Santa Maria Luxury Suites is an exquisite holiday destination on the island of Milos. Family-owned and operated, we are renowned for our warm and friendly service and excellent location. Located on a hill overlooking Adamas, all six of our suites feature a great sea and bay view, offering a unique perspective of the atmosphere of the island. Your will start each day with a hearty Mediterranean-style breakfast - one could almost call it a ritual - which is lovingly served at your private suite balcony or veranda every morning at a time of your choosing. Then, depending on your mood, you might choose to venture to any one of Milos's world-renowned beaches, or simply stay on the resort grounds. You may also choose to indulge in massages or beauty treatments at our boutique Spa, always very selectively staffed. Many guests find such treatments to be the perfect interlude to a full day of activity, just what is needed before trying out any one of Milos's many restaurants, taverns and bars.

    Surpassed expectations
Myself and my partner just stayed for two nights during our Milos trip in the junior suite with the hot tub and we had an exceptional stay! The photos don’t do this beautiful hotel justice. Sunrise and sunset is beautiful from the hotel, especially amazing waking up with it from our room, and it is the perfect location to be within everything in the town, but a more secluded place with a perfect view over the harbour. The staff were friendly and we loved the fact they look after the local cats. The bed is very comfy and we liked how the room was furnished, everything was very clean and maintaining Covid safety - covers for pool loungers and hand sanitizer in the rooms etc. Feel confident booking here! If they had more availability we would have loved to stay longer - next time in Milos hopefully we can plan ahead!

    BEAUTIFUL HOTEL
Absolutely loved the Santa Maria Suites! So close to the Port, restaurants/shops. The hotel arranged a driver to pick us up at the port and he was on time and very pleasant. Our room was absolutely gorgeous, my husband and i were on our honeymoon and got the jacuzzi suite overlooking the ocean.... so pretty, clean, the bed was comfy, shower was incredible, very modern and our balcony was very spacious. We could order our breakfast the night before, so many options and the food was delicious. The pleasant hotel staff would deliver in the morning and were so sweet. The maids did an excellent job on cleaning our room everyday. front desk was super helpful with areas to go on the island. would definitely recommend to anyone!!

My favourite hotel I've ever stayed at
Staying in one of the luxury villas was one of the most special experiences of my life. It was unreal to wake up every morning and have breakfast over looking the water and the town (get up early for perfectly still mornings while the sun rises). The staff were extremely hospitable, helpful and friendly. The location is perfect - close enough to walk into town but away from the hustle and bustle. We stayed for 6 nights and it wasn't enough, I never wanted to leave. Can't recommend more highly.

The Pros: The hotel location and views are excellent. The staff is helpful and friendly. Breakfast on your veranda is a nice touch. Suites are spacious and beds are comfortable. The Cons: We stayed in the Aquamarine suite and barely slept the first night as we could hear our next door neighbors vomiting, banging on things, and having sex loud and clear. I was awoken by a loud noise thinking someone had entered our room. That’s how loud it was. I personally don’t care what people do in their rooms, I just don’t want to hear it. You could also hear every toilet flush, if they dropped something and the shower running. If privacy and quiet is what you’re looking for, don’t stay in this room. Since it’s a boutique hotel and shares the pool with the Santa Maria Villages, it could get crowded at times and loud with the occasional kid here and there. I’m used to full service by the pool but it seems like here you need to get up and order what you want instead of having a waiter come take your order. As for the room, the bed was comfortable and room temperature as well. The biggest cons were the thin walls, the odd shower where there was no ledge to put anything on, and the beautiful view was obstructed by quite a few unkempt bushes. And lastly, I wish you had an option of letting them know how you’d like your fried eggs cooked when ordering breakfast to your room. I ordered some for breakfast and they were over hard when I prefer over easy or medium.

Great hotel, spotless rooms, beautiful pool, friendly staff, lovely breakfast, some have large patios. It’s slightly out of town - about a 10 minute walk but you really need a car or scooter on this island to do it justice. We would definitely choose this location again.

Beautiful room with a complimentary bottle of wine and biscuits. Breakfast was fabulous and brought to our balcony to enjoy every morning. Loved the location within walking distance to the town. Everyone on the staff was very helpful. Would definitely return.

We had the Quartz Suite which was spacious and comfortable. Had a little kitchenette and balcony to relax and enjoy the solitude and view. Shower needed more of a scrub but other than that room was spotless. Fresh breakfast served every morning to our balcony. What more could you ask for! The only things that prevent me giving a 5 star was that although they had hotel v a n we were not able to request a lift to the port to catch th ed early morning ferry with our heavy suitcases which reprised me. Also, I was looking forward for a massage in their spa bur, as we are in the shoulder period it was closed. Other than that I would highly recommend.

We just spent 5 nights in the topaz suite. The suite is just great (with a small issue on the bathroom, I’ll get there later), lots of room, nicely appointed and very comfortable. A/C only works when the door key is in a plug next to the door, so you need to be in, and with all windows closed. Not a huge problem, though. Beds were also comfortable, cleaning staff always did a great job. Breakfast is served on your personal deck exactly when you want it - you just need to order it the night before through the in-room menu. I find this is a nice touch, but unfortunately the topaz suite’s deck is in direct sunlight in the morning and the umbrella does not help. The other suites do not have this problem since the decks are in the shade. The bathroom has a tub (whirlpool) with an handheld shower head and no curtain. One can live with it, but If I were the management I’d remove the tub and replace it with a huge walk-in shower. The one very annoying thing is the wi-fi coverage in the suite, which was basically non-existent. It worked better at the pool and way better at the reception desk but in the room it wouldn’t simply work. Weren’t it for this, I’d have given a full five star. Finally, the pool was lovely and so was the staff all over the place.

We stayed in the Luxury suites for 4 nights - worth the extra $$. Breakfast was served every morning on our deck when we requested, Great way to start the day. The room was spacious and had everything for a comfortable stay, the staff could not have done anymore for us, they were fantastic. Only a short walk to town and to restaurants, great location to discover Milos from.
