Between a couple of projects for my employer, I spent the better part of a month at the Hof Idingen over the past few years (the last time was in 2012). The hotel is in a quiet area on the edge of Bad Fallingbostel, but still an easy walk into the downtown area for dinner and drinks. I stayed in...

If you wanna stay in a hotel in the middle of a small forrest, with the utterly most friendly staff, wonderful food and the opportunity to just sit in a rocking chair, pet the dog and read a book, surrounded by trees and grass... This is THE place! It was our last stop on a 12 day long road trip,...

Clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff and beautiful setting. This is a very pleasant place to stay! A brisk 20 minute walk to the railway station takes you through the village of Badfallingbostel where you meet the Erix train operating the route.

I stayed here for business one night in June. Apart from my bed being a single bed I can't fault this place. The hotel is independently run by a family with a lovely friendly dog and it really feels like you're staying in the idle of nowhere. The hotel is in the idle of some woods and you can sit...

We stayed one night on the way to Denmark and loved our short stay. The hotel is a former farm and located far off any noise and trouble? The room was big, clean and met the standard this category. I liked the public fridge and the principle of trust when taking drinks. The breakfast was first and foremost German which...

Stayed 2 nights. Room clean. Lots of guests at breakfast but you would never know as it was so quiet. Friendly helpful staff. Would stay again.

This hotel is a short distance from Walsrode and is located in a remote wooded area. As a location for a business overnight stay, it was barely adequate. It is rather spread out, with bedrooms in one building, reception/breakfast in another and the bar in yet another. The evening meal has quite a limited menu but the service is good...

I will definitely be using this hotel again. I have a stayed in a few hotels in the area but this one is without doubt the best. On this occasion I was visiting Germany for a wedding, and it was one of the nicest weddings I've been to., with the most delicious food. The staff went out of their way...
