit out. Air conditioning was... More

We arrived in Adamas from Athens and went to the port for a drink and snack. Were welcomed in best Greek fashion by Zac at Zygos (The Hunter) who telephoned Nicos at Aeolis to give us a lift but he was not there. We got a taxi and when we arrived were welcomed by the lady of the house who... More

The rooms are fairly basic but most importantly clean. There were no cooking facilities in the room except for kettle, plus a refrigerator and a small kitchenette / sink. Cutlery and crockery minimal. Noise is easily transmitted from room to room. Simple furniture. Beds clean. Limited satellite tv channels. Mostly Greek of course. Asked for payment in cash and no... The hotel is small, but very nice. The room is big, but the bathroom is very small, to take shower in the babies is difficult. I not eat breakfest, but there is a bakery close, very good. The staff is very friendly. It is close the port, 5 minutes walking.

Nice big and clean spacious rooms. A nice owner who is very helpful. We did have an encounter though with a cocroach and an AC that was spreading nasty humid smells. The curtains were light colour in our room, which I always find a nusiance when travelling with kids. The place lacks character and charm though, I think this is... More
