We stayed at the Las Donnas for 4 nights in a family room on a skiing break during half term. The Hotel appears to be a homage to the 1970s to the extent that the decor is almost fashionable again. However you will probably not be spending much time indoors given its proximity to other attractions. The room (12) was...

The location is very good, overlooking the main square and very close to a number of ski rental shops and excellent restaurants and bars. Perhaps most importantly it is metres away from the main cable car lift up to the slopes. Breakfast is extremely adequate for the price paid, with a large selection of cold meats and cheeses, scrambled eggs...

Stayed here on the last night of a cycling trip through the French Alps down to Nice. Very friendly & helpful staff. Rooms a little small, but great beds & bedding. Our room had a small balcony overlooking the village square and the mountains above. A really good breakfast spread with amazing bread.

Great old fashioned family run hotel. we have stayed here for a number of years and it is just perfect. great position, clean, nice breakfast and impeccable service. Add in the superb ski hire shop next door and you have a lovely double act. It is not the Ritz but then neither is the price.

We used to stay in a different hotel - but for various reasons we wanted a change - and we are very happy with Las Donnas. The rooms are small but clean and the bedding is very good - the owners are friendly and the staff are very polite. Our room overlooks the ice rink and we have a small...

Hotel las Donnas is the first hotel in Auron, built in 1937. It has a great location in the centre of the village, just a few steps to the main ski cabin. The style is a little old fashioned, but rooms are of good standard, especially the bath rooms. Breakfast is - as expected in a French ski resort -...

HI we stayed in this hotel for 4 days over the New year - nice, friendly staff who made us very welcome and were very pleasant throughout our stay. Rooms are reasonable, not huge but better than others we have stayed in and more than adequate for our stay. No restaurant which suits us as we didn't want to have...

The rooms where simple and not very cozy and they are very worn. Service ok The food was simple. but ok. There is an area for your ski stuff. This is a good alternative if you want to be close to the skiing and center of village.

We stayed at Las Donnas for 4 nights on a quick ski break with friends. The room were exactly as advertised; clean with everything you need but pretty warm and on the small side - not a problem as we only slept in it! The staff were very sweet, the breakfast plentiful with fresh fruit, meats, cheese, pasties and even...

We are a group of very experienced travellers and skiers between 29 and 47 years old, and we have been staying at the Las Donnas before and wanted to come back to the same place, like you do. My experience is that it is always best to develop long relations to the places you think you are coming back to....

Dear Sir, To be short, and not to lose our readers, we want to clarify some points. First, we would like to remind that you were a regular guest at our hotel, that you appreciate very much in terms of quality, price and service.
