Santa Maria Luxury Suites is an exquisite holiday destination on the island of Milos. Family-owned and operated, we are renowned for our warm and friendly service and excellent location. Located on a hill overlooking Adamas, all six of our suites feature a great sea and bay view, offering a unique perspective of the atmosphere of the island. Your will start each day with a hearty Mediterranean-style breakfast - one could almost call it a ritual - which is lovingly served at your private suite balcony or veranda every morning at a time of your choosing. Then, depending on your mood, you might choose to venture to any one of Milos's world-renowned beaches, or simply stay on the resort grounds. You may also choose to indulge in massages or beauty treatments at our boutique Spa, always very selectively staffed. Many guests find such treatments to be the perfect interlude to a full day of activity, just what is needed before trying out any one of Milos's many restaurants, taverns and bars.

Detailed Reviews
Myself and my partner just stayed for two nights during our Milos trip in the junior suite with the hot tub and we had an exceptional stay! The photos don’t do this beautiful hotel justice. Sunrise and sunset is beautiful from the hotel, especially amazing waking up with it from our room, and it is the perfect location to be within everything in the town, but a more secluded place with a perfect view over the harbour. The staff were friendly and we loved the fact they look after the local cats. The bed is very comfy and we liked how the room was furnished, everything was very clean and maintaining Covid safety - covers for pool loungers and hand sanitizer in the rooms etc. Feel confident booking here! If they had more availability we would have loved to stay longer - next time in Milos hopefully we can plan ahead!

+1
This Inn is ideally located about ten minutes from the restaurants of Adamas and 15 minutes from the port.The structure is human-sized and despite the number of rooms, you do not feel overwhelmed. There are enough sun loungers. The pool is clean, nice and large enough. There are enough umbrellas to protect themselves. We had room 100 namely the Pearl Suite to accommodate three people. The room was very large, a double bed room, a seating area with space for the third person, a shower and separate toilet. Toiletries are provided. We had two balconies including one with a Jacuzzi. The view of the harbour is a plus. Nothing wrong, it was just perfect. The staff is smiling, pleasant and happy to answer our questions. Breakfast is plentiful, we will have fruit, local products, yogurt, cheeses and also savory products. Inn that I recommend.

We absolutely loved the Santa Maria Suites! Everyone on the staff was friendly and helpful- especially Pegty, who sat down with us with and a map, and gave us suggestions of places to go. In addition, she made dinner reservations for us at two great restaurants; one being in the town of Tripiti which had a sensation sunset view.
Our room was great - very clean and private with a beautiful view. A delicious breakfast (which we selected from a list of fabulous options the night before) was served on our private veranda every morning.
The location of the hotel is great - it is a short walk to the town of Adamas on a back road, and from there we were able to get buses to go almost anywhere else we were interested in (except Klima). The lovely pool was great to return to after a busy day of touring the island.

Staff are welcoming, friendly and extend themselves to ensure they provide guests with the best vacation experience. Pool and bar area accommodate guests well. Accommodation is spotless and well appointed. The private footpath down to town (600m) slopes slightly and saves a longer walk. Reception very thoughtful including a breakfast box for our early departure and a gift created by a local yiayia ( grandmother). Left happy and relaxed.

This place was amazing. We arrived and they had upgraded us to a room with a outdoor spa and beautiful view! The room was very nice and clean. We had a breakfast menu to choose anything and all that we wanted, and they delivered it to our veranda each morning overlooking the sea! The maids were amazing they, they even checked our spa for temp and water each morning. The "Goodfellas" serving at the pool bar were excellent whether it be for drinks or food! The pool was very nice after a long day touring the beautiful island!

Absolutely loved the Santa Maria Suites! So close to the Port, restaurants/shops. The hotel arranged a driver to pick us up at the port and he was on time and very pleasant. Our room was absolutely gorgeous, my husband and i were on our honeymoon and got the jacuzzi suite overlooking the ocean.... so pretty, clean, the bed was comfy, shower was incredible, very modern and our balcony was very spacious. We could order our breakfast the night before, so many options and the food was delicious. The pleasant hotel staff would deliver in the morning and were so sweet. The maids did an excellent job on cleaning our room everyday. front desk was super helpful with areas to go on the island. would definitely recommend to anyone!!

Staying in one of the luxury villas was one of the most special experiences of my life. It was unreal to wake up every morning and have breakfast over looking the water and the town (get up early for perfectly still mornings while the sun rises).
The staff were extremely hospitable, helpful and friendly. The location is perfect - close enough to walk into town but away from the hustle and bustle.
We stayed for 6 nights and it wasn't enough, I never wanted to leave.
Can't recommend more highly.

Spent 3 nights here and loved it. Bottle of wine waiting for us on arrival! Room was clean and comfortable. Music system in bathroom was a nice touch. Views of the pool and the the sea from our balcony . Loved the hot tub! Front desk staff so friendly and helpful! Great location as it’s close to the port and yet far enough that it’s peaceful and private. Lighted walking path to the port area was nice. Leave the car behind!

We were at the Santa Maria Village from 1st to 6th of June. The experience was very good for many reasons:
1. the location is perfect, colse to the main village (Adamas) but quite isolated, with a beautiful view on the surroundings from the pool;
2. the room was very nice, clean, with a patio on the garden and a good bathroom;
3. the breakfast buffet was rich and varied: cheese, ham, bread, marmelades, cafè, local biscuits, yogurt with honey, fruits. The only negative element was the "orange juice", too artificial.
4. the service and the staff are very friendly and kind;
5. the price: we had a very special offer via mail.
Milos is wonderful, and this helps Santa Maria to improve the rating...

My sister and I stayed in these apartments for 4 nights in late June 2006. Milos and this hotel was the highlight of our 2 week Greece trip - if you are looking to relax in confort with a great view, this place is ideal. Plus for 80Euro a night (inc a mouth-watering breakfast) it was the cheapest of all the places we stayed in Europe. The staff could not have been more helpful (particularly Elias) from our million questions when booking to when we stayed there.
Rooms: Spacious, clean, basic amenities, large private bathroom, lovely litte private outdoor patio with table. TV, A/C - Simple but pleasant.
The pool and pool bar was a real highlight - comfortable, with an incredible view over Adamas and Milos, we spent a fair bit of time there, reading our books, swimming etc. It is ideal to try to get a place with a pool in Milos- especially over the siesta - in late June it was incredibly hot!
The downside of the villiage is that it is slightly out of town (which is why it is a bit cheaper). And involves a 5 minute walk from the centre of town (up a slight hill on the way back). My sister and I did not have a car and did this walk a number of times each day and it was absolutely fine (and I did it whilst 5 months pregnant!) but maybe not for everyone. But the upside of htis walk is that:
a) you are very close to the only swimable beach in Adamas
b) you get a fabulous view of Adamas, the harbour, and the surrounding countryside where the locals live (plus hte sunsets!)
c) it is only a 3 minute walk fom a series of sea-side restaurants which were we ate every night
d) it is nice and quiet.
Other random considerations
- we were booked out on a late evening ferry and they allowed us to store our bags and use the pool, bathrooms, showers until we had to leave
-they organise a shuttle to the harbour and from the airport to pick us up/drop us off free of charge
-nothing to so with the hotel, but if you go to Milos definately do a tour around the island on a boat (swimming at the most incredible beaches) and consider flying there (24Euros each, 45 mins from Greece!)
After the hustle and bustle of a number of other touristy Greek Islands, coming to Milos was the best choice we made. Quiet, relaxed, stunning beaches, I hope to be taking my partner and newborn back in June next year - and staying at Santa Maria, of course.
