I've enjoyed this restaurant over many years, having stayed in the hotel before buying a house nearby. Lunch this weekend was just perfect. A delightful cocktail on the terrace accompanied by a few tasty nibbles. We opted mainly for the 'a la carte' menu, as the lovely cheeses would have been overwhelming. The meal was accompanied by additional tasty dises...

We were here for 4 nights in the early July 2011. The hotel is gorgeous, the grounds are immaculate. Our room was perfect with large windows overlooking the property and the nightly turndown service always came with a bottle of Evian. The pool is the perfect temperature for warm days and you can have drinks brought to you if you...

Enjoyed a one night stay at Le Vieux Logis. The room was a little cramped, but adequate for our short stay. It was prettily decorated, but the bathroom was small and tired looking. Note that in our room there was only a bath with a hand-held shower attachment. Reception staff were pleasant and professional. We enjoyed a beautiful dinner in...

I ate at the Vieux Logis on two recent occasions. One meal was on a Saturday evening & we chose from the a la carte selection, and our second meal was for the lunch time tapas. The outside terrace is just delightful. Service staff were highly competent & the dishes from the kitchen well prepared, tasty and visually appealing.

Didn't stay at the hotel but visited the restaurant for lunch. A leisurely three hour sitting during which we enjoyed more than ten courses of beautiful food. I can't recall the specific dishes but if you want to sample some of the most lovingly created and delicious food you've ever had then you must visit this place. The set lunch...

Our room was comfortable and spacious with a spa bath. Staff are very quiet but happy to help if you ask. The dining experience was one we will not forget. We had the 100euros per person set menu....unbelievable and we'll go there again.

My review here is for the hotel, not for the restaurant. I was underwhelmed with our stay for a couple reasons. The room we stayed in (second floor annex) was long due for a renovation and paint job. The furniture was old, a bit frumpy and had some was patched up. The bedding was not great and neither was the...

We stayed at the little annex on the first floor in aroom which was decorated in a typical French way. The room had a small salon, bathroom and seperate toilet. Still it was a bit crampy and full with furniture. I think if they would paint the place in nice pastels and whites it would feel more spacious. Everything was...

One of my all time favourite places and while it is expensive you get a return for your money in terms of beautiful surroundings, great service, plush and luxurious rooms, wonderful atomosphere and on the edge of a lovely little french village. We arrived in time for lunch on the beautful terrace shaded by trees looking out onto manicured lawns....
